Abstract: Double layer inflating safe cushion made of rubber and plastic or foam is developed to replace original foam inside bumper, the performance test of the designed safe cushion indicates the cushions advantage of lightweight and shrinkability, while the CAE simulated analysis proves that the cushion can protect pedestrians better and reduce the weight, showing a vast development potential.

Abstract: With the development of oil field production demand today, pumping unit is developing towards the direction of energy saving, intelligent. According to the present status of the oilfield, this paper designed a kind of intelligent energy saving pumping unit system, the system acceleration and deceleration process is very short, most of their working time in uniform motion in a stroke, and the beam pumping unit has been alternating deceleration process all the time compared with good energy saving effect. Energy store system is designed, the system not only reduces energy consumption, and make the motors can be started with initial velocity, shorten the motor start-up time, the motor starting current is stable running current of 4 to 7 times, so that reduces the starting current impact. To test this idea, modeling of motor, and the simulation analysis, the results confirmed the idea very well. Finally, in the principle of the pumping unit system prototype experiments, the experimental results show that the pumping unit system has significant energy-saving effect and the intelligent characteristics.

Abstract: The Current domestic production enterprises of disposable syringe in all packaging chain for artificial fill, and complete a thermal sealing, packaging need to be done in a sterile environment down. Due to the low machining efficiency, need a lot of artificial operation, it is difficult to ensure that the quality of the product of uniform manufacturing, is not in conformity with the sterile medical devices industry, the industry standards of fyrogen-free. In order to overcome these shortcomings, we developed a "disposable syringe filler", and applied for national invention patent (patent name: eat hutch waste water purification methods and purification system), the project has been listed as a development zone of tianjin government innovation. This paper introduces the equipment of the system composition, working principle, technological process and control method, in the medical packaging industry promotion value extremely.

Abstract: Thermal design and analysis of a satellite instrument is introduced in this paper. Some methods were adopted to help heat conduct and a finite element model was built. The analysis results showed that the temperature scopes of the main structures are from 45°C to 65.8°C and all of junction temperatures of the components are lower than the derated maximum junction temperatures themselves and leave enough design margins, which match the requirements of thermal analysis.

Abstract: This paper firstly describes the concept of eye ellipsoid and the calculation about the coordinate of eye point in the SAE J941. And based on it, uses the vector method and the role of reflection to get the equation of view angle about rearview mirrors, and then measures parameters of one real car, finally makes graphics to present the change of the view angle along with the corner of mirror and the position of driver by using the Matlab software.

Abstract: Fabricating silicon-beam through the wet etching has been developed for many years, there are a lot of advantages during the wet etching, low cost, easy to obtain and so on. However the design and fabrication of silicon-beam with polygon section has been confined during the process of wet etching; In order to fabricate more kinds of silicon-beam with the advantages of the wet etching, a novel method to fabricate silicon-beam with polygon section is proposed. The fabricating process has been designed by taking advantage of the protection effect of the SiO2 layer.

Abstract: A thermogravimetric system was designed, in which a large amount of sample (about 10 g) can be examined. Test of the combustion characteristics of cooking oil tar in pipe was conducted. Wavelet transform was introduced to the thermogravimetric data smoothing and differentiation analysis according to the experiment results, and the orthogonal test method was used to find the optimize wavelet parameter. Wavelet transform results were compared to the traditional Moving average,Gaussian Smoothing and Vondrak smoothing methods and it was proved that the signal-to-noise ratio () of the measurement is increased significantly. The kinetic parameters calculated from the original TG curves and smoothed DTG curves have excellent agreement,and thus the wavelet transform smoothing algorithms can be used directly and accurately in kinetic analysis.

Abstract: Cutting temperature always highly reaches over to 1000°C when high speed machining with PCBN tools. Diffusion of tool material element may have important influence on tool wear at such high temperature, the diffusion wear and oxidation wear have become the major wear mechanism. In this paper, the rules of diffusion wear and oxidation wear for PCBN cutting tools are proposed and analyzed based on thermodynamics theory. Dissolution concentrations in typical normal workpiece materials of PCBN tool material at different temperature are then calculated. Diffusion reaction rules in high temperature are developed and analyzed using Gibbs free energy criterion. The machining tests were conducted using the PCBN tools at different cutting speeds of 50, 95,100 and 180 m/min, feed of 0.1, 0.2 and depth of cut of 0.1, 0.8, 1, and 1.5 mm respectively on PUMA300LM numerically-controlled lathe. It was found that the theoretical results were uniform with the experimental data; the results will provide useful references for tool material design and selection.

Abstract: This paper describes the application of a adsorption tube to extract the gasoline residues. Then the gasoline residues were detected by vapor sensing arrays. The response profile of the array generated a reproducible pattern unique to gasoline that could be used to reflect subsequent sensor responses. The effects of temperature, time and adsorption tube types on the extraction of gasoline residues has been investigated. The results show that 120°C, 1.5min, and TENAX-TA adsorption tube were the optimum extraction conditions. Using the developed method can be used to extract gasoline residues in the fire.

Abstract: An organic light emitting device (OLED) with multilayer structure is reported. The devices were made of ITO/ m-MTDATA (45 nm)/ NPB (10 nm) / DCJTB (0.05 nm)/DPVBi (x nm)/ Alq:QAD 0.5% 20nm /Alq (50-x nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al, by doping combine with non-doping method. The ultrathin layer was introduced for the yellow emitting layer by using 4- (dicyanomethylene)-2-tert-butyl-6 (1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9-enyl)-4H-pyran (DCJTB). The ultrathin layer offered an attraction in that it allowed the easy handling process and accurate thickness control, it enabled high device efficiency with simple architecture.The device shows the current efficiency of 2.79 cd/A at 12V, its maximum luminance is 17450 cd/m2 at 14V, respectively.
