Abstract: In-arm hydro-pneumatic suspension unit (ISU) is a kind of hydro-pneumatic suspension, it has been researched for 30 years. Nowadays, there are three companies in mass production of ISU. In this paper, the growth and ISU products of these companies are introduced, the main characteristics of ISU are discussed, and the main application of the hydro-pneumatic suspensions are presented.

Abstract: In some star hotels, humanized air-conditioning temperature control has become a necessary condition to improve the service. Obviously, the traditional single function of air temperature control cannot meet this requirement. This paper proposes an intelligent control system for air-conditioning combining, through which users can set desire temperature compared with the actual temperature detected, thus achieving humanized control. The experiments show that the proposed system achieves good results in humanized control of the air-conditioning temperature.

Abstract: To improve the driving safety and comfort during car-following, a hierarchical car-following control system is designed. The upper-level controller determines the desired longitudinal velocity according to the vehicle state information from sensors and the minimum safety distance model based on time headway. The lower-level controller with switch logic between throttle and brake is employed for the longitudinal velocity control. The optimal PID parameters in the lower-level controller are tuned with orthogonal experimental design (OED) method, aiming at minimizing the comprehensive index about safety and comfort. Co-simulations of the car-following system are implemented in the simulation platform based on PreScan and Matlab/Simulink. The following vehicle is controlled to track a leading vehicle with a preset time-varying velocity, ensuring a safety distance between the two vehicles and improving driving comfort. The simulation results show that the car-following control system has a good performance on car-following and is suitable for intelligent vehicles.

Abstract: Eccentric style processing tomato fruit seeding separation device exist high machining and assembly precision or other issues. In order to solve this problem, the mode of vibration of hydraulic replaced the eccentric style to drive the fruit seedling separation roller to separate processing tomato effectively. To facilitate adjustment of the hydraulic system, a kind of control circuit PLC as the core was designed according to the actual production requirements. PLC and other elements were selected. The system control signal frequency was initially set up as 1~5 HZ, within the frequency range hydraulic simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the hydraulic vibration system. The result shows that the system rams steady when the input signal frequency range was 1~5HZ.

Abstract: In order to improve the automation level for the control system of liquid fermentation of a company in Hubei province, and combine with the requirements of the company, a distributed control system of liquid fermentation is designed. The control system is composed of host computer based on WinCC, and the slave computer is S7-300 PLC of SIEMENS. The fermentation parameters, including rotation speed, temperature, pH, DO, O2, CO2, can be real-time online collected, and realize the frequency control of motor and precise control of temperature. The experiment result shows that the system runs stably and credibly, the parameters can be collected accurately and the temperature control accuracy has been achieved to be ±0.1°C.

Abstract: This article focuses on the design of parts processing and control system based on Siemens S7-200 PLC. The purpose of this study is to learn and become familiar with the Siemens S7-200PLC hardware parameters and the use of programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9, and design a rational and effective parts processing and control system. This paper firstly describes the development history and development status of the PLC, so that readers can understand the PLC briefly. Secondly, the article shows some important technical parameters such as Siemens S7-200PLC CPU model, hardware configuration and so on. It is to clarify the basic component of parts processing and control system and its working principle, and the role of Siemens PLC in the system. Finally, according to specific design requirements, programming software STEP 7 Micro/WIN SP9 is used to program for the system so that the system can operate effectively and reasonably. The study successfully achieved the desired goals, through reasonable programming made PLC take the full control of parts processing in this system..

Abstract: Based on the characteristics of semiconductor thermoelectric generation, this paper takes STC12C5410AD MCU as the core, and designs an intelligent lead-acid battery charging and discharging controller. It implements the intelligent switch, overload overcharge protection of charging way, and can automatically switch between power generating system and battery according to battery load circuit. It realizes the effective transformation of heat into electricity, intelligent storage and utilization.

Abstract: This paper presents a novel Omni-directional obstacle crossing robot with a combination of passive and active obstacle crossing mode which uses binocular cameras to detect obstacles. The Omni-directional movements can enhance the ability of the robot working in small space and improve the efficiency of steering. The combination of passive and active mode can not only guarantee the adaptability to complex terrain but also enhance the obstacle-crossing ability of the robot. This system was tested in simulation environment, and the last performance evaluation demonstrates the validity of the proposed obstacle crossing robot.
