Abstract: To realize the goal of reducing carbon emission per unit of GDP by 40-45 percent by 2020 from 2005 levels in China, as a big agriculture city in a big agriculture province, Hubei Province, Huanggang city developing low-carbon agriculture is extremely urgent. According to the data in 1995-2011, the gross agricultural output value is regressed on “high-carbon” and “low-carbon” variables, and then based on the variables’ significance, low-carbon agriculture development status quo of Huanggang city is discriminating. It turned out that all variables have significant effects on the gross agricultural output value, and combining with calculated contributing ratio of each factor, the conclusion of agriculture of Huanggang city running on a high-carbon path is drawn. Hence, the policy proposals of returning agriculture development mode of low-carbon and sustainable is put forward lastly.

Abstract: The low-carbon logistics is developed as an important access for sustainable development of economy and society in China. The formulations of CO2 emissions are investigated and new one is developed for intermodal logistics and transport systems to assess the effects of the projects. The regional logistics corridor is developed by constructing dry ports between the sea port and hinterland. It is emphasized to better utilize the underground space in transportation planning.

Abstract: As an important hub of logistic chain, seaport is a major energy consumer. Therefore, the carbon footprint of container transportation system is studied in the paper. First, the operation process of container transportation system is analyzed. Second, the carbon footprint quantitative method is introduced. Finally, a case study is given as an example. Results indicate that carbon emission of quayside cranes accounts for the largest proportion in the transportation system. So, it's necessary to reduce the carbon emission of quayside crane.

Abstract: By using the entropy method and coordination degree function to measure the comprehensive evaluation indicators of low- carbon port logistics and regional sustainable development of Tianjin. The results show that,Since 2000, the coordination degree between low- carbon port logistics and urban economy subsystem stay a high steady state, the dynamic coordination degree is best; The coordination degree of between subsystem of urban social and subsystem of ecological is slight fluctuation, but is generally stable.

Abstract: This paper studies the effect of policy incentives on investment strategies of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technologies. We establish CCS investment models based on real options theory for investment value evaluation of CCS, which consider CO2 price, policy incentives and different CCS technologies that include the old existing CCS technology and the new one. We evaluate CCS investment option values and calculate the change of CCS investment values and thresholds due to the variation of CO2 price and policy incentives. We conclude that the optimal strategy is investing in the new CCS technology when there are enough policy incentives, otherwise, it is optimal to firstly invest in the old existing CCS technology and then upgrade to the new one.

Abstract: A low-carbon evaluation index system for container terminals is proposed on the basis of their characteristics and the concept of low-carbon port. This system takes quantitative indexes as the core, supplemented by qualitative ones. The weight of each index is determined by AHP, and then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established according to the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the proposed model is applied to a certain region of a container terminal, and the result indicates that the proposed evaluation index system and evaluation model can provide a reference for the low-carbon level evaluation of container terminals.

Abstract: By the use of the low-carbon traffic model, quantitatively analyzed the current situation of carbon emissions in different modes of urban traffic, this paper emphasized on studying the low-carbon development paths of Qingdao transportation. The results show that, the proportion of CO2 from private cars is the most highest; the increasing number of private cars, and the reduce use of public transport, is the main reason for the increase urban traffic emissions. Through the study of traffic structure, transportation and energy consumption characteristics of Qingdao, low-carbon development paths of Qingdao transportation are proposed from the aspects of urban space, traffic structure, residents travel mode and energy-saving technology.

Abstract: Green campus culture is a new type of campus culture, emphasizing the relationship between people and the environment is coordinated sustainable, profound and abundant. Green campus is an important aspect of the green university, an important way of promoting sustainable development and achieving the comprehensive development. Green culture construction should be carried on from several aspects: management, education, environment, activities and internationalization, etc, so as to give full play to its educational function.

Research on Decoupling Relationship between Shanghai Industrial Economic Growth and Carbon Emissions
Abstract: With the highly speedy development of China's economy, carbon emissions simultaneously increasing rapidly. China has taken a series of energy saving measures and decomposes the control indicators and allots them to the different regions. As the fastest developing city in China, ShanghaiCO2 emissions has reached the level of developed countries. In this paper, the authors use the decoupling methods of OECD and Tapio to analysis the relationship between Shanghai industrial economic growth and carbon emissions. The results shows that exist the relative decoupling between the two indexes but the essence is limit of the CO2 emissions growth rate.

Abstract: Environmental justice requires that the environmental rights and obligations are allocated and undertaken fairly and reasonably in response to the climate change, in order to realize the coexistence and sustainable development of all human beings. This study analyzed the phenomenon of environmental injustice appearing during the construction of REDD+ mechanics and proposed the proper path that leads to REDD+ mechanism improvement which is based on the perspective of environmental justice.
