Abstract: Information highway with computer network technology as the core, its rise and development, make the function of information system and the connotation constantly development and improvement, for the future information society provides an efficient, fast, and even intelligent work environment. In view of the defects of petroleum in engineering cost management, it put forward the " design of petroleum engineering cost management system based on B/S architecture ", by this scheme can improve the efficiency of existing petroleum engineering cost management, cost management for oil development has great benefits.

Abstract: Rural migrant workers and urban local low skilled labors are in the urban labor market at the same time. Though with different identities, both bear the characteristics of low degree of education. In order to explore whether there is difference in wages and employment between the two, we made a study based on 519 survey questionnaires in Shenyang City in China. We use the Multinomial logit model to estimate the possible obtained industry, and to examine factors that influence the labor obtained industry, by actual and estimated industry distribution of rural migrant workers and urban local low skill labor, we suggest that employment structure of the two have great disparity for different industries .So the government should deregulate rural rural migrant workers policy, and improve the level of human capital of migrant workers to eliminate the differences.

Abstract: The primary objective of this paper is to explore how formal credit constraints affect farmers’ efficiency by the 743 random farmer samples from Jiangxi province in China. The statistic analyses of their individual characteristic, together with the inputs and outputs of their production shows that the constrained value of the production of the credit is RMB 563.2 yuan which is RMB 190 yuan less than those who are not credit constrained. The samples are divided into two groups, the one group with farmers who have been constrained by the formal credit while the other has not. The empirical results of the stochastic frontier production functions show that the agricultural production efficiency is not only affected by the labor and land, but also associated with the formal credit constraints. The results also reveal that efficiency loss of the credit constrained farmers is 17.8% higher than those of the unconstrained farmers. By doing this research, we have got evidence which clearly shows that formal credit constraints do distort the agricultural inputs, and by alleviating formal credit constraint, it is greatly helpful to improve the efficiency of agricultural production.

Abstract: The informationization of tax management is the development trend of tax industry, with the development of GIS technology, that’s to say geographic information system, which is a new type of geographic data space management technology by using GIS we can achieve the good efficient management in tax economic management, but there are also many problems caused by using GIS, such as making it hard for the tax authorities to implement effective management on similar revenue, blurred tax source management object, problems on tax silver cooperation and so on. This paper analyzes the advantages and drawbacks in the application of GIS technology, and in order to solve these problems, designing a tax sources economy management information system which has functions of basic query analysis and auxiliary decision functions. Along with the development of computer technology and management system, the level of tax informationization will continuously improve.

Abstract: We proposed several trading algorithms, which consist of MACD with the Gibbs Effect can measure future price. The proposed algorithms are applied successfully to the market opening time. In addition, we have implemented some useful real-time trading systems through C++ programming, which provide strong availability to combat the future market. The proposed transaction method using the Gibbs effect and MACD has been confirmed to be excellent in the trading success probability and expected returns through simulations. Furthermore, the revenue is expected to be redoubled if this method can be applied to the futures markets all over the world using time difference.

Abstract: User observation is a significant method for user research. Researchers collect information by field observation. Information collecting and analysis to information observed effects structure analyzing and innovative design of products directly. It visualizes the research results, eliminates interference information, unnecessary information and images and conveys useful information briefly and correctly, which makes the results more vivid. In order to benefit the future product development, this thesis, based on this purpose, mainly studies the better methods to visualize the research information of users.

Abstract: Tourism as an emerging industry achieves rapid development in our country and the competition becomes more and more intensive. With the deepening of informationization in our country, microblog gradually becomes the broadest information platform. In the background of new media, microblog marketing, a new kind of network marketing means was born. And more and more tourism enterprise enters the team of microblog marketing. This paper systematically studied application of microblog marketing in tourism enterprise in aspects of follower number, following number, comment number, forward number and content through collection of 3876 microblog messages from users of 128 different types’ tourism enterprises. More and more tourism enterprises join in team of microblog marketing while most of them have less interaction with followers, less number of effective followers and low utilization rate of microblog group. They can not realize utility maximization by full use of microblog. Microblog has large promotion space.

Abstract: Medical equipment maintenance and use of personnel, is crucial. Used properly and rational division of engineering and technical personnel, strict management, to train engineering technical personnel with professional spirit, all-round for clinical medical services; To strengthen the training of equipment use of personnel, highlight the preventive maintenance and maximize or prolonged trouble-free of medical instrument equipment, ensure the effective operation of the clinical diagnosis and treatment work.

Abstract: Accurately capturing user behaviors over time is a great practical challenge in recommender system. Recently there is an Alibaba competition, which is to predict users’ purchase behave according to users’ previous four months behaviors, including click, purchase, add to collection and add to cart. We find that the brand is of crucial for user and click have a great impact for users. Besides, 1 / 5 users may buy according to previous interest. 4 / 5 users may choose other brands. While we focus on the predicting users for those brands which they have some behaviors. We extract some features, such as the number of click, the most last time for click, the number of purchase, the most last time for purchase. Then we use assemble model to predict users’ behaviors, which is better than other models.

Abstract: On the basis of the characteristics of logistics distribution of agricultural products and using the system of performance evaluation of other logistic company and centers for reference , under the environment of Windows operating system, with the aid of the Visual Basic 6.0 tools, I have designed the software of performance evaluation of logistics’ distribution of flash agricultural product logistics whose contact surface is friendly, simple, practical, flexible and so on. It can complete the screening of indicators of performance evaluation of logistic companies, the calculation of target weight of the evaluation indicators and the synthesis evaluation of performance evaluation of logistics distribution of agricultural product logistics.
