Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of high-speed projectile velocity measurement, design of a high-precision projectile velocity measurement device. Device adopts laser light source as detection target surface, receiving part adopts silicon cell array for photoelectric conversion. Silicon cell array using seamless splicing technology, eliminate the test blind spot. Design the sensitivity adjustable photoelectric conversion circuit, can effectively adjust the sensitivity of each pixel of the silicon photocell, effectively resolve the pixels sensitivity difference, reduce the jump poor in test, improve the projectile velocity measurement precision.

Abstract: The article comes up with a design method of remote temperature detection system which uses GSM SMS module and C8051F020 MCU as core components. Temperature acquisition chip adopts single intelligent temperature sensor DS18B20. Through GSM network, it transfers the temperature value to the main controlling center or operator’s mobile phone. It can realize loop detection of temperature data at multiple points. This system has the many features, such as high integration level, strong controlling function, wide application range, etc. It has certain practical application value.

Abstract: Based on digital camera method, there was using an improved dual-target method to measure atmospheric visibility. Using a digital camera to obtain images selected targets under different weather, to brightness contrast method and dual-target method were used to edge detection and Hough transform to obtain the image of the target and background, then respectively through the brightness contrast method and dual target method to calculate visibility value, in view of the different weather will dual target method and brightness contrast method and meteorological bureau issued the visibility value contrast experiment. Comparison results show that the digital camera method for visibility value and weather bureau data released by the trend is almost the same, especially dual target method. Digital camera method proved the effectiveness of Qingdao area visibility observation.

Abstract: We use various multi-faceted functions to improve fitting accuracy of GNSS level fitting. Propose a method to select kernel function, determine smooth coefficient and a law to choose kernel function node for improving fitting accuracy. We give a formula to calculate smooth coefficient and test it in plain area. The formula has practical significance to improve fitting accuracy and stability of the results.

Abstract: The article introduces a portable quantitative fluorescence immunoassay analyzer which is based on the principle of fluorescence immunoassay and immunochromatographic assay, the analyzer can quantitatively detect the concentration of C-reactive protein (CRP) in human blood. After the immune reaction between CRP and fluorescent marker, they gather around the test line on test strip. The analyzer detects the fluorescent of CRP and calculates concentration of CRP in the sample according to standard working curves of the analyzer. The results show that the linear detection range of the CRP concentration by this analyzer is 1~27 mg/L, the technical specifications have reached the requirements of clinical test.

Abstract: This paper presents a new method for micro-aperture measurement based on luminous flux. The principle and the structure of micro-aperture measurement system are introduced in detail. Compared with previous measurement methods, the proposed method has several advantages: The measuring head with array line structure can measure several apertures’ area directly at the same time. The shape of the aperture is not limited to a circle or any other shape. It is a measuring technique with high precision and low cost. The test results show that the uncertainty is mm of a circular 0.5 mm diameter aperture, and the average linearity value is 3.47% to the aperture which diameter in the range from 150 to 500um.

Abstract: Virtual instrument (VI) technology motivates test instrument going to multi-channel, high speed, automatic, micromation and intelligent. Component technology is able to decrease the period of developing instrument and increase the using repeatability of system. A novel noise test system based on component and virtual instrument is proposed in this paper. This system realizes all noise test functions designed, which demonstrates the advantages and feasibility of applying component technology to VI developing.

Abstract: For the special requirements of the radar antenna, a servo system was designed to drive a certain type of weather radar azimuth scan. The control segment consists of the PC and the stepper motor motion control card, in which the stepper motor was used as the actuator and the motor drive circuit was built by the specific integrated driver chips of the stepper motor. By testing the vibration, the shock and the temperature of system, it shows that the designed azimuths scan servo system can meet the requirements of the weather radar azimuth scan.

Abstract: The measurement and analysis of human motion during the Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is widely used in rehabilitation, ergonomics, diagnosis, and bionics etc. By using American PolhemusTM electromagnetic tracking system, the human upper limb motions of 6 objects performing 12 basic actions of ADLs were measured. Then the joint angle ranges of human upper limb were obtained by upper limb motion analysis system developed by ourselves. The results can provide reference for complete, standardized Chinese adult human upper limb kinematics parameters.

Abstract: In this paper, the portable Raman spectroscopy measurement system is presented. The measurement system can detect the Raman spectrum of objects using the advanced technique called Shell-isolated Nanoparticle Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SHINERS). This technique used gold nanoparticles coated with a thin, uniform, fully enclosed and optically transparent shell of silica or alumina so that the gold core generates a large surface enhancement and the shell controls the distance of the core from the surface to be detected. Based on this technique, the measurement system is designed including three modules, optical module, mechanical module and electrical control module. This Raman spectroscopy measurement system is portable, and can be used to the inspection of food safety, drugs, explosives and environment pollutants.
