Abstract: Modern enterprises technology innovation increasingly pursues a balance between profits and social responsibility, and it reaps the comprehensive benefits at its best. This technology innovation should be economical, amicable, human and ecological, in a word, sustainable. Based on the symbiosis theory, the essay defines sustainable technology innovation and preliminarily analyzes the composition of sustainable technology innovation benefits and its accounting methods. The author thinks sustainable technology innovation is compatible, integrated and symbiotic with science & technology, economy, society, human being and natural environment, and then it can reap continuously the comprehensive benefits composed of scientific & technological, economic, social, human and ecological benefits. Therefore, the author further proposes a general benefit accounting method of sustainable technology innovation according to the weak, strong and welfare accounting, which is also comprehensive. It is of strategic significance to realize and grasp the benefit accounting methods.

Abstract: This paper discusses the construction and development of eco-industrial parks. It points out that the core of eco-industrial park construction is to advance low-carbon production and puts forward three principles of cutting, exchanging and turning. Based on three perspectives of enterprise itself, among enterprises, between enterprises and the park, it explains the meanings and implementations of three principles. Then, the key factors are analyzed to establish cooperation between enterprises and the park based on game theory. Finally some effective ways are given out to promote the development of eco-industrial parks.

Abstract: In as world advocating carbon reduction, China still takes the leading position in regional production in Asia with its sustainable export-oriented industries characterized by labor-intensiveness, and its manufacturing industries have kept their competitiveness, despite the fact that there are several challenges caused by technological dependence and trade convergence. As the regional production in Asia enters a new stage, and the issue relating to over-dependence on foreign technologies during the course of international fragmentation of production for a long term in China is not solved, the traditional thought of transformation cannot be used as guidance to upgrade Chinas export-oriented industries characterized by labor-intensiveness. In order to consolidate and promote the position of Chinas manufacturing industries in the regional production within Asia, it is necessary to probe into the sources of those problems and conduct relevant comparison.

Abstract: With peoples growing awareness of green economy, low-carbon economic development has been increasingly demanded. The relationship of energy consumption structure and economic growth can be an important indicator for an economic entitys ecological economy process. With the implementation of the Shandong peninsula blue economic zone in 2011, Shandong Province has been developing rapidly in recent years. Taking Shandong economic entity as the research object, the paper analyses the correlation between the economic development and different kinds of energy consumption, including coal, oil, electricity and new energy, with the grey correlation model using the data from 2000 to 2009 that representing the economic development and energy consumption. The result of the study shows that new energy consumption has the great correlation with economic development indicating that Shandong emphasizes on the development and utilization of new energy to reduce the excessive consumption of non-renewable energy in its economic growth.

Abstract: With the intensification change of the international economic environment in post-crisis era, industry transformation has become the economies test. Considering the economy and energy environmental change and Guangzhous current situation, this article believes that Guangzhou should give priority to the development of modern service industry, focus on developing high technology industry, support the development of strategic emerging industries, and guide industry international transfer order and speed.

Abstract: Low-carbon development is the common direction of the tourism industry and regional economic development. Research on low-carbon tourism resources in wetland makes the low-carbon tourism theory applied to the practice of wetland tourism resources. Through ecological value, low-carbon, operation and management this paper establishes the evaluation index system, and it uses analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation analysis method to evaluate, and on the basis of the results, it proposes daqing wetland specific suggestions on the development of low-carbon tourism.

Abstract: The organization is a multi-leveled system. The ecological circulation system is the cycle module and the safeguard mechanism to maintain the dynamic cycle system and activities between the enterprise development and the enterprise external environment. In this paper, we discuss ecological circulation system of organization. We conduct the model of organization ecological cycle system, and analyze the exchange cycle between the enterprise organization and market and between organization and society. The results show that environment which organizations live in is complicated and changeful. Any organization doesn't exist in isolation. The organization must combine with other organizations, natural environment and social environment etc to constitute a whole of mutual contact, mutual restriction and interdependence.

Abstract: In accordance with the principles and AHP method, this research proposed an evaluation index system which is appropriate for resource based regions. The index system includes four modules---low carbon industry module, low carbon society module, low carbon environment module, low carbon technology module and characteristics of resource module that contains 23 specific indicators. Then it applied the system to three typical resource-based regions--Inner Mongolia Province, Shanxi Province, Heilongjiang Province. Lastly, according to the work above, this article put forward proposals that could do help to develop low-carbon economy of resource-based regions. They are expanding the industrial chain as well as industry exit mechanism, establishing mechanisms for cooperation among the resource-based regions to develop and apply low carbon technologies actively and adjusting income distribution system to reducing the income gap between urban and rural areas of resource-based regions.

Abstract: The low-carbon economy is a great innovation of economy development and social harmony.As a typical resource province,Shanxi province have to face the contradiction between resources and environment.The low-carbon economy is the most important way to its economic transformation.To promote low-carbon economy development in Shanxi province,this paper focuses on the problem of development path selection of Shanxis low-carbon economy. First,this paper analyses the development situation of low-carbon economy in Shanxi province.Second,summarize the development path from the developed countries experiences on low-carbon economy.Finally,put forward the specific path to develop low-carbon economy in Shanxi.

Abstract: Low-carbon economy has become an inevitable tendency of economic development of human society. Starting from the basic conception of low-carbon economy and eco-agricultural tourism, the article analyzes the reasons why developing low-carbon eco-agricultural tourism is a certain choice to achieve sustainable development of tourism industry. Meanwhile, it also puts forward some countermeasures for sustainable development of eco-agricultural tourism from the perspective of low-carbon economy.
