Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of the AD9910,the Paper design a circuit for Frequency-shift keying (FSK) modulation. This circuit is controlled by a single-chip microprocessor MSP430F149, and can be used to generate a controllable FSK modulation signal. It can flexibly change the frequency of signal by programming the Micro Control Unit (MCU). This paper introduced the FSK modulation hardware circuit and software realization in this way. The signal is viewed by Oscillograph. Experiments show that this design is simple and highly applicable.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the causes for surge current of switching power supply and its harm, a circuit design suppressing surge current, which uses NMOSFET as the second switch , is represented in this paper. Test results show that: the method can suppress the surge current to a large extent and reduce the impacts on equipments. Due to improving the safety and the reliability of equipments, this circuit design is more popular in circuit design for suppressing surge current of switching power supply.

Abstract: With the scale of digital electronic systems, data transfering in different modules become one the key technology. One common method is to use the handshake signal.This method is not only difficult to implement, but also needs to consider the speed of the both sides’ clock. In response, t the article puts forward a design of FIFO integrated into FPGA, which has been applied to the image acquisition and storage system. The interior resources of FPGA have been fully used and the system design has been simplified yet.

Abstract: An IT service outsourcing project risk management metasynthesis model based on multi-agent is proposed. Three kinds of agents, namely management agent, interactive agent and individual agent are constructed. Cooperation process between agents is designed. The system realized by using this framework can intellectualize metasynthesis risk management, realizes the organic synthesis of the experience knowledge, the theoretical knowledge, the information and the computer technology, may complete the whole life cycle intelligent risk management from the project risk data collection, the risk factor recognition, the risk estimate and the appraisal, risk control to risk early-warning. The insufficiency of sole discipline knowledge and sole functional department studying project risk management is made up.

Abstract: A nitro aromatic explosives sensor based on fluorescence quenching was studied in this paper. U-shaped plastic optical fiber was used as sensor head and light emitting conjugated polymer MEH-PPV as fluorescence indictor. The light source was modulated sinusoidal to eliminate the external light disturbance. TNT quenching characteristics of fluorescence intensity were measured; When TNT concentration was lower than 10mg/ml, the relationship between fluorescence intensity and TNT concentration was linearly, when TNT concentration was higher than 10mg/100ml the obtained characteristics showed deviation from linear relation described by Stern-Volmer equation.

Abstract: In this paper, a new stepper motor control scheme is proposed based on switched linear control technology for better performance of motor torque generation by using an improved decay-loop and switching between high and low voltage at high frequency. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.
