Abstract: Shuidonggou Reservoir is a pumped-storage reservoir pumping water directly from Yellow River in Ningxia, China. Combined membership function with weights, fuzzy comprehensive method with five indicators was used to evaluate the reservoir water quality in four months of 2011. The results showed that the water quality belonged to level IV in May, July and August, and to level V in September of 2011. TN and TP were the two most important indicators which have strong impact on Shuidonggou Reservoir water quality. We propose that some solutions should be carried out to protect the reservoir water quality.

Abstract: In this study the relationship between cleaner production and circular economy was investigated, including discusses necessity and significance of developing circular economy as a whole and recommends feasible countermeasures for developing circular economy. Efficient theoretical basis for creating a sustainable developing road in resource-based city was established and the objective of this study is to develop a best way for implementing Cleaner Production in heavy industry city through analyzing industrial layout, industrial structure and economic development size in Fushun.

Abstract: To comprehensively evaluate surface water source heat pump system, the problem of water heat pollution of thermal discharge in surface water source heat pump system should be seriously considered. This study summarizes the causes and hazards of water heat pollution of surface water source heat pump, explores the characteristics of water heat pollution of lake-source heat pump system, river-source heat pump system and sea-source heat pump system respectively, and proposes several preventive measures for solving the problem. Concludes that surface water heat pumps discharges can change local water temperature, and various types of water bodies have different degree of heat pollution.

Abstract: Based on the study on the integration of tourism resources in Poyang Lake and Poyang Lake surrounding rural low carbon living environment planning and construction of a combination of both, in response to a low carbon economy mode, and the use of low carbon technology low carbon consumption advantages, problems in the construction of modern rural human settlements ecological space so that the combination of the two has the potential to solve the Poyang Lake local characteristics, and thus has a strong characteristics of local rural tourism and the significance of sustainable development.

Abstract: Magnetic susceptibility characteristics as well as the relationships between magnetic susceptibility and As, Hg, Cu, Pb, Cd, Cr were investigated in the typical contaminated areas of southern Jiangsu Province.It was found that the correlations between magnetic susceptibility and Cu, Pb were relatively significant, while the correlations between magnetic susceptibility and Cd, As were weak. Heavy metals in soils from industrial wastewater discharge were associated with the magnetic susceptibility, which showed better correlation than other pollution sources.The primary component analysis showed heavy metals in soils from Nanjiao area were mainly the dust from metallic factory , Source of heavy metals in the soils of Ehu area showed the close relationship with the industrial wastewater source in this area.Characteristics of heavy metals in Dingshu area were associated with the source of the mixed wastewater.It is apparent that the different sources will lead to the changes of the correlation between heavy metals and magnetic susceptibility. Generally,the relationship between heavy metal and susceptibility is good in the soils irrigated with industrial wastewater, and metals from the mixed wastewater show a relatively poor correlation with the magnetic susceptibility.

This paper focuses on the numerical simulation of weihais meteorological parameters, including atmosphere temperature and rainfall, trying to find establish a method to research the relationship between the urbanization and the climate change.

Abstract: At present, research on water environmental carrying capacity (WECC) at home and abroad mainly focuses on surface water carrying capacity and ignores groundwater pollution receiving capacity,which leads to the research results cannot objectively reflect the actual situation. This paper treated both surface water and groundwater as a whole research object; used analytic hierarchy process (AHP); selected surface water environmental capacity and groundwater pollution receiving capacity as the first level indicators; built the scoring system and weight system; and accomplished comprehensive carrying capacity assessment of water environment in Zhengzhou city. Assessment result shows that very low WECC zone reduces by 5.1 times, low WECC zone reduces by 1.1 times, medium WECC zone increases by 2.6 times, and very high WECC zone increases by 1.5 times compared with the result which considers surface water only. Therefore, treating both surface water and groundwater as a whole to evaluate the WECC is more in line with objective reality. It is also conducive to water environmental protection policy formulation.

Abstract: To cope with biochemical terrorism attack and public health emergency, it is urgently necessary to develop a kind of renewable toxic gas filtering apparatus in order to solve problems of regular replacement and short protective time of existing toxic gas filtering apparatus. Based on the analysis of the deficiency of existing toxic gas filtering apparatus, a kind of renewable toxic gas filtering apparatus was developed using the technology of variable pressure. The contaminated air could be purified by renewable toxic gas filtering apparatus finally provide pure air for persons in the vessel compartment. Renewable toxic gas filtering apparatus can satisfy the NBC protective of civil building.
