Abstract: Condition-based Maintenance (CBM), which can efficiently improve the performance of the deteriorating system, would be influenced by imperfect inspection in practice. Aiming at this problem, a new CBM model under imperfect inspection is presented for deteriorating system, which described by Gamma process. The system is inspected periodically, and a preventive maintenance is performed if the degradation level exceeds a threhold. The inspection is imperfect, that means the measurements contain errors, and the CBM model should take these measure errors into account. The algorithm is shown to estimate the long run cost rate using Monte-Carlo method. Through numerical example, the influence of mesurement error over long run cost is analyzed. Therefore, the correctness and rationality of the model are proved.

Abstract: Some approaches and strategies of building a manufacturing process managing system in a digital enterprise environment were introduced in this paper. The system was based on resource optimization deployment and composed of five subsystems. Firstly, the structure of the whole system's framework and the function of every subsystem were discussed. Then the XML-based data exchange between different subsystems, data access interface specification, and the integration pattern based on XML Web Services were presented in detail. Finally, a successful enterprise application of the system was described. The application result proves that the system was practical and helpful to achieve the order-oriented manufacturing process collaborative management and the social manufacturing resources’ optimization deployment.

Abstract: According to the development trend of modern Industrial Engineering and professional talent training goal, combined with the characteristics of modern Industrial Engineering specialty, take full advantage of advanced technology and teaching philosophy, the modern Industrial Engineering teaching experimental system is designed. The experimental system based on a main course of Industrial Engineering experiment, containing a Material Storage System, Access to Material and Transfer System, Equipment Control Software, Management Software and Experimental Data Analysis Software. This modern Industrial Engineering experimental system based on IT technology is presented, which make experiments more flexible and also can give students an intuitive understanding of the production processes.

Abstract: Green Manufacturing and Recycling Economy is the basis for the sustainable development of human society, is also the direction for the future development of manufacturing industry. This article describes the concept of Green Manufacturing and Recycling Economy, analyses the work of Green Manufacturing processes, from product design, production, recycling-oriented three-pronged explained, and presents three suggestions of Green Manufacturing for circular economy, including extending the product life cycle, establishing enterprise's return goods processing center and strengthening cooperation with relevant manufacturers. Through these methods can enable enterprises to achieve the recycling of materials and energy, and enable enterprises to reduce production costs, improve core competitiveness.

Abstract: For realizing the sharing and optimization deployment of the manufacturing resources, the concept of collaborative manufacturing chain is proposed. For acquiring the optimal collaborative manufacturing chain, a multi-objective optimization model is developed to minimize the comprehensive cost and the whole production load with time-sequence constraint. The simulation results indicate that the proposed model and algorithm are able to obtain satisfactory solutions.

Abstract: For the manufacturing task of manufacturing collaborative alliances, the relationship between manufacturing task programming and manufacturing resources deployment is analyzed and the model for the span of manufacturing task with time sequence constraint is constructed. The problem of span programming of manufacturing task with time sequence constraint is analyzed by integrating qualitative and quantitative methods from production period for the manufacturing task. The mathematical formulations of influential factors and task span are constructed, and the optimal values of task span are obtained. By analyzing the results of quasi-quantitative study, some meaningful results that benefit to programming for collaborative manufacturing task are achieved.

Abstract: Pure water hydraulic technology attracts more and more attention of people due to no pollution, low cost, simple system, and many other advantages. This paper compares physico-chemical properties between pure water and hydraulic oil, concludes that pure water is the ideal medium for hydraulic system. Then it discusses the development of pure water hydraulic technology, introduces the present research situation and development of pure water hydraulic components from home to abroad in the future.

Abstract: Container packing has become more and more important for long-distance transportation as the development of logistics industry. A good container load plan will help to improve efficiency, reduce transportation cost and increase economic benefits. In this paper, we proposed a new optimal algorithm for multi-containers packing problem. The algorithm consists of a heuristic method which is for single-bin loading, and a genetic algorithm which is for multi-containers packing. A new placement nodes strategy was designed according to the container loading characteristics in the heuristics. Through this method, the number of placement nodes was reduced effectively. In genetic algorithm, an innovative chromosome encoding was presented, which is efficient to decrease the chromosome length. The simulation results show that the new algorithm is available and efficient. The proposed algorithm performs better in terms of space utilizations and running time.

Abstract: Currently there are several aspects in the management of emergency material reserves, such as limited resources of emergency supplies reserves, lagging in the contingency reserve technology development and non-consistency of reserve process of emergency supplies. How to optimize the management of emergency supplies stored using rational design method is the focus of this study. On the basis of analysis of existing inadequate emergency supplies reserves in China, building three-level management mechanism of emergency supplies reserves in view of local, military and related organizations is proposed. The multi-level inventory management system is put forward according to fair share allocation method, ABC classification and statistics that have occurred in the case of disaster supplies needed. Based on the limited storage resources for emergency reserves, the relevant indicators coefficient is constructed by the Delphi method and the coefficient of variation method, and the optimal type of emergency supplies reserves is ultimately obtained through the dynamic programming method.

Abstract: This thesis has demonstrated the feasibility of setting up the 3D model database and information query platform of Huizhou traditional dwellings decorative art, by using the digital information acquisition and processing technology, and summarized the terminal design method as well. It provides a technical service means and ways for the research of Hui-style dwellings construction, inheritance of Hui-culture and the related art design practice. This terminal provides a new model of the promotion, propaganda, application and development to the world, for the Hui-style dwellings construction decorative art. It will enrich the digital contents of Hui culture, which has the important practical and strategic significance to the construction of "digital Anhui".
