Abstract: This paper proposesd am adaptive sliding mode fuzzy neural network estimation (ASFNE) in the magnetic bearing system (MBS). The fuzzy neural network estimator has fuzzy rules base and neural network weights which the stability is proved by Lyapunov theorem in ASFNE. Therefore, ASFNE estimates system lump uncertainty to improve steady-state error and reduced chattering phenomenon. Finally, we compared ASFNE and sliding mode controller in MBS which ASFNE has better output responses.

Abstract: A patterned nichrome thin film used for strain gauge was prepared on the glass substrate using microelectromechanical system (MEMS) micromachining process. The nichrome sensitive element had a width of 10μm and a thickness of 0.3μm. The electrical properties of the nichrome film were investigated, and a stable TCR of 1.2×10-4/°C was obtained.

Abstract: As an important part of the computer information technology, computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) is a pivotal technology to realize manufacturing automation and to promote the technical progress of enterprises and to enhance technical innovative ability and the competitive ability of enterprise. At present, the development and application of CAD/CAM has become a crucial symbol of the technological and industrial modernization of a country. CAD/CAM is an epoch-making reform for traditional manufacturing. Mold is one of the industries that can exert the most benefit of CAD/CAM. Mold CAD/CAM is a crucial technology for traditional manufacturing. It is the system engineering with high-tech and high efficiency. It provides an effective auxiliary tool for enterprise. The engineers can improve product performance, mold structure, manufacturing technology and CNC machining and production procedure with the help of computer. It has become the consensus of the mold industry that mold CAD/CAM can shorten the manufacturing cycle, reduce production costs and improve product quality.

Abstract: It is necessary to study the stability and robustness of the anti-locked braking system (ABS) of vehicles because there are parameter perturbations and un-modeled dynamic features in the system. On the basis of the ABS model and the mixed sensitivity method, a robust control strategy for ABS is put forward and the H robust controller is designed in this paper. The simulation of the process of ABS shows that the robust control system can keep stable and is effective on decreasing the undesirable influence of the fluctuation of parameter such as load, brake performance coefficient and road condition. Furthermore, the tire slip ratio can be effectively controlled around the desired value, and the braking performance can be obviously improved.

Abstract: A human lower extremity exoskeleton prototype was designed and manufactured, the focus of which is on the hardware design. The object of this exoskeleton design is to help its pilot holding burden. The prototype contains three major modules, the mechanical skeleton, the hydraulic drive system and the control system. The approach and realization progress of each module was explained. Simulation about the hydraulic system was conducted and the result was satisfactory. Multiple actual experiments were applied to the prototype to prove the success of the design.

Abstract: The article put forwards a fuzzy logical control method which make the car yaw rate follow the reference yaw rate of two degree of freedom (2DOF) four-wheel-steer (4WS) vehicle model on the basis of the analysis of four wheel steer car proportional control, yaw rate feedback control and the control of following the response of 2DOF front wheel steer car model. Building a co-simulation model use the software of Carsim and Simulink, and made a simulation on the double lane change test. From the analysis we found that the control method can give a good performance on the test of double shift lane change test.

Abstract: The mainstream anti-collision method was still a passive security model represented by working area limitation technology, which lacked flexibility and initiative. This paper presented a practical anti-collision method which used ultrasonic sensors to obtain the accurate profile of barriers through information fusion techniques such as Elman neural networks time fusion, SOM neural networks space fusion, etc, gave operators sufficient time to take corrective action in alarm mode before a collision occurs. It was verified via simulation and experiment that the method could use in the different tower crane flexibly, detect multiple types of barriers initiatively, determine the surface outline and position of barriers accurately, meet the requirement of tower crane safety fully. Moreover, this method had characteristics of low cost, high precision, real-time.

Abstract: A novel electro-hydraulic brake system configuration was designed by adding a hydraulic control module on conventional brake system with ABS, which achieves independent hydraulic braking force control for each wheel. With the purpose of improving energy recovery efficiency, a braking force distribution algorithm based on ECE regulations and motor external characteristics was proposed. Then further simulation verification was made to demonstrate its availability by using ADVISOR. Finally, a key aspect specific to independent hydraulic braking force control, a bilinear interpolation algorithm was defined and a hardware test was carried out. The results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this algorithm.
