Abstract: The accounts receivable can promote sales to improve market share, to revitalize the inventory transfer inventory risk, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprises, accelerate the payment collection, is the important content of financial management, it is also the important measures for the control and reduce the management risk. Accounts receivable is an important link in enterprise management of working capital, in the fierce competition in the market economy, the correct use of credit, it is important to strengthen the management of accounts receivable. This paper analysis the causes of accounts receivable and accounts receivable the problems resulting from poor management, combining with the current economic situation and put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the management of accounts receivable.

Abstract: In the present study was developed an application of a model derived from Ellwood’s financial analysis and Real Options Analysis for estimating the risk-return in the residential real estate market of Naples. With the aim of reducing the uncertainty related to the determination of the risk and return for an property investment, starting of real estate investment layout derived from the Ellwood’s model, latter defined by financial income and costs related to the period of property availability, a risk analysis with Real Options Analysis has been implemented, in order to obtain the evolution of the investment value until the year in which it is convenient to recover the initial capital. This model has allowed to determine a capitalization rate for a general area of reference, that it can adapt on further effects of specific factors and intrinsic characteristics of the property being valued. It also allows to define uniquely the investment duration, in terms of availability period of property.

Abstract: Panic is a typical psychological characteristic of crowd in a fire, which can cause serious casualties. By discussing psychology and behavior of crowd in panic, the paper analyzes behavior of crowd evacuation, and utilizes Building EXODUS to simulate crowd behaviors to a library room of a university. Some instructional conclusions are got, which can give theoretic and methodological guides to crowd management, crowd facilities design, evacuation analysis in buildings, establishment of emergency preplanning and so on.

Abstract: The Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) industry is a traditional industry of China. A unique, comprehensive and systematic theory and method of diagnosis and treatment has been formed over thousands of years. A large amount of TCM literature and database resources need to be shared via the Internet for queries by professionals and A unique TCM-industry search engine has been developed to comply with such requirements. A new method for generating query recommendations according to the enquiry is proposed based on features of the TCM industry, on the authors’ experience and on learning from the enactment and development of the vertical search engine of the TCM industry. Different from methods used by other search engines such as Google, Yahoo or Baidu, the new method combines the features of the TCM-industry search engine and the Chinese word segmentation of the TCM industry. It uses algorithms to calculate the correlation between query recommendations and stores these in relationship database. Practice indicates that such a method generates accurate and industry-specific query recommendations promptly.It therefore has innovation and promotional value.

Abstract: The objective of this discussion is to increase the employment quality of “the second-generation migrant workers”. By means of descriptive empirical analysis and theoretical analysis method, the paper conducts the research on the problem of employment quality of new generation migrant workers and the constraint factors on employment transformation. The findings show that the accumulation of income gap between urban and rural areas makes “the second-generation migrant workers” new proletarian class. Triple constraints such as human capital, social capital and psychological capital prolong their employment transformation. Dispatching employment gnaws on migrant workers’ labor rights and interests as a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Social discrimination intensifies binary segmentation of urban and rural labor market. It is difficult for migrant workers to achieve professional development.

Abstract: Although the use of information resources in our country, auto maintenance and a series of problems, but the wave of the information industry is surging, overwhelming impact to the whole society in various fields. The application of information resources in automobile repair industry prospects will be very broad. Abstract: Medical Equipment, such as CT, MRI, Gamma-ray Radiotherapy Instrument, play an increasingly important role in modern medical field. While, this medical equipment cannot be managed and maintained well in some hospital. If the problems are still remained in the medical process, it will not only affect the health of patients, but also hamper the development of the medical profession. Therefore, to establish a scientific and reasonable quality control system of medical equipment is to be solved. This article analyzed to causes and background of strengthening the medical devices quality control system all over our country, put forward the new ideas for building the medical equipment quality control system, and elaborate how to strengthen the medical equipment quality control system for medical equipment management and maintenance.

Abstract: With regard to the multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) problems that the criteria weights are unknown and the decision maker (DM) has avail preference information on alternatives. Firstly, a quadratic programming model is established by using the minimum sum of deviation squares between the subjective and objective decision-making preference information on alternatives. Secondly, the existent condition of solution is given and the calculated formula of the criteria weights are obtained by solving the model, thus the overall values of the alternatives are gained. Based on these values, the ranking priorities on alternatives are processed. Finally, a practical example is illustrated to show the feasibility and availability of the developed model and method.

Abstract: In this paper, firstly introducing the B/S structure and the WEBGIS technology, giving a brief understanding; then discussing the oil extraction engineering data query system which based on WEBGIS technology and B/S model; and after analyzing we find that: the oil extraction engineering data query system not only takes advantage of the convenience and flexibility of the Internet which is based on WEB, but also the application of the B/S technology has greatly strengthened its transaction processing and security, thus realizing the real business related WEBGIS, achieving high data sharing and interaction, it is more reasonable in oil extraction engineering nowadays.
