Abstract: Take large-scale general finite element software ANSYS as the analysis tool and the cylindrical roller bearing as the research object, we establish the ideal contact numerical model of roller and analyze the Hertz contact stress. That calculation results of the ideal model are correspond to that of the finite element verifies the correctness of the finite element analysis method. In this paper, we establish the model of cylindrical roller bearing with coating, studying the distribution of contact stress in coatings with different thickness and analyzing the effect of coatings.

Abstract: Temperature is the main environment parameter to industrial and agricultural production. To timely and accurate measurement is having great significance. A lot of production equipment, thermal equipment and large warehouse need for temperature measurement. Therefore, design a kind of ability of temperature automatic detection system has widely application value. This design is mainly on the Labview virtual instrument platform to develop a temperature acquisition system. We use good interface of Labview for data acquisition which is real-time display data in Labview. It can realize serial port function and will transfer to PC owners system. The data collected in the Labview environment for data processing and analysis, and it can accord the analysis of the results to control the singlechip microcomputer temperature.

Abstract: Tracing of quality issues of complex automobile gearbox is realized, defective parts and assembly procedures are analyzed and confirmed, analytical method for tracing quality issues is provided and the thinking is illustrated. Furthermore, the tracing model for assembly and quality issues of the gearbox is constructed based on inference principles of the rank sum test; the research results show that the analytical method is effective and feasible in tracing quality issues of the gearbox.

Abstract: This project is the construction and demolition program of the double-pole scaffolding for the exterior decoration of Building No.1 and No.2 of Wanda Plaza in an inland city. The exterior walls of ground floor stores are mainly comprised of granite columns, lacquer finishes, GRC plates, 8+8 toughened laminated glass canopy and other decorative items, with the highest elevation of 17.4m. Since other construction units need to dig electricity trenches and bury cables at a distance of 1.7m to the wall, the erection of the scaffolding should be limited to 1.5m from the wall.

Abstract: At present, in the field of intelligent control of traffic signal, most of scholars at home and abroad use fuzzy control and intelligent algorithm, such as genetic algorithm, ant colony optimization, particle swarm optimization, multi-agent, artificial neural networks, fuzzy method etc. This paper summarizes and analyzes these algorithms, points out the problems and shortcomings in the present research, puts forward the direction and trend in the future research. These works have certain directive significance to the research and development of intelligent control of traffic signal.

Abstract: A 2-DOF manipulator is modeled in PROE. In MATLAB, inverse kinematics is solved by geometric method. The desired trajectory, angular velocity and angular acceleration of each joint are obtained by the linear interpolation of parabola transition to complete the kinematics planning of the manipulator. The velocity of the end-point and the kinematics analysis are got by Newton-Euler method. In PROE, the expected trajectory of the end point is got by the simulation of the position planning. Kinematics simulation on the model is made in ADAMS. The simulation results are consistent with theoretical calculations to verify the correctness of the theory computing, which can provide an effective basis for the control of the manipulator.

Abstract: When the vehicle is turning, the vehicle body will tend to roll because of centrifugal force, which will lead to the change of headlamps' space location and the mismatch between light type and the regulation GB4599-2007. Directing at this problem, first the relationship among the rolling characteristics of vehicle, light distribution characteristics of AFS headlamps and dynamic light angle of AFS was analyzed in the article. Then a dynamic bending mathematical model of AFS based on rolling characteristics was proposed. Based on the three degrees of freedom of manipulation model, the interaction mechanism between the roll angle and light distribution characteristics of AFS was analyzed, and the dynamic bending mathematical model of AFS based on rolling characteristics which can amend the illumination direction of AFS was built afterwards. After analysis in Matlab and Tracepro, the results show that the dynamic AFS headlamp angle determines the maximum of 1.75° angular increment in the xy plane and 2.25° in the yz plane, and solves the problem of the mismatch between light type and regulation GB4599-2007.

Abstract: A Dynamic Fuzzy Neural Networks Course Tracking Controller (DFNNCTC) for Surface Vessels is presented to solve the uncertainties coursing by the wide and wave. A Dynamic Fuzzy Neural Networks (DFNN) combines with a PID controller to integrate the DFNNCTC, in which the structure and parameters are adjusted online, and the fuzzy rules are automatically generated when being trained. The intelligent algorithm conquers the disadvantage of either overfitting or overtraining in traditional static fuzzy neural networks-based control methods. Simulation results of a container’s course tracking control validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: The driving gear and driven gear in car rear axle have function of transmitting power. As important part of supporting driving gear, work life and situation of bearing have influence on power transmission. This paper improves system stiffness of gear and bearing, improves force situation of bearing by researching span between two bearings on driving gear. Work situation of main reducer can be improved through extending bearing life. The vibration and noise are reduced. Car market competition is improved.
