Abstract: According to the frequent phenomenon of the explosive bloom at the water land, the reason could be found using the fault tree analysis method. According to the fault tree analysis results, the evaluation index system could be established combined with a water source data in the Dongying city. Finally, the fuzzy overall assessment model was successfully applied to assess a water land from the point of the explosive bloom in the Dongying city and a relative safety rating is given.

Abstract: A survey was carried out to investigate the acidification due to acid changes of different land use patterns. The results showed that soil acidification happened in the arable land and forest land in topsoil of 0~10 cm depth, 0.42 and 0.24 pH unit-1 lower than that of in 80~100 cm depth. The lowest cation exchange capacity (CEC) (11.99 cmol·kg-1) was got in the topsoil of paddy soil, while the highest one was in the topsoil of grassland with 19.26 cmol·kg-1. A catastrophe point of cation exchange capacity of soils was found between 20~30 cm except for orchard soil. Organic matter in forest soil decreased sharply by 2.21% in 0~10 cm as compared with that of in 80~100 cm and little decrease about 0.97% was found in the orchard soil. The pH and magnetic susceptibility showed similar variation trend. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a negative relationship between pH and low magnetic susceptibility. Our results also showed that the free iron, low magnetic susceptibility and amorphous ferric oxide were the main factors on the changes of pH in the arable land and forest soil, grassland and paddy soil, and the orchard soil, respectively.

Abstract: The low-carbon economy is an economy with externality. It has a high risk to develop low-carbon industries and low-carbon technologies. A sound policy system should be enriched and perfected in promoting the development of low-carbon economy in Jiangxi Province although there were some fiscal and taxation policies. In order to promote rapid and healthy development of low-carbon economy in Jiangxi Province, the comprehensive low-carbon economy policy systems had been proposed which including low-carbon tax policy, low-carbon finance policy, low-carbon industry policy, low-carbon investment policy, low-carbon technology policy, low-carbon consumption policy and carbon management policy.

Abstract: Extreme temperature events in China have been simulated by using the Beijing Climate Center Climate System Model (BCC_CSM1.0). Daily observed temperature data for 1961-2006 at stations in China are used for comparison. The result shows that the value of simulation is consistent with the observation. But the consequence has a lower value especially Qinghai-Tibet Plateau; there is a good simulation for BCC_CSM1.0 for temperature and extreme indices over China in a certain range of error. Trends of indices of extreme temperature are increased.

Abstract: Based on the green building, ecological architecture and sustainable development construction, this paper puts forward the idea of development of low-carbon building, which means reducing carbon emission in architecture`s life cycle. In addition, the evaluation index system of low-carbon building and assessment model which depends on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are set up in the paper by considering from five aspects: low-carbon structure, low-carbon material, low-carbon energy, low-carbon technology and low-carbon management.

Abstract: Wood-rotting fungus, Phlebia lindtneri GB 1027, was tested in toxicity assays with three surfactants in order to select surfactants for degradation assays of chlordane. Tween 80 and Triton X-100 appeared to have lower effect on the fungal growth on solid medium, while higher effect of fungal growth was observed in solid medium with SDS. Tween 80 had positive effects both on the chlordane degradation and the fungal growth. When fungus was incubated on PDB liquid medium with Tween 80 of 10 CMC after 20 d, 78.6% of chlordane was removed. In the treatments with Triton X-100, this strain showed comparatively greatest degradation rate (70.8%) of chlordane at a concentration of 2 CMC. However, when Triton X-100 concentration was higher than 2 CMC (5 and 10 CMC), the enhancement for the biodegradation of chlordane decreased.

Abstract: Based on the diagenesis, classification and its physical, mechanical, and hydromechanical properties of fractured rock, this paper describes the current status of the fractured rock seepage models and their characteristics. Especially from the point of the safety assessment of the geological disposal of the high level radioactive waste, the discrete fracture network model, the equilibrium continuous medium model and the double media continuous model have been elaborated, and has been analyzed and compared with each other. Furthermore, the double fracture systems for rock flow have been introduced as the much better suitable seepage model for the geological disposal of the high level radioactive waste. In the double fracture systems seepage model, the seepage flow is described and reflected by the main fracture system, and the water store property is given by the subordinate fracture system. The appropriate seepage model for the geological disposal of the high level radioactive waste can be achieved through the double fracture systems, combined with the hydrological testing data in site and other geological information.

Abstract: With the vigorous development of the port construction, the regional ecological environment has been polluted seriously. The paper builds the ecological environment impact assessment index system of the port engineering from the Pressure-State-Response three angles, and uses fuzzy set-valued statistics to determine the weight of each indicator. The specific evaluation value of the ecological environment has been obtained, which makes the results of the evaluation more reliable and operable.

Abstract: Occurrence and distribution of four polycyclic musks in nine sediment samples from the Songhua River were studied by using GC-MS. The concentrations of total polycyclic musks were in the range of 2.91-27.8 ng/g (dry weight, dw), while HHCB, AHTN, ADBI and AHMI were in the ranges of 1.89-16.00, 1.02-6.06, <LOD-2.72 and <LOD-3.02 ng/g (dry weight, dw), respectively. The results indicated that the Songhua River had been polluted with different degree except the river source, and the HHCB and AHTN were the dominant components in the sediments.

Abstract: This study evaluates the daylighting performance of a polycarbonate as a substitute for glass on top-lit buildings. For the study, the polycarbonate types and properties are analyzed and simulation tests are performed based on DF(daylight factor, %). As results, 16mm flat-plated, saw-blade and the diamond-type polycarbonate window are recommended as substitutes for window glasses. Also, when developing the polycarbonate as the top-lit buildings, it is advisable to apply the saw-blade and diamond-types to establish the direction of development.
