Abstract: The relationship of parameters of biogas liquefaction process was complex.The parameters of biogas liquefaction process were in the further studied, and the thermodynamic parameters of biogas liquefaction process were analyzed. The optimization of the liquefaction process is object to establish the relationship the hot and cold heat load and UA values, And find out the way to reduce energy loss.

Abstract: UVA is seldom applied in UV inactivation or disinfection, however, it may be more suitable for underwater photo-catalysis treatment. Since the wavelength of UVA is longer than UVC, the former has higher transmission ability and encounter less disturbance of suspending substances in water. Also, the exciting wavelength of UVA is between 365nm and 413nm which coincides with the wavelength of UVA. Hence, the spatial distribution of UVA radiation is studied for a 15W UVA lamp. The decaying tendencies of UVA radiation intensity were probed over horizontal and vertical distance, behind large amounts of experimental data. Optimal radiation conditions plan to be detected based on the research to guide the UVA treatment.

Abstract: The marine medaka Oryzias melastigma was used as model organism to detect and evaluate the cardiac function alterations of medaka embryos due to oil exposure induced ecotoxicological effect in the present study. Results showed that the developing medaka heart was a sensitive target organ for the toxic effects of crude oil. Cardiac function of medaka embryos was clearly affected by exposure to WAF of crude oil after 24 hours exposure. Significant differences in cardiac structure and function of medaka embryo were found between exposed and control groups. The chemicals in crude oil slowed down the embryos heart rates, reduced cardiac contractility capability and causes irregular heartbeats. At higher exposure concentrations (7.2 mg/L), swelled and enlarged heart morphology, lower blood circulation and accumulation of blood around the heart area was found. These findings indicate that cardiac function of marine medaka embryo may be used as a toxicity model and biomarker for oil pollution.

Abstract: Corn and corn flour were steeped with different chemical reagents ,sulfurous acid (0.1%, 0.2%, 0.1%)、NaOH (0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5%)、alcohol (65%, 75%, 65%)、lactic acid (0.3%, 0.5%, 0.3%)、L - cysteine (0.6%, 1.0%, 1.4%) ,using distilled water as control. The separation of starch and protein in corn endosperm steeped under different reagents were analyzed using the amount of free starch measuring by iodine colorimety.The results show that under the action of different concentration of NaOH、sulfurous acid、lactic acid,the measured value of free starch in both corn and corn flour were increased and were higher than control,with the extending of the soak time and increase of reagent concentration.The effect of NaOH is the best,but when the NaOH concentration was above 0.5%, the amount of free starch began to decline. The starch granules were destroyed by the high concentration of alkali. The effect of Sulfite solution is good also, and the observed value of free starch slightly higher than the lactic acid. The effect of different concentration L-cysteine on corn was almost the same as control,but the effect of separation on corn flour was obviously enhanced and better than sulfurous acid,especially concentration above 1.0%.There was no starch granules out of corn and corn flour by alcohol soaking.

Abstract: Huize lead-zinc mine is one of the typical representative of large rich lead-zinc deposits in the Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou lead-zinc mineralization district. It plays a key role in the development of Yunnan non-ferrous metals industry. In this paper, on the basis of enough analysis and research to Kirin factory Ore Body’s geologic feature in Huize lead-zinc mines, using reasonable economic parameters, combined with the actual situation of the orebody and break-even analysis, optimizing cut-off grade, it delineates the ore body by breakeven grade and comprehensive grade and achieves a dynamic multi-plans orebody for the purpose of the service life of mine.

Abstract: Obesity has become a fast growing epidemic in developing countries, as well as in some of the developing countries. Drinking Chinese tea has been demonstrated to have multiple beneficial effects to obese patients. It showed strong effect in reducing body fat and lowering blood sugar. This article tested the effect of instant Pu-erh ripe tea on weight loss in diet-induced obese (DIO) mice. The results demonstrated that instant Pu-erh ripe tea was be able to reduce the mouse weight dose-dependently. Its effect is stronger than that of L-carnitine, a weight loss drug currently on the market. Instant Pu-erh ripe tea also accelerated lipid metabolism and eased the high-fat diet-induced liver injury.

Abstract: While Wheat cultivation in Henan Institute of Education experimental field as tested materials, and C17 as the basic culture medium, we researched the influence of KT in different concentration on wheat anther dedifferentiation. The results show that added to 0.25mg / L of KT in the medium, wheat anther dedifferentiation was the best, and it had the best stability.
