Abstract: The present motors are required to high speed, high efficiency, high power density but low pulsating torque. Traditonal rare-earth permanent magnet motor shows its defect; Halbach Array is a new type of permanent magnet structure: magnet field presents unilateral with the sinusoidal distribution. The structure makes the magnetic density of motor’s air gap larger relatively while the magnetic density of rotor’s yoke smaller. And it can help to reduce the motor’s pulsating torque and its size, as well as to raise the power density of motor. The result of finite element analysis based on ANSYS shows that the above structure is able to decrease the mass of motor, to widen the width of air gap and obviously to improve the multi properties of motors.

Abstract: There has been wide interest in the control scheme of the electromagnetic levitation system due to its disadvantages of nonlinearity and open-loop uncertainty. A typical coil-ball levitation system is used in research. The forces of the ball are analyzed and a dynamic model of the whole electromagnetic levitation system is established. Based on the nonlinear state-space model, the coil-ball system is linearized and then a LQR control approach is proposed. Simulation results show that, compared with conventional pole assignment scheme, the electromagnetic levitation system under the proposed control approach gets a better performance, including smaller overshot and faster response.

Abstract: Due to the high labor intensity of the maintenance workers, the narrow space and harsh environments in mining process of thin coal seam, an inspection robot to adapt to the thin seam environment instead of workers for the inspection work is urgently need . In this paper, we research on a bionic joint type inspection robot motion platform in thin coal seam, and study the kinematics analysis, which is a theoretical foundation for this kind of the robot platform control.

Abstract: Reliable operation of the aircraft power distribution system is critical to the flight safety of a plane。In this paper,the reliability evaluation model of aircraft power supplying system based on Bayesian fusion is set up。 Calculating reliability indexes by using MATLAB simulation softwaer。Comparing with the traditional Bayes approach,the result shows the method is efficient。

Abstract: The paper focuses on single neuron adaptive PID controller based on unsupervised Hebb algorithm, and simulation research on the controller is carried out for a second-order pure lag process system. Simulation results show that through learning and adjusting weights of single neuron adaptive PID controller, its online self-tuning ability can make timely adjustment of PID controller parameters according to controlled object changes and external disturbances in order to ensure that the stability and robustness of the system and, ultimately, more satisfactory actual control effect is obtained. At last, the control characteristics and parameter design rules are concluded.

Abstract: The autonomous navigation process of a mobile service robot is usually in uncertain environment. The information only given by sensors has been unable to meet the demand of the modern mobile robots, so multi-sensor data fusion has been widely used in the field of robots. The platform of this project is the achievement of the important 863 Program national research project-a prototype nursing robot. The aim is to study a mobile service robot’s multi-sensor information fusion, path planning and movement control method. It can provide a basis and practical use’s reference for the study of an indoor robot’s localization.

Abstract: This paper takes the calibration method of acceleration sensor’s data filtering as the research subject. It adopts the modified selective filtering method based on the sigma judgment and the zero-point calibration method with the fluctuating wind as the starting and ending point, to correct the acceleration data ideally and to make the images more realistic. Selective filtering method also can be utilized in the image denosing.

Abstract: The artical for the consumption problem caused by carrier frequency of motor with variable frequency power supply.According to the principle of frequency conversion,the frequency conversion power model has been established, which applied to finite element model of motor.Then they implement joint simulation calculation. It is concluded that the characteristics relationship between the carrier frequency and loss of motor when variable frequency power supply. The characteristic of relationship between the loss of the motor and the carrier frequency proved by experiment when the carrier frequency inverter power supply.It has reference value for the design of variable frequency motor, frequency conversion application and energy saving.

Abstract: The Adaptive Front-lighting System (AFS) has been widely concerned in the area of traffic safety. Firstly, it's an analysis of research achievements about control method and mathematics model of AFS, and the question is focused on the lag of headlamp control system, which means the actual bending angle of AFS always lags behind the steering-wheel angle. Then, a study of how to solve this lag has been proceeded. After the geometrical relations among safety braking distance and the rate of steering-wheel angle and turning radius of the vehicle is analyzed, an mathematics model considered these variables has been set up. In order to improve the road illumination of the bending beginning stage, a preview control method and the control algorithm of preview model, rolling optimization and feedback correction have been set up. Based on this preview control algorithm, a simulation model of the whole AFS has been built as well as the AFS control experiment platform. After a comparison between preview control and servo control, it can be discovered that preview control method is superior to servo control in AFS system.

Abstract: In view of the risk to use the traditional rheostat Slide Rheostat and the contradiction between its range and accuracy, in this paper, designed automatically adjust the rheostat of resistance based on the traditional rheostat, and further study on combination relationship between different range and precision resistor. The host controller and the under controller was designed too. The slide rheostat can solve the existing problems between range and resistance and operational safety, and improve the safety and adjusting speed during operation.
