Abstract: With the developing of Distributed Database technology, fuzzy query of Distributed Database has been playing an important role in the information query. Raising query speed and precision ratio is always the main topic of information query. In this paper, a new type of information query system--Distributed Database system is designed with rough set theory and fuzzy set knowledge. A new information query method is advanced and the architecture of the system and its key algorithms are given. Main characteristic of the research achievement is that query algorithm’s time complexity decreases with the increase of amount of information and relates to the only amount of index words. Results show that it is an effective method with which a system for fuzzy query is implemented.

Abstract: The goal of image fusion is to combine a high-quality image from multi-image about the same object. The paper presents an image fusion scheme based on wavelet transform and rough set. Firstly, the two images are decomposed by orthogonal wavelet; the image’s wavelet coefficients are got. Comparing with the two image’s wavelet coefficients, wavelet coefficients’ matrix is composed of maximum absolute value, the fused image is obtained by the inverse wavelet transform. The last section of the paper verifies the method by experiment and gets the good experimental results.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel evolutionary algorithm to image fusion. An original image is divided into blocks with fixed size. According to the idea of the evolutionary algorithm, the image is analyzed using fractal dimension to attain its feature blocks containing edges and textures that are used in the later embedding process and used to form a feature label. The evolutionary algorithm that is the fusion of the feature label and a binary copyright symbol not only represents the copyright symbol, but also reflects the feature of the image. The evolutionary algorithm that is adaptive to the individual image is embedded into the relations between middle-frequency coefficients and corresponding DC coefficients. Experimental results show that this evolutionary algorithm can get good perceptual invisibility, adaptability and security.

Abstract: Header compression can effectively improve transmission efficiency, but existing header compression algorithm reduces the performance when operating over wireless links, because the differencing coding that the algorithm used does not adapt to packet over LAN. A new method for IPv6 header compression named is proposed, the compression is based on substitution and is not affected by packet loss. The method can significant improve the transmission performance over LAN.

Abstract: With the rapid development of distance continuing education in China, there is a need to integrate the education information systems in different regions to offer a unified information management to eliminate the problems of the information scattering, information isolation, and information isolated islands for distance education. A new information frame based on SOA technology in software engineering was proposed to fulfill the requirement of contemporary distance education.

Abstract: In this article, we introduce a sort of vector-valued wavelet packets with multi-scale dilation of space , which are generalizations of multivariaale wavelet packets. A method for designing a sort of biorthogonal vector-valued wavelet packets in higher dimensions is presented and their biorthogonality property is characterized by virtue of time-frequency analysis method, matrix theory, and operator theory. Three biorthogonality formulas regarding these wavelet packets are established. Furtherore, it is shown how to obtain new Riesz bases of space from these wavelet packets.

Abstract: One course radius measurement method for vertical petroleum tank volume metrology based on 3D laser scan principle was researched. Method of distance measurement by laser phase-shift technology and angular measurement by optical grating was applied to acquire coordinates of points in each course under the control of servo system. The permitted error of measured point location is 2mm. Fitting algorithms base on direct iterative method (DIM) and least square method (LSM) were used to process measured data and deduce equivalent radius of each course. In comparison experiment, one 1000m3 vertical tank was used as test object. Compared to strapping method (international mandatory standard), the maximal deviation radius value of method discussed is 2.8mm. The maximal difference of radius value calculated by DIM and LSM is 0.1mm. The experimental results verified the method discussed in this paper.

Abstract: In recent years, frames have been the focus of active research, both in theory and applications. In this paper, the notion of multiple affine pseudoframes for subspaces of space is introduced. The concept of a generalized multiresolution structure(GMRS) is proposed. The sufficient condition for the existence of a class of multiple pseudoframes with filter banks is obtained by virtue of a generalized multiresolution structure. An approach for constructing one GMRS of Paley-Wiener subspaces of is presented based on the pyramid decomposition scheme The characteristics of affine pseudoframes for subspaces of space is provided.

Abstract: The notion of a generalized multiresolution structure and the concept of subspace bivariate affine pseudoframes are introduced. The pyramid decomposition scheme of a generalized multiresolution structure(GMRS) is established, which is generalization of Mallat's pyramid algorit- -hm. A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of the pyramid decomposition scheme of space is presented. Moreover, affine bivariate pseudoframe expansions of are constructed by virtue of the pyramid decomposition scheme.
