Abstract: Application of MEMS angular rate gyro attitude when monitoring for long-term, zero-point drift and random error in cumulative points after long-term monitoring errors can significantly increase the measurement error. Using ARMA model of MEMS gyros random drift modeling and error compensation method using Adaptive Kalman Filter, which increases gyro attitude measurement of long-term reliability Last experiment. The method in accordance with the principle of time series analysis, integration of observations and estimates of actual system so that it can reflect the influence of external disturbance and noise on the system. It can also reflect the influence of system disturbance on actual system performance improves estimation precision.

Abstract: Emotion has inalienablerelationship with culture. Nowadays, there is an increasing tread in designersto integrate culture elements in product designs. Based on previous emotional design theory,we made a thorough analysis from three levels respectively: visceral level, behavior level and reflective level and tried to work out a culturaldesign method with the purpose of integrating culture withtechnologically industrial design. Subsequently, to validate this method, we developed an interactivelamp design with multi-sensor technology, which called “Lightceremony”, inspired by a specialcultural element, tea ceremony.

Abstract: The power system is the system by a large number of generation, transmission, distribution and utilization electrical equipment connected. The reliability of these devices directly determines the stability and security of the entire system. High Voltage Switchgear contacts run in high voltage and high current state, is closely related to its operational reliability and contact temperature rising. During the grid operation, the mechanical vibration, the contact ablation and other reasons could deteriorate the exposure conditions; increase in contact resistance, causing the temperature rise of the contact, exacerbate the contact surface oxidation. Resulting arcing at partial of welded or contact loose. Eventually cause damage to the electrical equipment and even power outages and other major incidents. Therefore, the contact temperature of the high-voltage cabinet line monitoring is of great significance.

Abstract: The traditional Kalman filter is able to obtain the optimal estimation of the estimated signals. However, it fails to consider their reliability. In real applications, the estimated signals may include outliers. Fortunately, we are able to know the reliability of the signals transcendentally. In this paper, we derive the one-dimensional data fusion formulas based on signals reliability which is according to minimum variance restriction. Furthermore, a corresponding data fusion scheme is proposed. Experimental results show the propose data fusion method performs much better than traditional methods.

Abstract: This paper addresses the energy-based localization problem in wireless sensor networks. Since the objective function of the weighted least squares (WLS) formulation is nonconvex, its global solution is hard to obtain without a good initial estimate. In this paper, An approximate solution to the (WLS) problem is presented, by relaxing the minimization problem into semidefinite programming form. One can obtain an optimal solution of the (SDP) by rank-one decomposition of matrices. Numerical results show that the proposed method is indeed efficient.

Abstract: This research proposes a wireless RFID-based thermal convection accelerometer, and relates for the technology to manufacture and package it on a flexible substrate. The key technology is to integrate both a thermal convection accelerometer and a wireless RFID antenna on the same substrate, such that the accelerometer is very convenient for fabrication and usage. In this paper the heaters as well as the thermal sensors are made on the surface of the flexible substrate with the traditional floating structure. In addition, the inner shape of the chamber can be as hemi-cylindrical and hemi-spherical ones instead of the conventional rectangular type. Comparisons are also made, the sensitivity of the new proposed semi-spherical design with Xe gas is better at lower accelerations.

Abstract: To change the phenomenon of“Being an armchair strategist” in the research on the photoelectric encoder, the simulation system of that had been researched using virtual-reality technology. Thebasic principle of the photoelectric encoder was expounded. The developmentstrategy of the simulation software was introduced. Some key problems and theirsolutions, including drawing of grid line and motion control method, voltagesignal and the pulse signal processing and display and parameter adjustmentmethod, were put forward in development. Finally, a virtual simulation examplewas provided.

Abstract: The real-time monitoring of water level is a key element for the security and automation of shiplock. To meet the requirement of real time measurement and information releasing of multipoint water level for a shiplock station, a multi-channel water level monitoring and SMS interaction system based on high-performance MCU W77E58 is designed. Pressure water level sensors are used to acquire multipoint real-time water levels at upstream, downstream, lock chamber points. The water level information is processed by MCU and transmitted to the remote IPC through the RS485 bus. IPC interface is designed basing on VB6.0. It completes the bi-directional interaction of water level information to cell phone users with GSM module by sending short messages. Site operation shows that overall scheme of the system is reasonable, hardware and software works well and running costs is relatively low. The system fully meets the requirements of shiplock and is worth popularizing and application.

Abstract: For reducing the communication overhead of data aggregation, authors proposed an covering set-based inner-cluster data aggregation scheme for wireless sensor networks. The network is clustered upon deployment; nodes achieve the inner-cluster neighbors’ identifiers by information exchanging and transmit the list of inner-cluster neighbors to the cluster head to help the cluster head deducing the inner-cluster covering set. Each node selects a neighbor form inner-cluster covering set as reference point and keeps silent if it has the same reading with reference point. Simulation shows that the proposed scheme lowers the communication overhead of data aggregation effectively.
