Preparation of CaTiO3:Pr Phosphor by Using CaB2O4 as a Flux

Article Preview

Abstract:

Powder of Pr-doped CaTiO3 phosphor was prepared with addition of CaB2O4 to the starting materials. The primary particle size was increased and the photoluminescence intensity was enhanced by the addition when prepared at 1373 K. The remarkable effects were not observed when prepared at 1273 K.
