Abstract: According to the super large or heavy vehicle accidents existing wrecker cannot complete the wrecker rescue mission independent problems, puts forward the design of a practical game type crane wrecker. The hoisting mechanism as the research object, the traditional mechanical method is designed and calculated, then the three-dimensional entity model using 3D mechanical design software Solidworks, and imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the static mechanics characteristics of the structure, to improve the local strength of short position. On this basis, a lifting test vehicle prototype, rated load operation and overload operation condition test, and measure its subsidence. With the analysis of the experiment results, show that the design truck lifting organ can meet the demand of the technology.

Abstract: The dynamic model is obtained based on researching the structure of single inverted pendulum system in this paper. Mathematical model of inverted pendulum that is close to the working point is deduced by linearization. A PID control algorithm is put forward by analyzing the factor of influencing inverted pendulum stability. The effectiveness of proposed algorithm is verified by simulation. This algorithm has the features of high control precision and good stability.

Abstract: A class of height double PID controller based on posture stability is designed in this paper aim at simplified dynamics model of missile pitch channel linearization and simplified model of missile height kinematics link. The implement process of using matlab software simulink toolbox is introduced in detail. Secondly, The transfer function calculating algorithm which solves nonlinear link in simulink using matlab language linmod function is proposed in this paper aim at nonlinear of height kinematics link. Finally, the bode diagram of whole system is obtained and the stability margin of system is analyzed by computer simulation.

Abstract: For posture angle tracking problem of missile pitch channel linear model, PID controller is designed. Programming implementation issues is studied based on simulink. The open-loop transfer function calculation method which contains PID controller is put forward by using matlab. The bode diagram of system is worked out. The judgment method of analysing system stability is put forward based on simulink.

Abstract: The artificial potential field method has been extensively used in mobile robot path planning for its characteristics of simpleness, high efficiency, and smooth path. In this paper, to solve the problem of local minima in traditional artificial potential field method, A modified form of repulsion function is proposed. A detour force is added to the repulsion function, the problem of local minima can be solved effectively. In the end, with the help of Matlab software simulating, the result shows that this method is simple and effective.

Abstract: In daily life because of polluted air people have a headache, insomnia, allergic diseases, respiratory diseases, etc. Air Purifier is also called "air cleaner" or "air sober machine". It refers to an equipment which can adsorb, decompose or transform all kinds of air pollutions,and volatilize an anion to improve the indoor air quality. In order to achieve the purpose of the microcomputer digital control of system, air purifier is designed with a single chip to reduce the artificial control. The single chip microcomputer is regarded as the core circuit part of the whole control system, the function of which is control all components of the air purification. Air purifier equipment consists of dust sensors, anion generator unit, fan module components and 4x4 matrix keyboard. Software program mainly includes: the display program, keyboard program, the clock program. This design aims at starting subsequent circuit module automatically through real-time control of air quality, achieving the function of air purification.

Abstract: For the purpose of researching the six-bar mechanism for open and close and the improvement and use of the mechanism, improving the work efficiency, the three-dimensional solid model of the mechanism was established with ADAMS. Each part of the model in ADAMS was set up. Simulation analysis on the working process of the mechanism was achieved. The structure optimization parameters of the mechanism were obtained. The result proves that when the vertical location of the upper endpoint of lid were increased the horizontal displacement of the lower endpoint of lid reduced. When the locations of revolute joint of lower rocker and link, the horizontal location of revolute joint of lower rocker and lid, the opening force acting on the lower endpoint of lid were increased the horizontal displacement of the lower endpoint of lid added. The sensitivities of the horizontal displacement of the lower endpoint of lid on the initial values of the locations of revolute joint of lower rocker and link, the horizontal location of revolute joint of lower rocker and lid, the horizontal location of revolute joint of lower rocker and frame are greater. The sensitivities of the horizontal displacement of the lower endpoint of lid on the initial values of the vertical location of revolute joint of upper rocker and link, the vertical location of the upper endpoint of lid, the opening force acting on the lower endpoint of lid are smaller.

Abstract: The movement processes of the older people during walking on level ground were captured by the high-speed video camera with the speed of 500 frames per second. The gait parameters of the older people during walking on level ground were obtained by the quantitative analysis of the successive photographs captured by the high-speed video camera. Kinematics features of the older people during walking on level ground were discussed. Along with the growth of the age, step velocity, step frequency and step length were reduced, and gait cycle was rising. According to the morphology of the older people during walking on level ground, a mechanical model was put forward to aid the design of the exoskeleton walking robot. The couple walking characteristics between the older wearer and the exoskeleton walking robot was studied. In the single support phase of the exoskeleton walking robot, the change of the hip joint was gradually decreased to provide the driving force for the stable walk, the change of the knee joint was increased and following decreased and then increased to forward the older people's body center of gravity, and the change of the ankle joint was gradually increased to reduce the impact force of the ground. The results would provide the basic theory to bionic references for improving the reasonable properties of the exoskeleton walking robot. This work would provide certain theoretical and practical base in developing the exoskeleton walking robot on bionic structural design.

Abstract: This article proposes a sink which is multi-circulating stratified control of flow velocity. We research the different effective range of one certain flow state with changing velocity of each layer of the sink and obtain several typical flow states with changing velocity combination There are some changes of effective range between different velocities through studying the different flow states. We can get expected flow states in different combinations. Then we use neutral network and the simulation data to realize the intelligent control and set up a friendly interactive interface.

Abstract: A simulation and test based approach intended to support whole lifecycle activities of IEMS development is proposed. A new test bench design philosophy including its hardware and software as well as its support for each IEMS development phase are described in detail. Finally, further considerations on bench application for IEMS certification are also proposed.
