Abstract: The benthos in Taizi water system of Liaohe River were collected in June 2011.Benthiccommunity composition was analyzed, sample points diversity indexes were calculated, waterquality of TaiZi water system was evaluated, and according to the analysis, the main influencefactors of benthic index are pollution and human activities. Corresponding measures should betaken to protect the health of the river and pollution must be controlled. At same time, humaninterference activities should be controlled.

Abstract: To find environment-friendly and low pest resistance natural mosquitocide, The insecticidal activity of the essential oil extracted from fructification of Illicium verum against Aedes albopictus and Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were investigated. The compositions of this oil was analyzed by GC-MS. The results are given as follows, The 24-h LC50 values of Illicium verum essential oil for I, II, III, IV-instar larvae and pupa of Aedes albopictus/Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus were 4.93/2.04, 8.36/2.96, 11.88/8.42, 16.10/13.13 and 42.31/75.12 μg·mL-1, respectively. A total of 18 compounds identified from Illicium verum oil, the major volatile components were trans-anethole with the peak area percentage of 94.8%, followed by 1-(3-methyl-2-butenoxy)-4- (1-propenyl) benzene (3.2%), estragole (0.4%), linalool (0.3%) and limonene (0.3%). The results indicates that Illicium verum oil can be developed into a botanical mosquitocide.

Abstract: In this paper, the strains were separated from pulping effluent and aerobic sludge. The plate separation was used in process of separation and purification. During the selection process, six different strains were obtained according to the differences among the COD removal rates, growth curves, colony feature and characteristics of bacteria. The results of the degrading experiment of pulping effluent showed that W3 and S2 had better performance among all of strains. COD of pulping effluent was decreased from 6960 mg/L to 3300 mg/L by W3, the removal rate is 51.87%. When the strain S2 was used for the degradation of pulping effluent, COD value dropped from 6960 mg/L to 2860 mg/L, and the removal rate is 55.03%.

Abstract: More and more environmental hormones (EHs) had been released into the environment, and it has caused a certain influence and interference on normal activities of the organisms. The EHs genetic toxicity testing methods have been constantly improved with the development of molecular biology techniques. This paper mainly reported the gene-toxicity methods, present status and took an outlook for the research trend on EHs.

Abstract: Oxytetracycline (OTC) is one of the extensive use antibiotics in livestock. Untreated waste of livestock and poultry breeding discharged into the soil or applied to the soil, directly, lead to pollution of soil in antibiotics. Current antibiotics pollutes caused problem to cause social attention more and more. As soil is the main destination of antibiotics like other pollutants, the antibiotics would eventually be accumulated in the soil when they entered the environment, researching antibiotics in soil migration and diffusion in water environment is important. To analyze environmental risks in antibiotics, and to provide reference basis for antibiotic pollution control, OTC in soil adsorption process and mechanism are conducted. Research showed that first-order kinetic equation model, double constant equation model, and parabolic equation can describe the adsorption process of OTC in soil. Under PH=7 condition, the strongest adsorption and the maximum adsorption capacity are appeared. Adsorption of OTC in soil has a certain mobility, and there are certain security threats in surface water and groundwater environment.

Abstract: Effects of infrared-withering, room withering and heat-withering on the quality of resultant oolong tea was studied by determining their biochemical components and physicochemical parameters during processing. The experimental results indicate that quality of the resultant oolong tea by infrared-withering was better than those by room withering or heat-withering. The optimal craft parameters of infrared-withering is in condition of two 250W infrared light bulb with 60cm radiation height, 30min radiation time and 60min cooling time. The biochemical compositions of infrared-withering oolong tea show that the water extract content, the tea polyphenol content, the amino acids content, the caffeine content, the total catechins contents were 38.51±0.25%, 24.51±0.61%, 2.76±0.06%, 1.2±0.02%, 49.07±0.05mg/g, respectively.

Abstract: Heavy metals contamination is a major environmental issue, and phytoremediation is a promising, environmentally friendly alternative to conventional cleanup techniques for heavy metal contaminated sites. this paper is intended to explore the influence of different nitrogen nutrient levels on hyperaccumulation of sedum alfredii, a promising hyperaccumulating plant species for the phytoremediation exposured to complex contaminations. The obtained results indicated that the proper increasing of nutriogen nutrient levels enhanced the accumulation capacity of complex heavy metals in sedum alfredii hance.

Abstract: The kinetics of CO2 absorption in unloaded aqueous MEA, MDEA, DETA single amine solutions and MEA+DETA blende amine solutions was studied with the amine concentrations of 3.0 kmol/m3 and at temperatures ranging between 298K and 338K. A dynamic model of CO2 absorption rate on the basis of the static absorption experimental results was established. The reaction rate constant of CO2 absorption in blended amine solutions MEA+DETA is , and its activation energy is 32.89KJ/mol.

Abstract: Denitrifying phosphate accumulating (DNPA) was investigated by controlling the concentration of nitrate in anoxic stage with batch experiments. A linear relationship between the quantity of phosphorus uptaken and the consumption of nitrate was shown under anoxic condition with the same concentration of carbon source. Based on the slope of the line between phosphorus release quantity and nitrate consumption, nitrate concentration was adjusted in the anoxic stage. Excellent DNPA performance had been achieved rapidly. The removal efficiency of phosphorus was above 95%, and nitrate more than 96%. According to the maximum phosphorus uptake rate of anoxic or aerobic, it was calculated that the percent of DNPAOs to PAOs was increased from 22% to 79% after cultivation.

Abstract: Environment pollution from mercury is very serious because of widespread use in many fields, and physiological characteristics change can reflect stress response of plant in many times. In the research various content of mercury added artificial into tea plant soil and then relative physiological traits were detected to discuss differential characteristics of tea plant to mercury stress. The results showed that in different Hg concentration stress chlorophyll content of YK and ZJ were decline, and MDA content of YK, FX and MH also express ascend situation, but their proline content were decline than ones of control. As a word, heavy metal Hg resistance of YK is lowest in five materials, but resistance of FX was higher than other materials.
