Abstract: This study looked at the use of augmented reality to combine real scenery with virtual sound to improve the interactivity of teaching aid and provide handicapped children with a more intuitive learning method. The focus is on the development of augmented reality applications for special education. The key components are identifying tags for augmented reality, web-cam device and image processing device. The study was divided into preparation phase and experiment phase. The preparation phase was used to train teacher involved in this study while the experiment phase generated feedback from the actual use of this system by handicapped children who were the subjects of the study. The system was used for children from 4th grade to 8th grade. The design of the teaching materials offered both the teachers and the handicapped children a novel learning method.

Abstract: Talent management has been regarded as a key component to organizations’ success recently. With the scope of this paper, talent management performance evaluation indices system was constructed. Analytic network process (ANP) has been adopted to model a multi-criteria talent management performance evaluation feedback system. Theoretical foundations and application processes of ANP were discussed and dependence and feedback among indices were analyzed. The result of ANP model for the indices system was obtained with Super Decisions software solution. ANP can solve problems with dependent indices effectively rather than analytic hierarchy process (AHP).

Abstract: As a special anonymous signature, the blindness of blind signatures makes it play an important role in electronic commerce. In this paper we first propose a novel blind signature scheme from bilinear pairings. Furthermore, we also give a formal proof of security for the proposed schemes in the random oracle model. And we show that the scheme satisfies the two properties of blind signature: blindness and unforgeability. As for efficiency of the scheme, the size of our blind signature is 320 bits, and no pairings operator are required in the blind signing phas and two pairing operators are needed I the verification phase.

Abstract: Traditional public key cryptosystem (PKC) requires high maintenance cost for certificate management. Although, identity based cryptosystem (IBC) reduces the overhead of management, it suffers from the drawback of key escrow. Certificate-based cryptosystem solves certificate revocation problem and eliminate third party queries in the traditional PKI. In addition, it also solves the inherent key escrow problem in the IBC. In this paper, we proposed an efficient certificate-based signature and the result shows that the scheme is provable secure against two game attacks of certificate-based signature in the random oracle model. The security is closely related to the difficulty of solving the discrete logarithm problem.

Abstract: With the development of information technology, as the basis of economic accounting of the companies, it is possible for team cost accounting to be provided with various of basic data collection, data processing and sharing of such data. First of all, the related technology is introduced, then combined with the production process of C4 workshop, it described the analysis result and scheme. In this process, obtaining dynamic data from production equipment is the first step, then according to different devices and various requirements of product cost accounting, calculate the cost for each team, and finally realize the need for assessment of the teams.

Abstract: Focused on the complexity of the parallel job scheduling on heterogeneous Grid, the paper proposes a multi-objective optimization based scheduling algorithm. The algorithm first splits the parallel job up into a series of independent processes with constraints, and then adopts particles to represent the mapping of job-resource. Multi-objective PSO is employed to simultaneously optimize the scheduling objectives of throughput and average turnaround time. Experimental result indicates that the proposed approach is effective while dealing with large scale parallel jobs scheduling on heterogeneous Grid and outperforms other conventional algorithms.

Abstract: Heavy duty deflection angle milling head is the core functional unit of heavy-duty gantry CNC machine tools. Stiffness of swing chain system is one of the important factors that determines accuracy of heavy duty deflection angle milling head. In order to improve dynamic performance and mechanical precision, the gear pair and support system of the swing chain are studied in the paper. Based on the deformation compatibility condition and the superposition theorem, the torsional deformation and stiffness of each part are analyzed, and considered the deformation of workpieces and supporting system and the interaction of them. The vulnerable segment is found out in the paper, which is valuable to amend and improve the design of milling head. At last, the curves of the relation between the swing chain stiffness and the gear parameters and bearing preload are charted, which provide the theory and technical support for digital design, optimization of the milling head and the basis for the similar driving system stiffness calculation.

Abstract: Schumann Resonance relates with global temperature variations, new geophysics phenomena in the low ionosphere and short-term earthquake prediction etc. In this paper based on the nonlinear modulation model of high frequency and extreme-low frequency electromagnetic waves in low ionosphere, the Schumann Resonance observing is researched. Taking the fair weather electric field in account, the cross modulation index was 4.2×10-4. At the first Schumann Resonance observatory of China, the first 4 peaks of Schumann Resonance respectively at 7, 14, 20, 26Hz were obtained in demodulation spectra of the high frequency time service signals. The parameter characteristics of Schumann Resonance in the low ionosphere were analyzed under the geographical condition of middle latitude area. The feasibility of Schumann Resonance measurement by demodulating the spectra of HF has been verified. The non-linearity between Schumann Resonance and very low frequency signals also was discussed.

Abstract: The process of Rainfall Forecasting very complex and highly nonlinear and exhibits both temporal and spatial variability’s, In this article, a Rainfall Forecasting model using the Bayesian neural networks (BNN) is proposed for Rainfall Forecasting. The study uses the data from a coastal forest catchment. This article studies the accuracy of the short-term rainfall forecast obtained by BNN time-series analysis techniques and using antecedent rainfall depths and stream flow as the input information. The verification results from the proposed model indicate that the approach of BNN Rainfall Forecasting model presented in this paper shows a reasonable agreement in Rainfall Forecasting modeling with high accuracy.

Abstract: LSI based hierarchical agglomerative clustering algorithm is studied. Aiming to the problems of LSI based hierarchical agglomerative clustering method, NMF based hierarchical clustering method is proposed and analyzed. Two ways of implementing NMF based method are introduced. Finally the result of two groups of experiment based on the TanCorp document corpora show that the method proposed is effective.
