Thus the various art forms of urban landscape design plays an important role .

Abstract: The Fairyland-emphasizing effect of the ancient Taoist architecture in Wudang Mountain is analyzed in the present paper. To this purpose, the different location selection of the “human world”, the “spirit mountain” and the “kingdom of heaven” is employed. Specifically, the “spirit’s world” are always constructed on a geographical dangerous site in the mountains in the forms of huge-scale ancient architectures. These architectures are always featured by their unique architectural details and marvelous plan. The Nanyan and the Taihe Palace in Wudang Mountains are taken as two studying case at the end of the paper, to analyze the fairyland-emphasizing effect of the Taoist ancient architectures.

Abstract: Chinese classical gardens need to be inherited, but also to be innovated, new Chinese-style landscape design is considered the bellwether of the native culture. According to the climate conditions, geographical and cultural factors in cold cities, as well as combining the gardening practices in northern China, thus to explore the new Chinese-style landscape suitable for cold residential environment. This paper aimed to meet the needs of aesthetic, living, searching for Chinese's roots, and at the same time, to show cultural characteristics in cold areas and to carry forward the Chinese garden culture.

Abstract: Today's environmental landscape design is in the midst of internationalization and localization background. With the development of industrial production, the trends of city expansion and increasingly international commodity markets, and then, the regional of cultures have getting into precarious trouble. Based on the reality of urban planning and landscape design in the presence of this problem. We seek to strengthen the regional characteristics of the study of landscape design, establish landscape design of concept regional characteristics, the combination of geographical features landscape and the geographical culture aesthetic. How to put the geographical and cultural harmony into the local landscape design and create a viable method to make some sense of beauty.

Abstract: Accessibility of campus green space in university could reflect the level that campus green space attracts people and convenience that people enjoy green landscape. In this paper, the meaning, type and factors of accessibility for campus green space would be analyzed. And then, some issues such as ways and tactics about how to optimize accessibility for campus green space have been presented, which could provide some ideas for campus green space planning.

Abstract: Chinese garden art has developed gradually along with the neutralization--lasting appeal--artistic conception trend till to the peak, meanwhile, those aesthetic forms can be existed synchronously with historical advancement, logic arrangement in parallel and correspondence as well as abundance and deepening of the interior connotation and exterior extension, which represent the high uniformity of the development history and logics of Chinese garden art. Nowadays, the landscape garden development is required to probe its root, explore its cultural soul, so as to base itself upon the garden industry all over the world. Additionally, the function of traditional aesthetic form will show the powerful functions, declare publicly the deep influence of modernized landscape garden development.

Abstract: with the increasingly improved urbanization level, located in center urban area, the landscape of commercial pedestrian street are given more than more attention. This paper analyzes the humanized design of commercial pedestrian street in such two fields of material requisite and spirit requisite, and brings forward corresponding methods and suggestions.

Abstract: The plant application played an important role in Chinese classical garden. It accumulated a lot of experiences and gradually formed some regular patterns. Based on the modern view, this article re-examines the plant arrangement artistry of Chinese classical garden, and summarizes the five characteristics: selecting plant according to plant’s physical and mental characteristics; arranging plant according to the theory of painting; paying attention to the color and form arrangement of plant and the seasonal change; using plants to create artistic conception; using plants to set off constructions. And it puts forward the concrete methods to inherit and develop the artistry in modern landscape, such as attaching importance to the plant’s aesthetic features besides sight, utilizing the plant’s symbolism, using plants to set off the constructions, etc.

Abstract: Urban constructed wetland, effectively used in sewage disposal and ecological restoration, has unique advantages in urban ecological construction. With the development of the ecological landscape concept, constructed wetland gradually has become an important urban ecological landscape. Based on ecological concepts, ecological principle, technical principle and aesthetic principle of planning and the layout, process, landscape, plants and other key issues of design were discussed for the constructed wetland. In this paper, taking Zhongxiang City, Jingmen, Hubei Province as an example, the treatment technology, functional layout and ecological landscape of constructed wetlands were designed based on the analysis of location and site. Through the planning and construction of constructed wetlands, the quality of urban water environment would be improved and the urban water environment with the characteristics of Zhongxiang would be formed, promoting the urban construction to be more green, ecological and livable.

Abstract: It is still a challenge to make a comprehensive evaluation on greenbelt landscapes of universities, which would lay a solid basis to improve the quality and ecological effects of greenbelts and enhance the satisfaction of people in these universities. Aiming at this problem, a comprehensive evaluation approach based on entropy method was proposed to make the evaluation be more actual and precise. Some related indexes, such as greenbelt coverage, temperature, and humidity, etc. are combined with the evaluation method. Taking the greenbelt landscapes of the nine universities in Guangzhou as research objects, the results show the effectiveness of our proposal, and some significant suggestions are provided to promote the in-depth construction of greenbelt landscapes of universities.
