From the vertical by calculating its comprehensive evaluation index fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, from the horizontal data envelopment analysis of low carbon economic development level between each resource type city, the longitudinal and transverse analysis results put forward specific proposals are evaluation of resource based city the development of low carbon economy.

Abstract: This essay tends to probe into the decoupling relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions through structuring the decoupling analysis model. The results show that: In recent years, the decoupling relationship between economic growth and carbon emissions in Anhui province has improved. Through the research about some intermediate variables, we find that the change trend of energy consumption elastic elasticity of carbon emissions and the one of GDP elastic elasticity of carbon emissions are basically the same. Meanwhile, Anhui province is relatively backward in the energy-saving and emission reduction process, carbon emissions growth and energy consumption growth did not achieve effective decoupling, which reflects that this province still has some defects in the adjustment of energy structure, energy saving and emission reduction technology promotion policy etc.

Abstract: By linking household consumption and CO2 emissions, it utilizes the household financial survey data to analyze the relationship of CO2 emissions and income on the household level. By testing the model of household Environmental Kuznets Curve about CO2 emissions and another model involving more factors than income, it finds the household Environmental Kuznets Curve about CO2 emissions exists in cities of China. Moreover, it finds the household financial factors, besides household borrowing, credit card loans, non-savings insurance, asset level and cash level, affect the relationship of CO2 emissions and income. According to the empirical result, it predicts that the CO2 emissions will be the most when the household income reaches about 200 thousand Yuan.

Abstract: With the petrol and gas resources increasingly reducing, petrol equipment manufacturing enterprises focus on the advanced equipment manufacture for the resources hard to exploit. So to analyze the models on technical innovation for the petrol equipment manufacturing enterprises, including motive force and impetus, to establish comprehensive evaluation index system about technical innovation, to introduce some index, such as R&D ability, production capacity, marketing ability and so on, to assess the ability of technical innovation for petrol equipment manufacturing enterprises, lead to enterprises to improve technical innovation in a right direction.

Abstract: Choose the correct knowledge integration pattern is beneficial to enhancing the independent innovation capability in petroleum equipment manufacturing industry. Analysis elements of the knowledge integration ability and the independent innovation ability , with knowledge integration capability as the breakthrough point, the knowledge integration effect as the intermediary variable , constructs the model of the independent innovation capability in equipment manufacturing - the knowledge integration capacity, puts forward the independent innovation in petroleum equipment manufacturing industry should adopt the three kinds of knowledge integration mode.

Abstract: Metal industry in China is characterized by high energy consumption, pollution and emissions. This paper established a conceptual framework of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) for metal industry sustainable development. Content analysis of sustainability reports was applied to make empirical research, focusing on the top 10 Chinese metal companies. Findings indicate that the majority of large Chinese metal companies are aware of SSCM, but the concept of SSCM needs to be further spread in Chinese metal industry. Four strategies of SSCM adopted by the leading metal companies include green procurement and supplier sustainability management, low-carbon logistics, green manufacturing, and green marketing. Findings provide a successful paradigm for other metal companies to follow sustainable development.

Abstract: Engineering agriculture is the only way for China to ensure food security and to develop modern agriculture. In view of relative researches at home and abroad, learn advanced experience of engineering agriculture from America, Japan and Israel and combine the actual situation of agricultural development in China, put forward the development strategy for engineering agriculture from five levels such as structure adjustment strategy, capital entering strategy, quality improvement strategy, science and technology leading strategy and flexible management strategy. The research clarified the points and implementation methods of each strategy and established theoretical basis and implementation methods for the development of engineering agriculture in China.
