Abstract: With the introduction of knowledge management into project management, this paper proposes a set of evaluation system for project performance based on knowledge management. The scope of evaluation is defined by the analysis of the relationship between knowledge management and the project, and under the guidance of establishing principle, establish the mapping relationship of knowledge management from the idea of balanced score card. Then determine the specific evaluation index combining with the whole implementation process of the project. Finally, use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCE) to establish a quantitative evaluation index system, which plays a role to guide the practice of the project.

Abstract: In order to promote the application of BIM in EPC delivery model, the characteristics of EPC delivery model and the building information modeling are analyzed respectively. The effectiveness of promoting the EPC delivery model from the combination of EPC delivery model and BIM is described. Then EPC delivery modelvalue analysis modeling is brought into BIM from the perspective of the service characteristics of the life cycle of BIM, i.e. setting up reasonable cost and benefit distribution principle through the contractors response to meet the owners needs.

Abstract: The life cycle management of navy vessels quality is presented, and the quality of various phases in the navy vessels life cycle is academically described. On the management of phase quality, taking shipbuilding as an example, the definition of the phase quality is provided, requirements of comprehensive quality management are discussed, which include the total-staff participation, the whole process of management, comprehensive approach and concept of quality. On the integrated quality management of the navy vessels life cycle, the mode that staffs participating in the various stages of life cycle, and integrated requirements of ship design, modeling & simulation environment are proposed. Technical support and realization of the quality management of navy vessels life cycle are presented, which has laid the foundation for the realization of the quality management of navy vessel.

Abstract: In this paper, we use the 2005-2010 data of 35 large and medium cities in China to establish a panel model, and fixed effects model is used to estimate the factors that affect the price of urban residential land. The empirical results show that urban infrastructure, the level of economic development, the living standards of residents and the size of the population have a significant positive impact on urban residential land price.

Abstract: The design stage of an energy-saving building has a great impact on energy-saving effect. By data analysis and expert interviews, an integrated evaluation index system is established to instruct designers to adjust the designs to get a more energy-saving building. And based on the evaluation index system, the author selects some indexes to optimize the energy-saving designs by FAHP-entropy weight decision-making method.

Abstract: The construction industry is the next frontier as a new, computer-integrated technologies, just as it did 25 years ago of the manufacturing industry. Recently, earlier is the unlikely birth of Internet intranet technologies for design and created a new cooperation mechanism. The advances that have occurred in the manufacturing industry in the areas of collaborative design, intelligent process planning and computer-integrated manufacturing provide significant insights for formulating analogous paradigms for computer-integrated construction. However, in many ways, enabling technologies to achieve development in the construction sector this shift rather than repackaging existing technologies and tools, has been as subtle as manufacturing. In this paper, we draw attention to some of the significant research opportunities and challenges that exist in these areas of collaborative design and computer-integrated construction.

Abstract: Box-Cox transformation allows functional forms more flexible. On the basis of the principle of model optimization, an empirical study is made for housing market of Hangzhou City. By collecting 2417 housing data in Hangzhou City, a housing hedonic price model with Box-Cox transformations is set up with 18 factors as housing characteristics. The model is estimated after the grid-search procedure by using MATLAB and SPSS software, and the statistical test shows that the logarithmic function is the optimal form. The model comparisons in the fitness and forecasting performance indicate that the logarithmic model is superior to other three models of the linear, semi-logarithmic and inverse semi-logarithmic. Empirical analysis suggests that the Box-Cox transformation is valid and feasible in choosing functional forms, can be used to optimize hedonic price models.

Abstract: The civil engineering belongs to one of the most important industrial area and to a sphere of increased requirements for Health & Safety. With the civil activities, there is connected the wide research in a lot of spheres such as material research, advanced analysis of building structures, experiment research and the others. The presented paper deals with possible approaches to safety management system resulting from the most widespread system used in praxis. This article also discusses modern elements of safety management.

Abstract: The post-evaluation about construction process for cogeneration plant project is an important part of post-evaluation, indicating the completion situation of each stage for the project implementation. A post-evaluation model of construction process for cogeneration plant project based on fuzzy soft set was applied in this paper. In terms of six aspects of construction process, score these indexes for each cogeneration plant with interval value in the form of tabular, and then sort the construction process effect of these power plants. The proposed model contributes to reflecting the ambiguity and arbitrariness of the evaluation about construction process, so as to provide scientific and effective information for the decision-making of the construction of cogeneration plants in the future.

Abstract: The procurement system is the organizational structure adopted by the client for the management of the design and construction of a building project [1]. Wrong selection of a procurement system generally leads to project failure and client dissatisfaction. In this paper, Procurement Systems Judgment (PSJ) method is discussed in detail as an approach to identify appropriate procurement systems that can be used in a particular construction sector. To indicate this method a survey is required. The proposed method was applied in the construction industry in Iraq and the survey was conducted in the governmental offices. The results showed that only seven procurement systems preferably applied in the construction industry in Iraq. These systems are the traditional system, two stage tendering, negotiation system, cost reimbursable contract, design and build, turnkey, and construction management.
