Abstract: This paper investigates multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) with hesitant fuzzy preference information, which is a significantly import issue to be deeply studied in management and industrial engineering. Firstly, simultaneously considering optimistic and pessimistic attitudinal preference information, an improved distance measure for hesitant fuzzy set is defined. Then, utilizing the newly defined distance measure, a hesitant fuzzy multiple attribute group decision making approach based on TOPSIS method is constructed, which can effectively avoid high complexity of aggregating hesitant fuzzy information in traditional methods. Further, an application study on parts supplier selection has verified the practically and effectiveness of developed methods.

Abstract: For the relative lack study of quantitative analysis of influencing factors of highway construction cost, this paper selects influencing factors through the horizontal comparison based on the data of section two of the north seaside avenue, south extension of seaside avenue and Nangang expressway, then selects pathway analysis to construct the project cost analysis model. This paper can quantity the direct effects and indirect effects from the microscopic perspective of characteristics and influencing factors of the project cost and quantitatively describe the direct effects and indirect effects that have impact on the engineering cost in order to better control the highway project cost for construction projects.

Abstract: The current research test the impact of group efficacy and group identification on group performance within the university student organizations. Through questionnaires survey about group efficacy, group identification and group performance on the university students organizations members contained 127 male members and 166 female members. The hierarchical regression analysis shown that standard coefficient of group efficacy and group identification on group performance are .509(p<.001) and .304(p<.001) respect. The results proved that group efficacy and group identification has positively significance effect on group performance. The implications of these results for promote group performance was discussed.

Abstract: This paper set up an evaluation index system for green building supplier selection mode based on the content and feature of green supply chain management , and introduced the combined method of advanced entropy-revised G1 combination weighting and TOPSIS. This method simplifies the computation of TOPSIS and avoids the problem of subjectively deciding the index weight . At last, an example was given to evaluate the feasibility of this method.

Abstract: According to constraint elements more and more appearing in the comprehensive forms, and at present it only considers that single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization has been unable to reflect the actual situation. On the basis of the main characteristics of city underground space development and utilization, this paper aims to analyze various factors which may cause the consequence and the frequency of appearance, and to construct evaluation index system of city underground space development and utilization which is composed of 5 one-level indexes, 20 two-level indexes of evaluation index system of multiple constraint factors of city underground space development and utilization, and to use the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze and evaluate the influence on city underground space development and utilization. Analysis of the example application shows that, it only considers single constraint element of city underground space development and utilization is not comprehensive, and not science, and it needs to consider the correlation between various constraint elements.

Abstract: The article takes the new main teaching building of University of Science and Technology Liaoning as an example, research mainly from the consumer habits and psychological feeling of the subject (students) and points out that the "field effect" has important effects on the communication space of the college teaching building. The Conclusions points out that Shaping the internal and external communication space of college teaching building should be fully considered in the college students' behavior characteristics and psychological requirements, creating to meet its own features for their users of campus communication space. It can provide a rich variety of activities and more communication opportunities, so as to activate the campus and form a distinctive campus culture.

Abstract: With the ideality of sustainable development, this paper summarizes the meaning, principles and characteristics of the evaluation green university index system by probing into the research about the present construction of green university and related field. The system is based on a tree-like structure that consists respectively of the overall goal and multilevel indices. The thesis put forward an index system for assessment of green university, which contains five aspects (the green concept, the green culture, the green research, the green education, the green campus). Afterwards, the weightiness of index is determined by the way of AHP, and the method of the multi-hierarchy comprehensive evaluation system is applied to evaluate the universitys green degree.

Abstract: Energy Performance Contracting is a new financial mechanism committed to the energy efficiency financing and an important bridge to communicate energy service companies and clients. The paper sums up 19 influential factors through the literature review and the process in Energy Performance Contracting. 9 factors that the policy, clients' appetite for risk, building energy consumption of clients, the costs of ESCOs, the technological level of ESCOs, the energy-saving result of projects, the proportion of energy-saving share, project supervision and project complexity are extracted which provides the important reference for designing the energy performance contract based on the questionnaire survey and empirical research.

Abstract: Time Petri net is a model method which describes the dynamic behavior of the system by the moving of token. This paper takes location of a nursing home in Xi’an as the research object. The best position is selected by building dynamic models with time Petri net, and solving the model with Ant Colony algorithm, based on considering some factors such as public transport, health and environment. Finally, the effectiveness of the method on the selecting of location is confirmed by empirical analysis.

Abstract: There are many participants in one construction project, however there is no direct contractual relationship between some of them and lots of disputes, claims, problems occur on organization interface, which result in great waste and low efficiency. BIM (Building information modeling) is an innovation idea and benchmarking technology which has great impact on organization and can improve the collaborative efficiency of all construction organizations. The present problems in traditional construction project organization interface management are analyzed firstly. And then, value of BIM which is applied to solve the present problems in organization interface management is analyzed and summarized. Finally, project collaborative environment logic structure at the base of BIM is constructed to achieve maximum performance of project management.
