Abstract: In this paper, an adaptive fuzzy PID controller based on genetic algorithm is designed. Brushless DC motor uses double closed loop control system. The adaptive fuzzy PID controller based on genetic algorithm is applied to outer ring speed ring, and PI controller is applied to inner ring. The simulation results show that, the designed brushless DC motor control system based on genetic algorithm optimization has a short rise time and no overshoot, small steady-state error and other advantages. And the system has strong robustness and adaptability.

Abstract: While many researchers have investigated the dynamics analysis of underactuated mechanisms in recent years, little work has been published on that with underactuated cable-truss mechanism. Dynamics analysis has important significance in the research of trajectory planning, driven project designing and the optimization design of the mechanisms. The mechanism dynamics equations were established based on Lagrange equation and the dynamics equations corresponding to the capture scheme that has been chosen were separately listed. To prove the correctness of the dynamics analysis, the simulation of the capture scheme was presented. Some capture experiments were done in order to verify the adaptive capture function of the underactuated cable-truss mechanism.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of hydraulic support intelligent control, the hydraulic support control system is designed and analyzed based on Controller Area Network (CAN) technology. Through the characteristics of CAN-bus network communication, the host computer communication and monitoring requirements is researched, and the mission of function is established. The data transmission program is designed under MSComm ActiveX which accomplishes stable communication function. Based on hydraulic test bench, the reliability of data transmission is verified which provides some guidance for the development of the intelligent control.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of temperature intelligent control, the automatic temperature control system is designed and analyzed based on PLC. Through the requirement of the control function, electric control circuit is researched, and hardware is selected. According to the programming language, the main program is designed to satisfy the intelligent control which can keep the temperature in specially appointed rang. The design process provides some guidance for the development of the intelligent control with PLC.

Abstract: Based on theoretical calculation, virtual prototype technology and the method of finite element analysis, the fully mechanized hydraulic support is designed and simulated. Firstly, the four-link mechanism of hydraulic support mechanical model and mathematical model are established, the demission is confirmed by design calculation of structure. Secondly, through the establishment of rigid parameterized virtual prototype model of the system, dynamics simulation analysis and research is finished based on ADAMS on the mechanical properties. Finally, based on FEA, the modal calculation of key components is completed by using ANSYS.

Abstract: Binocular parallax vision system is a kind of computer vision technology. Two cameras on different locations can get two different pictures of same object. The space position of the object can be calculated by the parallax information of two different pictures. The binocular parallax vision technology includes cameras calibration, image processing, and stereo matching analysis. The paper will introduce the inside and outside parameters calibration methods, and combing the traffic applications, designed the calibrating scheme. The parameters that obtained according to the scheme can meet the demands of measuring the vehicle distance. The high precision can meet the needs of intelligent transportation vehicles in a security vehicles spacing survey, which is an effective way for measuring the front car distance.

Abstract: The research on maximum-torque-per-ampere (MTPA) control of Interior Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motor (IPMSM) is presented in this paper. Based on the IPMSM mathematical model in d-q reference frame, the equations of d, q axis currents and magnetic torque were derived by using extreme value principle. Thus, this algorithm realizes the IPMSM MTPA control. Under the condition of same magnetic torque, the IPMSM MTPA control can minimize the input current magnitude, decrease the IPMSM power loss and the inverter capacity, increase the system efficiency and improve the dynamic performance of system. At last, the paper built simulation model and verified the MTPA algorithm above is correct.

Abstract: In this paper, the kinematics of 5-UPS parallel machine tool is analyzed, and a kinematic analysis method combining kinematic analysis and computer kinematics software is proposed. Under the premise that the parallel machine tool sector parameters is known, firstly we use the vector method to establish a mathematical model of inverse kinematics, and in accordance with a U-shaped processing trajectory the inverse solution is calculated; Secondly, three-dimensional model of the parallel machine tool is modeled in Adams, and kinematic constraints are set correctly; Finally, the inverse kinematics solution of the mathematical model is used as the Adams drive input, then the positive solutions is carried out. Compared through the Adams simulation results with U-machining path, it is verified that the inverse solution of the mathematical model and parallel machine tool bodies both are correct, it has certain significance for Parallel machine tools and other parallel robot kinematics analysis.
