Abstract: In this paper, a new rotor fault diagnosis method was proposed based on rank-order morphological filter, ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD), sample entropy and grey relation degree. Firstly, the sampled data was de-noised by rank-order morphological filter. Secondly, the de-noised signal was decomposed into a finite number of stationary intrinsic mode functions (IMFs). Thirdly, some IMFs containing the most dominant fault information were calculated the sample entropy for four rotor conditions. Finally, the grey relation degree between the symptom set and standard fault set was calculated as the identification evidence for fault diagnosis. The practical results show that this method is quite effective in rotor fault diagnosis. Its suitable for on-line monitoring and diagnosis of rotating machinery.

Abstract: In this paper, a new comprehensive gearbox fault diagnosis method was proposed based on rank-order morphological filter, ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) and grey incidence. Firstly, the rank-order morphological filter was defined and the line structure element was selected for rank-order morphological filter to de-noise the original acceleration vibration signal. Secondly, de-noised gearbox vibration signals were decomposed into a finite number of stationary intrinsic mode functions (IMF) and some IMFs containing the most dominant fault information were calculated the energy distribution. Finally, due to the grey incidence has good classify capacity for small sample pattern identification; these energy distributions could serve as the feature vectors, the grey incidence of different gearbox vibration signals was calculated to identify the fault pattern and condition. Practical results show that the proposed method can be used in gear fault diagnosis effectively.

Abstract: This paper presents an Electric bicycle controller,which is designed on the basis of Programmable System-On-Chip used in BLDCM. The system structure is described. The software and drive circuit are designed. Several modules integrated in PSOC,such as PWM,AD and timer modules,are used to Electric bicycle controller the brushless DC motor can be controlled by PWM output with the help of HALL-position sensors.

Abstract: Trajectory correction projectiles significantly improved shooting accuracy of conventional ammunition.This paper designed an impact point prediction algorithm based on perturbation theory, and proposed trajectory correction scheme based on the impact point prediction algorithm. Based on perturbation theory, getting samples by solving ideal trajectory and typical disturbed trajectory, and solving the coefficients of the prediction model by regression.The 6-degrees of freedom trajectory simulation shows that adopting this correction guidance law, the standard error of the longitudinal falling points of projectiles reduced significantly.

Abstract: In target tracking systems, measurements from the same target can arrive out-of-sequence. Such OOSM arrivals can induce negative-time measurement update problem. In order to solve the l-step-lag OOSM problem with correlated process noise and measurement noise, a new algorithm based on forward prediction is proposed. A modified information filter is adopted so as to eliminate the correlated noise. By defining an equivalent measurement the l-step-lag OOSM problem is transformed into 1-step-lag problem. The new algorithm is independent with the discrete time model of the process noise. The storage requirements and calculations are reduced. The simulation results show its effectiveness.

Abstract: For the problems of not enough fault information for the complicated equipment and difficult to predict the fault, we apply Support Vector Machine (SVM) to build the fault prediction model. On the basis of analyzing regression algorithm of SVM, we use Least Square Support Vector Machine (LS-SVM) to build the fault prediction model.LS-SVM can effectively debase the complication of the model. Finally, we take the fault data of a hydraulic pump to validate this model. By selecting appropriate parameters, this model can make better prediction for the fault data, and it has higher prediction precision. It is proved that the fault prediction model which based on LS-SVM can make better prediction for fault trend of complicated equipment.

Abstract: This paper introduced the fault diagnosis technology and analyzed the shortcomings of traditional fault diagnosis method. Then simply introduced the intelligence fault diagnosis expert system. At last respectively introduced the design idea of three intelligence fault diagnosis expert systems, they respectively is used in rotating machine, mechanical maintenance and hydraulic system. At the same time the key technologies of each intelligence fault diagnosis expert system was respectively introduced.
