Abstract: Supporters of life prediction claim that this technology can provide enormous benefits to users. Among so many performance indicators of life prediction technology, the accuracy and stability of life prediction is of greatest concern. This article compares advantages and disadvantages of various performance indicators in the prediction of product’s life between life prediction algorithm based on statistical and that based on degradation path model.

Abstract: A dynamic distributed algorithm (DDA) with a look-up dynamic table instead of ROM was put forward based on the theory of signed distributed algorithm, in order to improve processing speed and flexibility of product sum on FPGA. Since the DDA occupies few hardware resources, performs fast operation and realizes programmable coefficient, the limitation of digital signal processing speed on fixed data bus width and sequential operation was avoided by using the algorithm. At the same time, an effective solution to realizing coefficient programmable FIR filter was presented.

Abstract: The throughput of port is an important indicator of port logistics capabilities. Behind the throughput there are a lot of factors. It has practical significance for quantitative analysis these factors that the degree they affect the throughput. This can be calculated the order of importance of these factors, then we can improve the focus factor, thereby enhance the throughput and logistics capabilities according to the port development plans.

Abstract: Ontology is adopted as a standard for knowledge representation on the Semantic Web, and Ontology Web Language (OWL) is used to add structure and meaning to web applications. In order to share and resue the fuzzy knowledge on the Semantic Web, we propose the fuzzy linguistic variables ontology (FLVO), which utilizes ontology to represent formally the fuzzy linguistic variables and defines the semantic relationships between fuzzy concepts. Then fuzzy rules are described in Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL) on the basis of FLVO model. Taking a sample case for students’ performance in physics for example, the fuzzy rule management system is built by using the tool protégé and SWRLTab, which shows that this research enables distributed fuzzy applications on the Semantic Web.

Abstract: In view of poor Physical Properties,complex Pore Structure and high saturation of low porosity and low permeability gas layers ,in order to overcome the difficult of fluid property identification in low porosity and low permeability gas layers using conventional method, probabilistic neural network technique was Proposed.According to an example for low porosity and low permeability gas reservoil in Southwest China, Combined with well testing data,logging Response Characteristics of various fluid property layers were analyzed.According the correlation between logging Response Characteristic values and fluid property, PNN was trained and PNN prediction model was established. fluid property in the region layers were identified.The results showed that the PNN prediction model was very promising influid property identification.

Abstract: In colleges and universities, as amount of students has become more and more and their psychology have also become more and more complicate, additionally, psychological consultation work is also very finite. Though higher education administrators have already adopted some efficient artificial monitor to manage their students, the structural contradictions of student management have become more and more obvious than before. In order to deal with complex, covert and exceeding spatio-temporal psychology of these students, we should urgently use an advanced technology to design a kind of student psychology predicting system based on spatio-temporal database. Via the system the educational management can mainly supervise and actively prevent instead of dealing with accident passively. According to the practical requirements of educational management, firstly, the system creates students’ spatial trip information database, which mainly includes students’ spatial location, behavior, psychological dynamic and time. And then it uses association analysis technology to extract their relationship among student’s spatial location, behavior, psychological dynamic and time. Finally, the system will provide predicating association rules for higher education administrator. Via these rules education administrator will draw up some measures to supervise students’ psychological dynamic and actively prevent violent and passive behavior.

Abstract: Under dynamic complicated supply chain environment, negotiation efficiency among supply chain members exerts direct influence on the whole performance and competiveness of supply chain. This document combing multi-agent and CBR, puts forward a new supply chain auto-negotiation system model. It analyzes retrieve, reuse, revise and retain of supply chain negotiation case, and establishes supply chain auto-negotiation model based on multi-agent. This system model is helpful for making full use of supply chain historic negotiation experience and experts’ knowledge. It is highly intelligentized which is propitious to promote supply chain negotiation efficiency.

Abstract: NET MVC is a program framework for developing large web applications. It divides the development of program into three parts to design, greatly enhances the reusability, expansibility and maintainability of web applications. Based on the above features of .NET MVC and the ideas of software engineering, we design the system framework, technology route and main function modules of the internet service platform for rural house building technique criteria and management. At last, based on C# and LINQ, this paper completed a part of codes of the system.

Abstract: This paper firstly proposes one of the problems software applications faced by in the era of multi-core CPU: task decomposition and scheduling, and then analyzes a current scheduling algorithm together with its shortcomings. On the basis, an optimized algorithm is given. The optimized algorithm reduces the error and improves the accuracy. It is easier to achieve the calculation load balance of multi-core CPU. Finally, a multi-core platform is build using Simics system simulator, and the optimized algorithm is tested on this platform. Experimental data proves the superiority of the algorithm.

Abstract: The paper put forward a Model for displaying Uighur according to differences of direction, Font and width between Chinese and Uighur, and introduces key algorithm to implement the model including displaying direction adjusted, displaying location transformed and invert selection. The Model is used to implement a text editor of processing mixed text of Uighur, English and Chinese. The Model is also applied to process displaying of others languages.
