Abstract: CCS technology has been concerned generally. Many legal issues are involved in its developing process. Only carrying out the necessary legal regulation can we accelerate the development of CCS technology and its worldwide recognition and popularity. This paper summarized the process of the development of CCS technology, analyzed the main legal issues relating to the technology, discussed the legal regulation of CCS technology and proposed that legal regulation of CCS technology and implementation must be strengthened in China.

Abstract: At the sewage temperatures of 7-15°C, it used biological video microscopy and scanning electron microscopy to detect activated sludge morphology, miniature animals and flora species in northern winter sewage treatment plant. The results showed that activated sludge had dense floc with sharp edge, and was bigger at the temperatures of 13 and 15°C than at the temperatures of 7, 9 and 11°C. When the autumn and winter seasons were alternate and the sewage temperature was instability, the edge of the floc was slightly fuzzy and there was a small amount of free bacteria in activated sludge floc. The study had also shown that the temperature was higher, the type of sludge miniature animal and flora species were richer.

Abstract: Through identifying the exploitation and utilization of water resources system, this paper establishes an improved fuzzy pattern recognition model by combining fuzzy matter-element model with the improved entropy evaluation method and sets up the comprehensive evaluation index system which includes 3 layers and 10 indicators from two aspects: water utilization efficiency and water ecological environment. The proposed model and evaluation index system are applied to evaluate the comprehensive exploitation-utilization grade in Shandong Province. Results show that the exploitation-utilization of water resources and water ecological environment are not balanced in Shandong province, this indicates that the growth of ecological benefits and the protection of water ecological environment are ignored in the process of water resources exploitation-utilization.

Abstract: Using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), polarization curve and X-ray diffraction technique, electrochemical behavior of the transmission tower material Q460 galvanized layer was studied in simulated acid rain solution. The results show that: galvanized layers take place local corrosion in simulated acid rain solution, the corrosion products will fill the hole, and cover on galvanized layer surface, the generated white corrosion products mainly ZnSO4 ·H2O.The current generate in the process of corrosion, galvanized layer surface take place electrochemical corrosion. Galvanized layer solution at pH 2.4 and 3.8 of the simulated acid rain in the corrosion process is controlled by the charge transfer process, with the decrease of solution pH value, the corrosion rate increases. Zinc are more sensitive to H+ in the solution, in low pH value of solution, due to the strong hydrogen precipitation process, the zinc surface adsorption of hydrogen bubble around, its dissolution rate is higher than the surface of the other part of the zinc, namely in low pH value of acid rain solution, H+ by depolarization process not only directly accelerate the corrosion of zinc, can through the strong hydrogen evolution process at the same time accelerate the dissolution of zinc.

Abstract: The effect of alkali treatment on excess sludge supernatant characteristics was studied in this experiment. 4 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution was utilized to adjust the initial pH value of excess sludge to 9.0, 11.0 and 13.0. Batch experiments were operated in 35 °C shaking bath for 12 h. The soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD), protein and polysaccharide concentration in excess sludge supernatant was measured every 3 h. The experimental results showed that maximum amount of protein, polysaccharide and SCOD were obtained when the initial pH value was 13.0.

Abstract: High efficiency of mixing impeller is an important target of the reactor for industrial waste oil purification. The structural and geometric characteristics of mixing impeller is ploted and presented. The shape design and performance analysis of airfoil section in impeller blade is introduced. Then using solidworks software, the design mixing impeller model under the industrial waste oil field is obtained. Finally, the flow characteristics are simulated to learn the performance of design mixing impeller.

Abstract: The assessment of the combined effects of substances is usually based on concentration addition (CA), independent action (IA) or effect summation (ES) models. Both concepts are founded on different modes of actions of substances, but the knowledge about their relationship is rare. In this paper, we derived a series of inequalities for CA, IA and ES models, and proposed two novel models i.e., ES with the exponent e (ESE) model and ES with the power of the number of components n (ESN) model to evaluate the mixture effect. Our results may have certain significance in mixture risk assessment practices.

Abstract: A coupled biological-physical model was constructed by a hydrodynamic model and a particle tracking model describing the transportation of the Patinopecten yessoensis planktonic larvae. The model was applied for the numerical simulation to predict the spatial and temporal distribution of Patinopecten yessoensis planktonic larvae in North Chinese Yellow Sea which results agrees with the field investigation data.

Abstract: A detailed reaction mechanism is adopted to simulate n-heptane laminar premixed flame in this paper. The reaction mechanism comprises 108 components and 572 elementary reactions. The main reactants (O2,n-C7H16), reaction products (CO2,CO,H2,H2O), intermediate products (CH4, C2H4, C2H2, C3Hx) and the concentration distribution of PAHs in the flame are analyzed in the numerical method. The numerical results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which states that the mechanism can predict PAHs in the n-heptane flame. In this paper, the sensitivity and reaction flow analysis method is used to analyze the numerical results and the PAHs formation routes in n-heptane laminar flow premixed flame are obtained.

Abstract: This paper study the effect of PH in substrate of vegetationgrowing concrete on cement content. Commonly using vegetation concrete substrate as the research object which often used to the growth of revetment herbal. The results showed that pH of plots substrate increased with the cement content increasing . The average PH of the control plots is higher than the vegetation plots who have the same cement content, this shows that the growth of plants have important significance to improve soil pH.
