Abstract: Risk management is the key factor to projects success, while the integrated risk management based on the life cycle of engineering project is an inevitable trend. With project lifecycle management and integrated thought as theoretical basis, this paper has introduced some related concepts about the integrated risk management based on the life cycle of engineering project, constructed the risk management model based on the PRAM (project risk analysis and management) method, and has discussed integrated management of project risk, combined with the characteristics of modern engineering projects.

Abstract: There are usually more than one development schemes available in the process of the real estate development, and the optimization on the schemes is directly connected with the investment benefit of the whole project. Hence, using value engineering principle to optimize development schemes of real estate has great and practical significance. This paper, based on the basic principle of value engineering, firstly builds the new models of construction schemes for comparision, then makes a comprehensive analysis on its function and cost, and at last selects the development scheme which has better comprehensive result through quantitative method. Meanwhile, the process is verified and systematically analized through a real example.

Abstract: Urban logistics is a kind of regional logistics depending on the cities . Nowadays, there is not the standard of the improvements of urban logistics . This paper aims to apply fuzzy logic and AHP method to evaluate the competitiveness of urban logistics. We present illustrative example which is carried out by using four main cities in China to demonstrate the applicability of the proposed menthod.

Abstract: To select construction enterprises is very important for real estate projects, and it plays a key role in the success or failure of the programmed. In order to reduce the situation of construction enterprises adverse selection behavior, this paper studies the development enterprise in the process of the construction enterprises to select the root causes and effects of adverse selection problem and establishes the signaling model to analyze deeply on this issue.

Abstract: Construction industry is a high risk industry. With the continuous gigantism and complication of recent project scale, the consequences of safety accidents become more and more serious, and major accidents, especially major accidents have occurred occasionally. Meanwhile, students involved in the civil engineering practical teaching face more and more security risks, and thus affect the normal higher education practice. In order to control the security risks of civil engineering practical teaching, this paper, based on the theories of accident injury insurance and modern safety, will analyze the civil engineering practical teaching accident injury insurance and security mechanism, design the insurance rate, insurance deadline, insurance amount of accident injury, and recommend implementing practice accident injury prevention mechanism, namely the safety prevention system combined by security control and multi-level and multi-angel safety education.

Abstract: As the most important part of supply chain management, supplier selection has always received a great deal of attention from practitioners and researchers. However, the nature of supplier selection is a complex multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problem including many factors which may be in conflict. VIKOR is an efficient method to solve this kind of MCDM problem. But in reality, there usually exists incomplete and uncertain information, and the decision makers cannot easily express their judgments on the alternatives with exact and crisp values. Therefore, a new extended VIKOR method with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IVIF-VIKOR) is proposed in this paper. Then a hybrid MCDM method based on FAHP and the proposed IVIF-VIKOR are used to select supplier under incomplete and uncertain information environment. The feasibility and practicability of FAHP-IVIF-VIKOR method are further manifested through an empirical example.

Abstract: The prominent problems existing in construction domain of China are analyzed. Then the solutions are proposed to solve these problems. The decision-making at early stage of a project need to be paid high attention, and the key management systems need to be perfected and innovated. The interaction of regulatory authorities, the interaction between construction market and construction site, and between credit evaluation and bidding and tendering management, need to be realized. Dalian Construction Credit Information Web is developed and has the function of inquiry, monitoring and consultation service. The interaction among the abovementioned web, Digitalized Construction Site Management System and Bidding and Tendering Web is realized to share information and achieve the management of institutionalization, standardization, specialization and informatization for construction projects and market. The proposed solutions strengthen and normalize the monitoring of the construction market effectively and can provide reference for the construction project management in other area.

Abstract: the glass industry has a far-reaching effect on the economical development, and much the city is developed, the much the glass is used. The China glass industry is very promising, the choice between the establishing of customer relationship and the marketing is an important content of the modern management. For the glass enterprise, how to prevent the drain of clients is both a art and a science, it needs the glass salesmen to be in regular contact with their clients and enhance client value. The glass enterprise need to keep and increase client loyalty by the client relationship system, and temper the core competitive of the glass enterprise. The city development needs the glass industry to develop marketing channels, and improve the production service function. The glass industry development can promote economic harmonious order, and make marketing progress in good way.

Abstract: The research objective is to support the maintenance unit with route planning prior to performing road inspection, the model is based on VRP problem settings, and with the addition of compulsory road sections and allowing shortcuts through small pathways during the inspection to reduce time consumption. By employing Constraint Programming (CP) technology and optimization solution mechanism to construct inspection scheduling model, and the objective is to minimize time consumption of the road inspection. The province and county roads in Douliou city are chosen as examples for analysis, plans out best routes for inspection process, and also displays all the road sections passed by inspection vehicle. Thus this model can be used as reference to support the authorities to efficiently allocate resources for the inspection process, and achieve the objective as shorten the inspection time consumption.

Abstract: Study of large project management basing on the research of time and space scales is the at the forefront of the trend.But for now, it is still resting on the basic work stage for large projects based on the time space multi-dimensional definition. A large project construction and operation is bound to place on the space area and near projects of social and economic impact, in addition to the internal effects and characteristics. What is more, it will reflect the index at different stages of dynamic change in the time series. This article will make an analysis of large-scale spatial spillover effects of the project and have the selection of large projects indicators which can reflect on regional economic and social impact. Besides this article is from the perspective of time and space, applying the spatial econometrics, it dynamic traces of index in time scale, analysis, reflects the characteristics of a large project for large projects.
