Abstract: Firstly, the study took the environmental attitude, environmental behavior of the city dwellers and the environment issues in living place for the target, and designed the questionnaire with the actual situation in Shenzhen. Secondly, the questionnaires returned back were analyzed in details. According to the conclusion from the statistical analysis for the questionnaires' data, the relationship of the environmental attitude and environmental behavior of the city dwellers was explored and the environmental issues were found out in the end.

Abstract: Low Impact Development (LID), with a core conception of maintaining urban hydrological recycle through source control, is an approach to land development that works with nature to manage stormwater as close to its source as possible. This paper summarized the concept, principle, development and research status of LID, analysed the LID approaches in High Point Community in the USA, aiming to forward experience of sustainable stormwater management.

Abstract: Internal flow field of water-sediment two phase flow was hardly observed by PIV system, due to poor light transmittance. To improve this situation, the glass particle was used in experiment instead of sediment particle. According to the experiment results, the light transmittance of the mixture of glass beads and water was better than the mixture of sediment and water; so the relatively clear internal image of the two-phase flow could be obtained by PIV system. According to the experiment, the glass beads movement was similar to sediment in water.

Abstract: This paper analyze the relativity of water resources utilization in Minqin and social economic sustainable development adopting optimal multiple regressions. The results show that: 1There is remarkable correlation between the economic growth and the demand of water resources. On condition that the sustainable development of economy is satisfied, the growth of rural population is a huge pressure on water resources. It is an appropriate measure to coordinate the environmental protection and social economic development that reducing the consumption of water for rural population or accelerating the process of urbanization and developing forestry and animal husbandry. 2) Increasing urban population and developing industry and modern farming can promote our economic growth at the same time reduce the pressure on water resources significantly. 3) 97.5% of the variation in the total water requirement of Minqin is caused by two variables animal husbandry output value and rural population. So the major routes of rational utilization of water resources and the sustainable development of social economy in Minqin are reducing the consumption of water for rural population constantly or accelerating the process of urbanization and optimizing animal husbandry industry further.

Abstract: Using the theory of goal programming, this paper studies the optimal allocation schemes for water resource in 2015 of Minqin, by establishing a model of optimized allocation of water resources which aims at the maximization of ecological, economic and social benefits. The results show that:1) In the scheme of the utilization of water resource in Minqin based on the modified goal programming model (Ecological scheme A2), the total water consumption reduces by 35.25%, of which: the consumption for planting reduces by 43.3%, but the consumption for industry increases by 61.78%, and the consumption for the third industry increases by 124.68%. Meanwhile the total planning output value increases by 88.35%, of which: the planting output value reduces by 5.42%, but the industrial output value increases by 159.16%, the third industrial output value increases by 57.06%. Therefore it realizes the minimization of the water resource consumption and achieves the goal of maximizing ecological benefit, economic benefit and social benefit at the same time.2) Reducing the water consumption of planting is the basic approach to achieve the goal of ecosystem comprehensive harness in Minqin basin. Actively promoting and developing the modern animal husbandry, industry and the third industry is the sustainable development direction to achieve maximum economic benefits and social benefits on the premise of ecological protection.

Abstract: This study announced the competition rules of the International College Student Charity Advertising Festival on Facebook and invited students from the Department of Commercial Design of a Technology University in central Taiwan to participate actively. Moreover, the cross-school team teaching method with two teachers was adopted to guide the students in the print advertisement design competition with the topic of environmental protection. During the time after school and the winter vacation, the students discussed their works with the teachers face-to-face through online video conferences and then made modifications on their works. The duration was 9 weeks. A total of 8 representative works were selected to be submitted to the poster design competition. The results were outstanding. This method is worth promoting in the future.

Abstract: In order to obtain cell protein from the monosodium glutamate (MSG) waste water, the culture conditions for yeast were studied in this paper. The optimum condition was that: the liquid capacity was 60 mL/250mL flask, liquor dilution ratio of MSG waste water was 1:1, the culture time for liquid seed was 16 hours, inoculation rate was 8%, speed was 180 rpm, Temperature was 28°C. Cultured at the optimum conditions for 36h, 28.28g/L cell protein was obtained, 92.2% utilization of reducing sugar was reached, 71.1% removal rate of chemical oxygen demand was realized and 64.7 % removal rate of Kjeldahl nitrogen was achieved. The cell protein could be recovered, the results do spade work for after-treatment. Certain economic and environmental benefits could be obtained.

Abstract: The rainfall error affects the accuracy of flood forecasting directly, and the error correction is very important to improve the accuracy of real-time flood forecasting. The system response curve was introduced into the real-time flood forecast updating system, and the error feedback updating model tracing the source of information was established in this paper. In order to certificate the feasibility, rationality and effectiveness of the method multi-directionally, the system response curve method and the second order autoregressive error correction were used in updating the 13 flood events of the Wangjiaba sub-basin of Huaihe River Basin respectively. The results show that the system response curve (SRC) method has physical conception, reasonable structure and good effect. The method will not lose the forecasting period and without increasing the parameters. In this study, the average NS of system response curve method was larger than 0.920. So, this method can be widely used in rainfall error correction for real-time flood forecasting.

Abstract: In order to make rational use of geological resources; reduce the occurrence probability of geological hazards and environmental geological problems effectively; accomplish the coordination between functional layout and geological environment, this paper uses analytic hierarchy process (AHP) based on triangular fuzzy number to decide weight and sensitive factor evaluation model to evaluate the geological environment suitability in Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration. Geological environment function regionalization is completed based on the evaluation results before under MAPGIS platform. Study result shows that geological environment functional region for basic construction land is mainly distributed in the regional city center within a certain radiant scope. The functional region for agricultural production land is mainly distributed in central hill region and eastern plain region of the research area. The functional region for environmental protection land is mainly distributed in northern and southwestern mountain region of the research area, as well as zones along the Yellow River and Middle Route in the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.

Abstract: Renewable energy source (RES) enables us to diversify our energy supply. This increases our security of supply and improves European competitiveness creating new industries, jobs, economic growth and export opportunities, whilst also reducing our greenhouse gas emissions. The monitoring systems are widely used in RES applications in order to collect data regarding the installed system performance, for evaluation purposes. In this article, the development of a computer-based system for RES systems monitoring is described. This article proposes a tool dedicated to real-time information of electricity and thus implicitly the optimal timing for use of electricity. The proposed system consists for measuring electrical parameters (photovoltaics voltage and current etc.).
