Abstract: The traditional quality testing method does not apply for the new electronic device which have characters that high-value and small-count, take advantage of the small sampling theory, we can reduce the number of test sample significantly by using the Bayes method. In the processing of the experimental data, we can improve the accuracy of the quality assessment of electronic devices by using of the Bayes method and make full use the prior information.

Abstract: In this paper, hydraulic experimental research on dual spool sleeve valve has been made, and design of test bench, installation of the sensor, the experiment process and experimental results are introduced. The natural frequency of dual spool structure in the anhydrous state has been measured, static experiment on the flow characteristics of control valve has been performed, time-domain peak-to-peak analysis and spectral analysis on pressure pulsation dynamic data were conducted, and time-domain vibration displacement analysis and spectral analysis on tri-axial vibration data have been carried out. Miniature high-frequency dynamic sensor and its acquisition system was used to measure the control valve vibration parameters and the fluctuating pressure parameters of the interior critical points of the valve chamber, and finally data analysis.

Abstract: Finite-resolution digital receiver is considered to be a potential solution to meet the severe demand of ADC that results from wideband of IR-UWB signal. However, the quantized distortion is totally different from full-resolution quantized signal. In this paper, the finite-resolution quantized signal model is derived. Based on the correlation receiver, estimation and detection performance of finite-resolution and full-resolution digital receiver are analyzed in the paper. The analytical results agree with the numerical results exactly and the template estimation performance using midtread quantizer is better than that using the adjacent midrise quantizer.

Abstract: Time-varying linear quadratic Gaussian (LQG) control for vibration of coupled vehicle-bridge system is studied. The vehicle is modeled as a moving mass model with three degrees of freedom, which consists of vehicle body, bogie and wheel. Active suspensions are adopted for the primary and secondary ones, and the control forces are produced by two actuators placed between the bogie and wheel, and between the vehicle body and the bogie, respectively. Vehicle-bridge coupling systems are time-dependent, which lead to the time-varying Riccati differential equation and the time-varying Kalman-Bucy filter equation in the LQG controller design. However, both of them are solved precisely via precise integration method and symplectic conservative perturbation method. In the example, the time history responses of the bridge and the vehicle were calculated respectively for the vehicle with passive suspensions or with active suspensions. Numerical results show that with active suspensions adopted, ride comfort can be improved when the vehicles passing through the bridge.

Abstract: After analyzing Electric Power Steering (EPS) and electric control unit (ECU), a controller system based on ARM LPC1752 is designed. Direction control circuit, H-bridge control circuit and PWM technology were used to control a motor. The PD fuzzy control algorithm was used to control the steering system too. The system has got through the test of relevant electrical properties. Practical use shows that the system has good control performance.

Abstract: Routing problem is one of the most important issues to a wireless sensor network (WSN). It is the key problem to find an efficient energy strategy for prolonging network's lifetime because power supply might be impossible. This paper discusses the multicast routing problem of WSN with multiple QoS constraints, which may deal with the delay, bandwidth, hop count and packet reception rat and surplus energy metrics, and finds a minimum resource consumption path while satisfying multiple constraints optimization conditions, and describes a network model for researching the multicast routing problem. It presents a dynamic multicast routing algorithm with multiple QoS constraints (MCQoSRA). The MCQoSRA successfully solves the QoS routing problems when multicast nodes change dynamically in the networks. The MCQoSRA only requires the local state information of the link (or node), but does not require any global network sate to be maintained. In MCQoSRA, a multicast group member can join or leave the multicast session dynamically. The MCQoSRA can effectively decrease the overhead for constructing a multicast tree and the delay of the nodes, and improve the success ratio of seeking links. Simulation results show that the MCQoSRA provides an available means to implement multicast routing, and adapt to all kinds of the topology networks, and have better expansibility.

Abstract: The city traffic control system and traffic guidance system are two important subsystems of Intelligent Transportation Systems, also main means of the city traffic management. This paper studies the method of control and guidance system coordination for a specific local area, usually 2-6 signalized intersections, places a detailed analysis from the signal phase changes, guidance information display and other aspects of information to ensure the practical feasibility of the method. This paper presents a systematic approach to ensure interoperability in a variety of state regional road traffic running smoothly and orderly, reduce the incidence of congestion, to avoid further deterioration of the congestion, improving the efficiency of the vehicle access to and pass through the region.

Abstract: In the cement production process, cement quality is the most important indicator. One way to measure the quality of the cement is the cement particle size. Only the cement particle size is symmetrical and the specific surface area could reach the national standard that this kind of cement is qualified products. In actual production, the specific surface area is tested in laboratory through experiment. This process takes a long time, and the instantaneous value of specific surface area can not be got. This paper, auxiliary variables coming from the practical production site are used to get an instantaneous value through fuzzy control algorithm and other rules. VC++ 6.0 is used to program this algorithm. After a long period of actual operation, this method is proved to be effective, the instantaneous specific surface area is got and the precision is acceptable. This could guide the operator to change parameters of the equipment timely. This could be widely used and is easy to spread.
