Abstract: Using the indoor control system of breeding mitten crab could increase the survival rate and quality effectively. This paper based on the analysis of environmental water quality of breeding mitten crab, according to the characteristics of crab cultivation of water environment, then the method of fuzzy control was proposed to realize the automatic control, the application of MATLAB software complete the design of the fuzzy controller. Combining STC12C5A08AD single chip as mainly control unit and fuzzy control method, design the hardware and software of the crab cultivation environment control system, and the design of fuzzy controller. In the case of the pH control test results, the system performance approximately for the time constant of a character of first-order inertial of 27.535s, which caters the requirement of pH value of crab cultivation. The invention of this controlling system can be a fundament of control of aquaculture environment.

Abstract: Using the convex model theory, the reliability-based analysis of frequency of the vibration control problem of structures with Interval parameters is discussed. Based on the theory of perturbation method, reliability analysis, and PNET method, the method of reliability-based analysis of eigenvalues of closed-loop vibration control systems with uncertain parameters is studied. And the distribution function of the random eigenvalues will not be computed other than their means and variances. The standard deviations of eigenvalues of the uncertain closed-loop systems can be used to estimate the reliability of frequency. The numerical results show that the present method is effective.

Abstract: In order to eliminate the resonant of engine bracket and front frame caused by the vibration during engine work period, the damping bracket was introduced between front frame and explosion-proof diesel engine for Framework-type Roof-Supporter Transport Vehicle (FRSTV). The harmonic response analysis of front frame was conducted with ANSYS Workbench. The results can be used for the vibration prediction.

Abstract: In this paper, neural network and grey fuzzy control technology are applied in Abrasive Flow Machining (AFM) to grind the mico-hole in th nozzle of the twin flapper-nozzle valve. An intelligent control system with fine tuning working pressure is established that can predict the process parameters automatically before machining and forcast the flow to adjust the working pressure in machining.The result of experiment indicates that this system has high level of intelligent and can get very high machining accuracy.

Abstract: A novel strategy of online force distribution for multi-finger robot hand is developed based on impedance control. The real-time controller system including the finger dynamics and multi-fingers constraints is considered as a nonlinear system. Because when the robot hand grasps the object, the fingertip force is usually changed which could cause the grasp unstable. Our method gains the ability to deal with online grasping force distribution and can satisfy the real-time requirements at the same time. Experiment shows that our method provides the most feasible grasp configurations in real-time performance.

Abstract: Firstly, the Zigbee wireless technology, uCOSII real-time operating systems, gateways and other techniques were studied, and then Cortex-M3 core processor, equipped with running uCOSII operating system to set up an internal wireless network Zigbee module to achieve the end nodes of data acquisition and node control, and ultimately design and implement a remote temperature control and infrared remote control, users can realize temperature control and remote air conditioning temperature regulating heater remotely via a PC or a mobile terminal. The system is real-time, high stability, can be applied to the field of industrial control and remote areas such as intelligent home.

Abstract: Subjective evaluation of the braking based on the people's feelings. When braking, the response of vehicle and the convenience of brake determines the driving safety and comfort. Research major vehicle company's subjective evaluation of braking system, and summarize large numbers of projects into tactile indicators, somatosensory indicators, and braking performance three evaluation projects in accordance with the people's subjective feelings. Through sorting, the loads of evaluation can be reduced when evaluation for subjective driver. To analysis of typical index by dynamics methods to find the reasons of negative phenomena, so provides the design basis of the brake system for meet the subjective feelings.

Abstract: The hammer rod of large tonnage air hammer is easily damaged during operating process. Positions on the hammer rod, which may be broken, are not determined by linear fracture mechanics. Meanwhile, it does not provide possible measures for improvement. According to the actual weight of the hammer rod, about 0-10% larger than its nominal weight, an improved design method is proposed in the paper, which does not affect the performance of the air hammer. This method effectively solves the problem of breaking hammer rods and improves their service life.

Abstract: The vibration aging is an important means to eliminate the residual stress exiting in the structural parts. We establish a typical aluminum alloy plate finite element numerical model with the finite element method and acquire the natural frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes through the modal analysis. At the same time, make use of the numerical simulation of vibration aging process of aluminum alloy plate to study vibration aging effect in different vibration frequencies.
