Abstract: Based on the molecular dynamics (MD) theory, in this article, we made a simulation study on titanium nanometric cutting process at different cutting depths, and analyzed the changes of the cutting depth to the effects on the work piece morphology, system potential energy, cutting force and work piece temperature in this titanium nanometric cutting process. The results show that with the increase of the cutting depth, system potential energy, cutting force and work piece temperature will increase correspondingly while the surface quality of machined work piece will decrease.

Abstract: The periodically distributed fracture spacing phenomenon exists in the failure process of the pure bending region of the reinforced concrete beam. A numerical code RFPA3D (3D Realistic Failure Process Analysis) is used to investigate the crack distribution rule of reinforced concrete beam with different shear span ratios. The displacement-controlled loading scheme was used to simulate the complete failure process of reinforced concrete beam. The numerical simulation results were agreed well with the theoretical analysis and experiment observations. The study is focused on the failure process of the reinforced concrete beam and the effects of the shear span ratio on the failure mode.

Abstract: Warping and distortion in plastic parts has been a serious problem in mold-injection.Traditional solution is to first produce a mold and then test the moldrepeatedly. By employing Moldflow, it can be easily to offer a precise analysisand prediction of warping in products. Meanwhile, the results can be used toadjust the designed structure and process conditions of the mold. Finally, themold and its products are optimized.

Abstract: A novel type of chiral methacrylamide derivative, N-[o-(4-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazol-2-yl) phenyl]methacrylamide ((R)-PhOPMAM), was synthesized and radically polymerized to the corresponding polymers in moderate yields. The polymerization characteristics and the chiroptical behavior of the resultant polymers have been examined in detail by using IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies in comparison with our previous observation. The polymers showed relatively high molecular weights(Mn=5000-10000) and large specific rotations([α] 25D = -326.0°~-357.4°).

Abstract: This paper introduces the basic principle, features and overall structure of Aviation Aluminum Alloy technology CAPP system. It also discusses 3 key techniques of the system : 1. designing Parts Classification Coding System based on Group Technology. 2. key features coding. 3. technology query based on the part similarity. After coding a new Aviation Aluminum Alloy structural part, the system can work out the part similarity between the new part and the existing ones and show the typical technology of the part which has the highest similarity.

Abstract: Corner machining accuracy has always been one of the important properties of WEDM. In this paper, the reasons for the corner error of the WEDM were discussed. Then the mathematical deflection model of the electrode wire was established. By experimental measurements, the kerf width and the deflection of the electrode wire were obtained. Then the corner control strategy of the WEDM was proposed. Through experiment of the Comparison of corner error between control strategy with corner control and the one without corner control, it shows that the processing accuracy was improved effectively.

Abstract: In UHF band, the effects of carbon black component on the dielectric properties of rubber composites are studied through experiments. The results show that the content of the carbon black have great effects on the dielectric properties of the composite rubber. The higher content of the carbon black in the rubber composite, the larger the permittivity and dielectric loss tangent. At the same time, the operating frequencies also have great influence on the dielectric properties of the rubber composite. In the UHF band, the permittivity and the dielectric loss tangent of the rubber composites decrease with frequency increasing.

Abstract: In order to increase rolling efficiency and production quality, adopted the finite element method, the rolling force analysis model of 3500mm rolling mill is established in this paper based on the thermal mechanical analysis theory, According to the rolling technology parameters in actual production, the rolling process of plate rolling is systematic studied, which thinks about the thermal stress caused by uneven temperature distribution. The law of technology parameters influencing rolling force is gained, which uses in the optimization of rolling process, improves production efficiency. it has important significance to reduce the energy consumption.

Abstract: The blue organic electroluminescent device using TPBi as hole blocking layer is reported. The structure of device is ITO/ NPB(30 nm)/ DPVBi (15 nm)/ TPBi (x nm,x=0, 6)/ Alq (30 nm)/ LiF(1 nm)/ Al (200 nm) . With the addition of the TPBi not only make the highly of the blue organic electroluminescent device stable attachment x=0.168,y=0.170, but also the color coordinates change is very small and the chromaticity is relatively stable, which is coming from TPBi blocked hole in the organic emitting layer so as to improve the balance of the carrier, the composite probability of the exciton in organic functional layer and the efficiency of the organic electroluminescence device. The experiment shows the efficiency of the device is 3.32 cd/A, the maximum brightness of the device can reach 2222 cd/m2 when the voltage is 20V, respectively.
