Abstract: To manage web services, it needs to monitors quality of them periodically when changing their status like availability, performance and security policy. The non-functional requirements of web services based on QoS parameters has been presented in this paper for the purpose of finding the best available web service during Web services discovery process. We also presented an extended web services framework based on SOA structure for providing information about quality of web services and build a prototype for applying quality factors.

Abstract: Knowledge Discovery, the science and technology of exploring knowledge in order to discover previously unknown patterns, is a part of the overall process of getting information in databases. In today’s computer-driven world, these databases contain a lot of information. The significant value of this information makes knowledge discovery a matter of considerable importance and necessity. A decision tree is a predictive model which can be used to represent both classifiers and regression models. Abstract: Clustering analysis is an important method to research the Web user’s browsing behavior and identify the potential customers on Web usage mining. The traditional user clustering algorithms are not quite accurate. In this paper, we give two improved user clustering algorithms, which are based on the associated matrix of the user’s hits in the process of browsing website. To this matrix, an improved Hamming distance matrix is generated by defining the minimum norm or the generalized relative Hamming distance between any two vectors. Then, similar user clustering are obtained by setting the threshold value. At the last step of our algorithm, the clustering results are confirmed by defining the clustering’s Similar Index and setting sub-algorithm. Finally, the testing examples show that the new algorithms are more accurate than the old one, and the real log data presents that the improved algorithms are practical.

Abstract: Through the research of current network manage system and RIA, a structure of integrated network business management system base on RIA is presented. With the advantages of high universality, comprehensive management, unrestricted location, richer, easy to deploy, cross-platform and lower maintenance cost, it solves the problems of higher cost, and single-minded management and restricting the location of manager in the current network manage system.

Abstract: Permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM) is a strong coupling and non-linear system. In the speed-loop of PMSM servo system controlled by active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC), it is difficult to ensure the estimation precision of disturbance by extended state observer (ESO) in the case of big disturbance. In the paper, the ADRC based on the artificial neural network (ANN) is applied to the speed-loop of PMSM servo system. The result of simulation shows that this algorithm has better anti-load-disturbance performance.

Abstract: Coal mine underground environment gases gas composition is very complicated, especially coal self-ignition different oxidation stage symbol of mine gas and release of period of reckoning produce of the coal mine enterprises poisonous and harmful gas production safety, caused great harm to the mine production period and needed after the reckoning mine air composition for monitoring. Existing gas chromatographic analysis is slow and not on-line analysis problem, sensor use short-lived, need often set-up insufficient, we put forward such a kind of brand-new based on the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) in-well environment gas analysis method. Combining with gas absorption spectral characteristics and analysis from spectrometer parameter selection, request the sample gas preparation, feature extraction and analysis model is established in variable introduces a set of effective coal mine underground environment gas spectral analysis method, and then gives C2H6, C3H8, CH4, i-C4H10, n-C4H10, C2H4 C3H6, C2H2, SF6, CO and CO2, the test results. The results showed that the FTIR spectrometer in spectral resolution for 1cm-1, optical path for 10cm circumstances, all gas resolution than 2x10-6, meet mine environment gas detection requirements. This shows that the infrared spectrum analysis is a potential mine environment gas analysis, this paper party could realize technology of coal mine underground environment gas on-line analysis.

Abstract: Since the fatigue crack propagation process from initial size till final fracture is affected by lots of random factors, it is difficult to evaluate the fatigue reliability. Based on reliability theory, the first order second moment method ( JC method) is adopted to analyze and compute the fatigue reliability. To account for the uncertainties of material resistance, the parameters in the deterministic fatigue crack growth rate equation and material fracture toughness are taken as random variables with Normal distribution or Log-Normal distribution. Consequently, the limit state equation of fatigue crack growth is derived. The fatigue reliability index at any moment is calculated iteratively through JC method. As a computation example, the curve of fatigue crack growth reliability index with time is presented.

Abstract: The temperature transmitter is a kind of device circuit, which is made up of temperature sensor and assistant electronic circuits. It can change temperature signal into electric signal. The paper introduces a two-wire current temperature transmitter which consists of platinum resistance and the new type integrated chip-AD693. It mainly analyzes the theoretical basis of the system and chooses an appropriate hardware implementation scheme. This paper analyzes the basic principle of temperature transmitter and the composed units of current temperature transmitter, chooses and calculates the circuit modules components, finishes the systematic design of electric circuit schematic.

Abstract: In recent years, data acquisition technology is more widely used in industrial. This paper introduces a data acquisition system based on linux OS. The data transmission follows USB2.0 protocol. The hardware is mainly composed by CY7C68013 and MAX1195. CY7C68013 is a high-speed USB peripheral controller produced by Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. Max1195 is a dual and high-speed analog-to-digital converter. Hardware construction and driver program design of this system are particularly recommended in this paper. This system can be used in electronic test and biological engineering.

Abstract: This paper is to use career choice theory, supply side driving factors, demand side driving factors to support the connections between the economic indexes with the entrepreneurial spirit. The data is based on the economic index(1995-2009) of Hebei Province. Such conclusion are made: career choice theory obtains concrete verification, the entrepreneurial spirit of external environment economic factors by; the government budgetary revenues and expenditures for the policy factors driving an entrepreneurial spirit; bank savings policy on entrepreneurship has a faint simulative effect; GDP hinder entrepreneurial spirit of the arousal.
