Abstract: This paper analyzed the composition of the multiple agent system, and combine with the characteristics of simulation in multiple agent. This paper proposed a supply chain system structure based on the coordination center, to achieve communications between any two entities through the coordination center. This paper constructed the agent module chart of coordination center, suppliers, producers and distributors, and expounds the function and task flow of the coordination center, and design the mechanism for data transfer between modules, in order to realize the data exchange between different entities. In this model, the coordination center takes effective measures like effectively plan, coordination, dispatch and control for the logistics, cash flow and information flow of supply chain. So it has a good reference value for the practical application of supply chain model.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduced dbcube topology for Network-on Chips(NoC). We predicted the dbcube topology has high power and low latency comparing to other topologies, and in particular mesh topology. By using xmulator simulator,we compared power and latency of this topologyto mesh topology. Finally, it is demonstrated that the network has higher power and lower latency than the mesh topology.

Abstract: A new method for the surface modification of the surface of fruits based on the Layer-by-Layer (LbL) deposition of polyelectrolyte multilayers (PEM) is presented. Mangoes fruits were coated by sequential dipping in solutions of either Poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride), (PDADMAC) or Poly(styrene sulfonate sodium salt) (PSS). After the deposition of only few polyelectrolyte layers, the skin of the fruits was changed from hydrophobic to hydrophilic as shown by contact angles measurements decreasing from 90 to 10. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to confirm the deposition of the PEM coating on the fruit which was then used as a matrix to load curcumin as model compound. Ultraviolet Visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy was used to evaluate the amount of a curcumin loaded on the fruit surface as a function of the thickness of the film by indirect leaching in ethanol. This coating method provides a new approach to dope active compound on the fruit surface such as anti-oxidant, fragrance, color and other nutriment which could increase the market value of fruits.

Abstract: We present that polydopamineassistedinterfacial engineering can be synergistically integratedwith block copolymer lithography for surface nanopatterningof low-surface-energy substrate materials, includingTeflon, graphene, and gold. Block copolymer lithography is aself-assembly based nanofabrication that holds greatpromise for sub-10-nm scale patterning. The directed self-assemblyof block copolymers into device-oriented nanopatternsgenerally requires organic modification of a substrate surface. In this work, the versatility of the polydopamine treatment was demonstrated by the surface modification.

Abstract: In order to improve project management ability, prevent communication accident, and identify 21 concrete risk factors in IT engineering construction, this paper has set up an evaluation index system with five risk factors for one class index such as design, the personnel, technical force, management, project implementation, and security measures. Then, this paper has used the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to assess the overall risk for CDMA core network expansion project in Xinjiang telecommunication, and put forward the relative solutions for risk.

Abstract: The M/E/P (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) system of the building project has become more and more complex as the demand of the better living environment within the modern buildings increases. However, since the complexity and uniqueness involved within MEP trades, various fields of designers or contractors can hardly share their information with each other. This study employs BIM (Building Information Modeling) technology to assist the stakeholders of the construction projects to share and exchange information according to their needs. First, the process of different MEP disciplines will be systematically analyzed. Then the possible conflicts between trades will be identified. According to the study, necessary and important attributes required for the MEP BIM objects will be developed. Those developed BIM objects will later serve as the core of the communication platform, on which the project participants can easily access and share information. In addition, a better information integration mechanism for MEP systems will be developed throughout different phases of the project life cycle.

Abstract: The article deals with the utilization of group technology inside new software. This software aids the multivariant manufacturing process plans creation and consequently it supported the processing of information in several versions. It can be used for optimization according to the selected criteria, for the generation of technological documentation and NC programs on the basis of hybrid approach. NC program, as one of process plans form, can be for individual parts generated automatically on the basis of group representative that is created as 3D model in CAD/CAM system. The output of CAM module – CL data – is imported into new software application as the basis of NC program. System was called Individual Application system – IAS.

Abstract: In recent years wireless ad-hoc and sensor network’s applications in disaster have drawn a lot of attention from both research and industry. Therefore, in order to improve the estimations that necessary for useful decision making for disaster personnel; this paper addresses disaster management issues in ad-hoc and WSNs with healthcare and communications viewpoints. We attempt to lift and discuss these issues and get some solutions to them. Accordingly, the theoretical bit error rate (BER) performances of four modes of quadratic-amplitude modulation (QAM) versus phase shift keying (PSK) is obtained, in which QAM performance is better than PSK. Moreover, the simulation results showed the BER performance of 16-mode for the two modulation techniques under AWGN and fading channel. According to the simulation results, we observed that at and in AWGN, the 16-QAM required 4dB less than PSK, but its performance in the fading channel not efficient. Furthermore, the evaluation of performance proves that the using of diversity order enhances the performance in the fading channel more and more.

Abstract: Effective revenue management practice can be the single most important factor in distinguishing between success and failure of an airline and spell the difference between profitability and loss for a particular flight. This paper deals with usage of Deterministic Linear Program to optimize the network as a whole and uses LINGO to solve the DLP as it has 120 variables and 127 constraints and is impossible to solve manually. Optimization strategies taken into consideration are: Leg Based Expected Margins, Seat Revenue (EMSR), and Deterministic Linear Program (DLP). In the seat inventory control process Nested Heuristics is used for an improved and accurate result.

Abstract: How to boost the manufacturing and innovation ability of university students majored in mechanical engineering is explored by vast number of teachers. With the deep-going of teaching reform, most teachers have made some positive explorations in practice teaching. The paper introduces some explorations in practice teaching, ranged from refining teaching contents in class to, elaborating practice teaching links and designing projects for innovation and the objective of those exploration is to boost the manufacturing and innovation ability of students. Practice proves those explorations are effective for educating students’ manufacturing and innovation ability.
