Abstract: By analyzing the current situations of the common car transport live fish, the paper designs a monitoring control system of refrigeration and oxygenation for live fish transportation, which uses dissolved oxygen sensors and temperature sensors to achieve real-time monitoring of dissolved oxygen and temperature of the water in the tank during transport, analyze and study the conditions, and take timely measures to eliminate the adverse effects. The system also has an independent diesel engine driving force which separates with the power of the truck, and the system is truly free from the impact of traffic and a variety of emergencies, which maintains the living environment for live fish. Thereby, it enhanced the survival rate of live fish, which thoroughly solved the problems in the long distance transportation for live fish transportation clients and greatly increased the economic interest and social benefits.

Abstract: The design and analysis of Ku-band ladder-type filters based on film bulk acoustic wave resonator (FBAR) is presented. The proposed FBAR filter has an insertion loss of-3dB, out-of-band rejection of-12dB, centre frequency of 15.5GHz with 3dB bandwidth of 1.0GHz. Based on the characteristics of the FBAR filter, the expected characteristics of FBAR resonators are determined by using the Butterworth Van Dyke (BVD) equivalent circuit.

Abstract: This paper presents a portable blood detection system on the basis of dry-type chemical method. Controlled by TM320VC5509A, a high-precision Digital Signal Processor, provided light source by line spot semiconductor laser (LD), converted between light and electricity by photocoupler, the system can fulfill the conventional detection and measurement of blood cells parameters. As for the stability of the system, the test results showed that the relative standard deviation of the parameters of the blood cells were all below 1.7%. The contrast experiment on Sysmex XT-1800i showed that with hematocrit (HCT), hemoglobin (HGB), lymphocytes and moncytes (LM), granulocytes (GRAN), platelets (PLT) and white blood cell (WBC) as contrast items, the correlation coefficients of the system were 0.9910.9720.9520.9860.979 and 0.985 respectively. The volume and time measurements of the system were designed as (25×20×10) cm3 and 60s. The system can fulfill some functions such as indicating records, seeking information and deleting. The system will have a wide application prospect in rapid test of blood in field and emergency examination.

Abstract: In compounded film process, as the way of exchanging rollers manually in the end of unwinding rollers will lead to a decline in production efficiency, a multi-motor wheeled automatic roller exchanging system is proposed. The system drives four servo motors by Programmable Multiple-Axis Controller (PMAC) simultaneously, makes two servo motors which drive cross shaft and cutter shaft under high precision position control mode, makes the other two servo motors which drive unwinding rollers under speed control mode, detects the position of dancer roll to keep tension constant. Compared with the way of exchanging rollers manually, the new way can exchange rollers effectively with no downtime, improve the production efficiency and the rate of finished products.

Abstract: According to the ideal wheel speed change curve during the ABS braking and the vehicle inertia electromechanical mixed analog principle, the bench testing system for vehicle ABS performance was designed. In order to improve the reliability of the wheel velocity detection and optimize the systematic structure, the method of using the free roller to detect wheel speed and the regenerative braking energy compensation of asynchronous motor were proposed. The results show that designed test bench system can achieve ABS performance testing.

Abstract: An electro-hydraulic servo pressure control system was proposed, which meet the request of fast response, zero overstep and high control precision, based on analyzing the technique of riveting. The proper control parameter which is got by the debugging result of the PID arithmetic in PLC realized the precise control of systems pressure. In practice the device has good application value.

Abstract: The water misting cooling has phase change characteristics,so the cooling efficiency is better than water cooled ,and more saveing energy、save water、less noise ,It is being widely used in the air conditioning system for the condenser cooling. In order to enhance the cooling efficiency of the water misting cooling system and improve the efficiency of the air conditioning system in the cold room, In the study use ultrasonic water misting cooling chiller for controlled object, and proposed the dual-effect fuzzy control system controller’s design concepts ,carry out the fuzzy controller and the control circuit in the FPGA chip to reach the goal of the product, After the relevant tests that is differing from traditional air-cooled water chillers. In the study, in addition to improve the shortcomings of traditional chiller energy consumption, to enhance the efficiency of water misting cooling system, achieve more saving energy and high efficiency control purposes.

Abstract: In this paper, a class of fuzzy Proportion-Integration-Differentiation (PID) controller is tuned for a class of unstable processes based on PID theory. Phase margin and gain margin method is used to design the controller. Moreover, in order to reduce complications of solving equations deduced from phase margin and gain margin, a global approximate method is proposed for those equations. Finally, the simulation results show that the design method not only can be applied to the class of unstable processes but also has a better robustness than traditional PID controller.

Abstract: Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) ventilator is an effective treatment device for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS). A new control-module design for CPAP ventilator is discussed in this paper. The key technologies, which have improved the performance and reliability of the equipment, such as AVR-based module control, high-precision air pressure detection, improved digital PID control algorithm and smart motor-drive regulation, are described. As indicated by the results from our experiments, the proposed design promises a stable output pressure of the ventilator, the error being less than 0.5cmH2O.
