Abstract: In this paper, we will select and use stepper motor which is comparatively important and widely used in ships for the study. Through the study, we can propose a method that we can use the synchronous repeater compass for the high-precision digital conversion, and then statistics will be put into SCM AT89C52 with the simple handling of circuit conversion, thus, we can take a series of processes, such as data processing, initial value setting, directional displaying and serial port outputting. Foremost, the precision of this converting circuit can reach 0.1°that can ensure the numbers continuously change behind the decimal point one digit. So it is not only inexpensive, but also flexible and convenient in use.

Abstract: The turbo diesel SCR system has been researched and analyzed in this paper. By using software of CATIA, three-dimensional physical model of SCR system has been established, and with software of AVL-FIRE, the boundary conditions have been set, simulated and optimized. In the process of SCR system optimizing, it mainly optimized the pray angle. Compare the effects of processing NOx to obtain batter optimization results. At last the optimization results are compared by bench test, and the experimental results are quite consistent with simulation.

Abstract: Simulations on the dynamics for the transmission shaft-rear driving axle of minibus were conducted with ADAMS. By using ADAMS software, the multi-dynamic model of the transmission shaft-rear driving axle was set up and then effects of the equivalent transmission shaft angle’s variation and transmission shaft rotating speeds on the rear driving axle’s vibration were analyzed. With the increase of the equivalent transmission shaft angle’s variation and transmission shaft rotating speeds, the vibration of the rear driving axle will also increase. These simulation results will give help to further study of the NVH characteristic of the rear driving axle.

Abstract: A 6-cylinder, turbocharged, common rail heavy-duty diesel engine was used in this study. The effect of pilot injection strategies on diesel fuel combustion process, heat release rate, emission and economy of diesel engine is studied. The pilot injection strategies include pilot injection timing and pilot injection mass to achieve the homogeneous compression ignition and lower temperature combustion of diesel engine. The two-color method was applied to take the flame images in the engine cylinder and obtain soot concentration distribution. The results demonstrate that with the advance of pilot injection timing, the peak in-cylinder pressure becomes lower, the ignition delay of the main combustion is shortened, the NOX and soot emissions are reduced, but the HC and CO emissions are increased. With the increase of pilot injection fuel mass, the heat release rate of the pilot injection combustion and the maximum rate of pressure rise increase, NOX and HC emissions are higher, and PM and CO emissions are reduced. The pilot combustion flame is non-luminous.

Abstract: Nonlinear equivalent spring resistance model and Coulomb friction model is used to construct a dynamic mathematical model for a multi-body system, which contains clearance. In the paper an internal combustion engine dynamic model has created for simulated analysis. It shows that joints accuracy and driver speed have obvious effects on crank slider dynamic disturbance. Also joints clearance and the increase of driver speed lead to lower positional accuracy, worse stability and reliability, which has very important theoretical significance and practical value on the analysis of the performance of internal combustion engine.

Abstract: Under the influence of external dynamic lighting or outdoors strong light, image color have a great influence on rapid and accurate positioning of the robot, which requires the robot vision system to obtain the high quality of color image. This paper uses the image pixel conversion ratio algorithm to improve the image recognition algorithm of robot vision system, and the use of multi threshold segmentation technology carries out restructure for image, it can get the high resolution image enhancement effect. In order to realize the algorithm, the form of using VB programming carries out algorithm implementation, and then the image enhancement can calculate the enhanced results table of image color curve distribution and different segmentation threshold image resolution. From the simulation results, this algorithm can enhance the image color effect, which provides technical support for the development and design of robot vision system.

Abstract: Based on the gearbox as the research object, we discussed the problem: how to confirm every part’s weight when assess gearbox’s state by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Contraposing the main problem of the weight-fixed Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) that ignoring every part’s fault degree in the process of evaluation, a variable weight method is proposed base on the rate of fault degree contribution. And to a state known gearbox, the weight of each part in the whole gearbox assessment is confirmed by the AHP and the variable weight method respectively. The comparison of the two assessment results shows that the result get by the variable weight method is more close to the gearbox’s real state, so this method is more accurate. What’s more this method is very simple, and can be used in real project.

Abstract: Predictive control is one of the robust control algorithms that suitable for computerized implementation, and requests lower accuracy of the model. It has been widely used in process control recently. Considering the features of distillation column stripping section, such as complex internal mechanism, time-varying parameters and large time delay, the DMC-PID cascade control strategy is adopted. The simulation results show that this strategy combined the advantages of predictive control and cascade control, can make distillation column stripping section have good dynamic and static characteristic in the presence of external disturbance and time delay. The performances are better than DMC and conventional PID control.

The control system can achieve the automation of feeding and blanking process. Replace of control panel, adopting touch screen to achieve operational control, and monitor the status of real-time job on the machine.

In order to avoid the high tension line crushed, to guarantee the normal electricity, you need to clear the ice on the high tension line in time. Through the analysis of all kinds of existing de-icing technology advantages and disadvantages, put forward in this paper, the high tension line of mechanical deicing unit.
