Abstract: To analyze the impact of components operating environment and micro-grid on the distribution network reliability evaluation, the characteristics of components failure rate changes with operation condition are researched, and the full life cycle of the time-varying failure rate model of non-power components is built; reliability model for co-generation of hybrid, photovoltaic and energy storage system is introduced, as the power output of photovoltaic and hybrid generation is stochastic; the reliability of modified IEEE RBTS is evaluated by the built model and sequential Monte Carlo simulation method after load failure effect table is established by the reachability analysis method, the application of the proposed method to calculation example verifies its effectiveness by comparing and analyzing the reliability indices in different situations.

Abstract: The power plant boiler is one of the most important facilities in thermal power plants. The thermal efficiency of power plant boilers is the index. This paper discusses the relationship between the boiler thermal efficiency and the coefficient of excess air via two methods, one is called the simplified calculating formula and the other is the calculating formula according to the The People's Republic of China national standard power plant boiler performance test procedures. According to the proposed methods, by solving the same optimal problem, optimum excess air coefficients are obtained. Then a comparative analysis is given. Moreover, an improved way for saving calculation time to get the coefficients of the mixed coal in the so called simplified calculating formula is developed.

Abstract: By analyzing the relations of the excess air ratio to heat loss due to exhaust gas, chemical incomplete combustion and combustibles in refuse, the traditional method for solving the optimal excess air ratio is improved. A correction factor is proposed for heat loss due to combustibles in refuse, making the solving method more accurate, which is of great importance for improving the combustion efficiency of the boiler.

Abstract: The Strategy of Indoor 3D Fine Modeling is discussed in the paper. The element task of data acquisition, image processing and texture mapping are finished though some different tools. Then, three-dimensional visual modeling of a laboratory in Nanchang Hangkong University is realized with the application of the key technologies about modeling. Significantly, the indoor application of virtual reality will be promoted. The influence of model fineness on system operation speed and visual fidelity during the modeling process is tested, and the modeling strategy is proposed.

Abstract: The probability of S-N curve is one of the basic material fatigue reliability analysis and design. Determination of S-N curve is the basis of the fatigue life of obedience lognormal based on the application of statistical methods to fit the experimental data obtained fatigue. Abstract: With the experimental data of positioning precision of high-speed precision NC machine tool, a linear mathematical model of positioning error is established. Based on gray model and Cauchy problem formula, a nonlinear mathematical model is also established. The two models are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to find the optimal prediction model. Compensated with a selection of positioning error compensation model, the confidence interval of 0.95 of positioning error is less than 3μm, meets the design requirements of the machine tool.
