Abstract: A pot experiment was conducted on soil evaporation of flue-cured tobaccounder water and nitrogen fertilizers coupling treatmentsin this study. Soil evaporation at each growth stage of tobacco were analyzed, so did ratio of average soil evaporation (AEa) to mean water consumption (AET). Some factors impacting soil evaporation were also investigated. The results showed that average daily soil evaporation was positively correlated with soil temperature (p<0.01), the equation between daily soil evaporation and surface soil moisture (θ) was AEa=0.058e0.048θ (R2=0.717), while relationship between the ratio of evaporation to water consumption (AEa/AET) and leaf area index (LAI ) was functioned as AEa/AET=0.201 LAI-0.912(R2=0.658). It also suggested that the best effects to decrease soil evaporation of flue-cured tobacco appeared in treatment of 6g N per plant combined with the irrigation amount and frequency at 4.5kg and 9 times, 18kg and 18 times, 13kg and 26 times at root spreading stage, vigorous growing stage and the maturing stage respectively.

Abstract: Influence of possible fluctuations of a chemical composition of waste of galvanic productions on the mixed iron oxide pigment (MIP) main pigmentary properties is established. It is shown that introduction of samples of MIP with the raised content of these or those metals in such industrial paintwork materials as alkyd PF-115 enamel and a primer GF-021, practically doesn't change physic-mechanical properties and firmness of the coverings received on their basis. It allows to apply slimes of galvanic productions as the main raw materials by industrial production of MIP and to reduce prime cost of a pigment by 15-20%.

Abstract: As an important judgement index, Volatile Fatty Acids (VFAs) is the indispensable research object in hydrolytic acidification treatment process. The article studied the total VFAs and its components from the start to stable period of an hydrolytic acidification reactor treating simulated dyeing wastewater by a distilled method and ion chromatography system (ICS-90), respectively. The results revealed that it experienced about 90 days for the hydrolytic acidification reactor to be stable. The COD removal ratio hovered around 45% without large fluctuation, and the ADMI removal ratio ranged from about 50% to 81%. The total VFAs increased from the initial 24.72 mg/L to about 150 mg/L. The component analysis revealed that acetic acid increased to the main component and the proportion of propionic acid decreased, which reflected a good hydrolytic acidification effect after 100 days treatment of simulated dyeing wastewater.

Abstract: The experiments were carried out in lysimeters to study water consumption characteristics and water use efficiency of flue-cured tobacco under different conditions of irrigation. By comparing the T and the invalid E of the tobacco K326, it is concluded that in the period of root extending most of the irrigation water is used for the E, in the early vigorous period, plants with all of the treatments show a T higher than the E, in the late vigorous period and the maturity, this ratio remains at 50%. Based on measured data, it was shown that the amount of irrigation water in the vigorous period had the most important influence on the yield of the tobacco.The nonlinear equation of the yield and WUE is Y=-2531.3X2+6113.8X-624.49,R2=0.7324; the equation of the yield and ET is Y=4E-0.7X3-0.0032X2+8.8458X-4806.7, suggesting that the WUE is not maximized at the highest yield of flue-cured tobacco. In the high-yield range, reducing irrigation appropriately could reach the harmonization of high production and water saving.

Abstract: The cooling water flow of air separation cooling tower is controlled by the throttle valve opening, part of the shaft power must be consumed in the resistance of the throttle valve baffle, cause a waste of energy. Therefore propose a method of regulating the cooling water pump motor speed to regulate the cooling water flow, reduce system energy consumption, the results show that the system is simple and effective, with good dynamic performance.

Abstract: Concentrations of heavy metals in sugarcane soil of Guangxi were determined and the potential ecological risk index was used simultaneously to evaluate the extent of heavy metals enrichment contamination. Results showed that the pollution extent of heavy metals in sugarcane soil by potential ecological risk followed the order: Cd>Pb>Cu>Zn, Cu and Zn were slightly polluted, with small potential ecological harm, while Pb and Cd were above moderately polluted, with heavy potential ecological harm. Principal component analysis was applied to estimate the sources of heavy metals contamination, the results indicated that the first two components accounted for 61.016% and 26.920% of the total variance respectively, 4 kinds of heavy metal elements had similar sources, tailing dam lead-zinc concentrator upstream along the coast was the main sources of heavy metal contamination.

Abstract: The uncertain factors that impact of carbon emissions trading costs are so many, the impact of various factors interact to form a complex system. To improve the accuracy of prediction, it is necessary to deepen the study of these influencing factors. Through investigation identified 21 main factors that affecting the cost of carbon emissions trading, processing and analysis explained by structural model was constructed of carbon emissions trading cost factors and the impact of transport chain hierarchy, based on this model to find the factors that most affect carbon emissions trading costs.

Abstract: We analyzed the pollution sources and transfer processes of mercury (Hg) in Jiaozhou bay based on the investigation data during time periods of 1979 to 1985 (absent of 1984), and then proposed the transfer mechanism of Hg in waters. The high or low of Hg contents in surface and bottom waters in different regions could be defined based on the transfer mechanism.

Abstract: Based on the investigation data of Plumbum (Pb) in surface waters in Jiaozhou Bay in April, August and November 1981, this paper analyzed the content, distribution and source of Pb. Results showed that Pb contents in April, August and November ranged from 0.20-2.65 μg. L-1, 0.79-3.34 μg. L-1 and 0.00-3.00 μg. L-1, respectively, all of which were lower than Grade II (5.00 μg.L-1) in according to National Standard of China for Seawater Quality (GB3097-1997). Agricultural non-point source and urban point source were the major pollution source of Pb in spring (growing season) and autumn (dry season), respectively; while both point and non-point sources were responsible in summer (wet season).
