Abstract: Based on the operation and management of complex modern city exhibition in the mixed-use mode and setting the urban planning exhibition hall of Hangzhou as an example, this paper clearly define the developing mode that planning exhibition hall is the cultural media of city construction and public leisure venues. Abstract: In order to evaluate whether a construction scheme satisfies low-carbon standards fast and simply, this paper firstly improves the AHP method and determines the four evaluation indexes about the low-carbon of construction scheme, established a set of low-carbon construction scheme evaluation index system with high practicality. Then this paper sets up comprehensive evaluation model by using the method of combining AHP with Fuzzy Comprehensive Judgment (FCJ). Finally, the paper tests this model with actual cases, and the result shows the practicality of the model, which is the same as practical approach.

Abstract: Fastener-style steel pipe formwork scaffolding system is a body made up of different components, such as plates, rods, blocks of space structure system,Force process of its being repeatedly affected by construction technology,and providing a comprehensive analysis of mechanical characteristics of each component in the system is relatively difficult.But only in the design and analysis of vertical rods as object design and analysis is not enough, vertical Rod itself is not a simple one-way rod of, it is in the system and the horizontal rod, floor stiffness, the upper cord and the ribs and other components affected.Therefore, from the overall awareness of fastener-style steel pipe formwork support system, a comprehensive analysis of connection characteristics, and interactions between the various components,thus summed up the practical computing model for each component in order to essentially recognize the bracket system, eliminate the source of accidents fundamentally.

Abstract: Bi-level coupling algorithm which is based on the improved genetic algorithm was proposed in this paper. Its upper-level module was designed to solve the load optimal distributing problem among the cascade hydropower plants and its lower-level module was designed to solve the generator group optimal-uniting problem among the generators in a hydropower system. This algorithm has advantages in getting the optimal operation schemes of the load distribution, as well as the generator group unitization at the same time. By using a practical basin cascade plants as an example, the results show that the software can carry on rational and optimal decision to the producing operation schemes. The Bi-level coupling algorithm has higher practical value in hydropower system management.

Abstract: VE is frequently seen as a luxury management tool with a high implementation threshold which potential adopters may find intimidating. How to implement VE in the face of various objective conditions and resource situations is a critical issue for increasing the breadth and depth of VE implementation. The paper develops an innovative Office VES (OF-VES) for use by public agencies suffering from insufficient financial, human or technical resources. OF-VES can be used by smaller public administration departments to successfully reduce the threshold for resource-poor public administrations to implement VES, thus promoting the application of VE.

Abstract: based on analyzing the vertical relationship between grain processing enterprise and distributor on grain supply chain, the paper constructs Cournot model for selecting appropriate channel among the vertical integration, vertical division and part of Vertical integration. According to the model conclusion, Sales channel of Part of Vertical integration is the suitable channel for grain supply chain.
