Abstract: Based on a study of the Virtual Reality Technique and Numerical Control Processing Technique, this paper proposes the overall structure of virtual numerical control lathe system. Then the paper, with a combination of the virtual processing system theory, further investigates into the modeling method and machining process of the virtual processing system. By use of the 3DS Max Technique, the paper builds geometrical models of static objects, and builds behavioral models and physical models of dynamic objects by the redrawing technique and particle system method. At last, the paper simulates the whole numerical machining process.

Abstract: This paper studies on access control method for automatic test system (ATS) based on access view. The access view of access object is proposed according to the division of test stage, subset and manipulation to units under test (UUTs). Matrix is used to describe the access view and version control is applied for access view. This method provides access control in finer grit.

Abstract: As the hydro-engineering projects are often featured with long construction period, great investment and many cooperative departments; moreover, they are usually seriously affected by natural resources, topography, geology and hydro-meteorological condition; it seems quite necessary to design a set of network monitoring system to store, simulate and analyze the historical hydrologic data and planning data. This paper first briefly analyzes the simulation design status of current network monitoring system for hydropower stations, then explores or analyzes the structure of network monitoring system for small and medium-scale hydropower stations and the detailed design programs, and finally it describes its application prospects so as to offer references for others.

Abstract: This paper presents a control scheme with an optimized air-gap magnetic field for five-phase induction motor, the control objective is to generate a quasi-square magnetic flux density by the control of excitation and torque currents in the two planes. In this paper, the decoupling vector control model of five-phase induction motor in d1-q1-d3-q3 coordinate system is analyzed, and the direct and quadrature current components in the third harmonic plane as non-linear functions of the fundamental are built, which guarantee the air-gap magnetic to be a constant quasi-square waveform irrespective of the mechanical load, and then the third harmonic current injected method for improved air-gap magnetic field is proposed. Finally, the simulations by Matlab/Simulink and experiments are implanted on a 5.5 kW, five-phase concentrated full-pitch windings induction motor. The results indicate that the proposed method can satisfy the requirement of a quasi-square air-gap flux density, and the air-gap magnetic field gets improved.

Abstract: Software testing is an important technology used to assure the quality of software. The design of test data is very important, which determines the testing effect in the software testing. Existing design approach to test data cant simulate the fault in software run-environment systematically. Mutation testing is an effective software testing method, which can simulate software defects systematically. Using mutation testing for reference, this paper proposes an approach to mutation-based test data generation. By analyzing the demands of test data, such as coverage rate, fault simulation, we design a series of data mutation operators, which can accomplish design of test data systematically. Experiments are carried out on the supporting tool to validate the effectiveness of this approach.

Abstract: A position and attitude control law is developed using geometric algebra (GA). GA is a powerful representational and computational system for geometry. The rigid body motion can be represented by the versor product in GA framework. Using the kinematics of the motor (the versor which represents the rigid body motion in GA), the control law of the rigid body motion can be developed. This paper provides a GA-based position and attitude control law by using the negative feedback of the motor. The stability of the control law is validated by the Lyapunov theorem and the numerical simulation.

Abstract: This paper presents an inverse kinematics algorithm based on multi-agent system. A number of joint agents are used to solve the inverse kinematics problem by serial and parallel collaborative computing. This algorithm applies to the vast majority of robots, no matter of the shape or the number of joints.

Abstract: In order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of digital circuit, the fault diagnosis method based on support vector machines (SVM) is proposed. The input is fault characteristics of digital circuit; the output is the fault style. The connection of fault characteristics and style was established. Network learning algorithm using least squares, the training sample data is formed by the simulation, the test sample data is formed by the untrained simulation. The method achieved the classification of faulted digital circuits, and the results show that the method has the features of fast and high accuracy.

Abstract: Draw on the motor vehicle drivers' psychological quality comprehensive evaluation method, Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, to scientific and rational analyze the current crew working pressure source and build a hierarchy strike indicators weight values by MATLAB software. Based on each weight index value, monitoring and evaluation the working pressure of the crewman and the whole crews, the results of the evaluation has a great significance on assessing the wayward seafarers and the Safe Operation of Ships' ability for ship management companies, maritime services sector.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem that vehicle diagnostic system is of bad uniformity and versatility, which due to the different vehicle diagnostic system communication protocols developed by the different vehicle OEMs according to their own needs, this paper proposes a design method of vehicle CAN bus diagnostic communication module based on AUTOSAR standard. This module follow the AUTOSAR standard and it can be implemented in accordance with the international standard ISO 15765. The results of the test show that when this module is applied to some car dashboard, it can satisfy the needs of the vehicle diagnostic communication system, and it is of good standardization, versatility and portability.
