Abstract: This paper describes the formation and change of Chinese local administration system , and pointed out the shortcomings of its existence with a series of reform measures, so that the local administration system has been improved and strengthened, adapted to the local development of the socialist market economy needs , and ultimately to promote the development of social productive forces.

Abstract: The demestic and foreign agricultural development experience shows that cotton standardization as an important sign of cotton modernization is very important to advance cotton industrialization,ensure the quality of cotton. The product standardization of cotton is the key point to develop cotton and increase farmer income. According to a field survey studied by Xinjiang Corps, by analyzing the current situation of Crops cotton, the new direction of Crops cotton production and operation medol is to reduce the labor input,reduce the cost of cotton production,improve cotton production scale and atandardization,and protect and enhance the interests of the main production,at last policy suggestions are established on promoting Crops cotton standardization.

Abstract: In our life and work, more and more inseparable electronic products, such as computers, mobile phones and so on. Once they have problems, we will immediately get away from the isolation. As electronic products are often similar failure problems, this paper adopt reasoning technology of searching failure keywords in case base, calculate the similarity, then draw the corresponding solutions to improve products efficiency of security maintenance.

Abstract: Nowdays, science and technology are growing in leaps and bounds; the social economy is also increasingly developing. However, our country’s rural economy is still backward represented by modest income growth and poor living standard of the peasants, which have become a serious problem to be solved in our country’s economy and society. To boost rural economic development can hardly do without financial support; insufficient rural financial support will hinder rural economic development. Only increasing the financial support of rural economic development could promote rural production, rural development and income of the peasants.

Abstract: With the constant improvement of network system, network environment has made people's life become convenient. Especially that the clothing network marketing has become the main way of people's daily consumption. Through combing three dimensional fitting system with online marketing, the current disadvantage of that online clothing sale is merely displayed with pictures is changed. This paper has made brief analysis for three dimensional fitting system and online marketing, put forwarded several technical support for fitting system design, and selected the optimal technology, then emphasized the analysis of online marketing platform. Platform design is divided into 5 modules, then corresponding model and method is adopted to perform simple analysis and introduction by aiming at each module, while data processing is the core of system, detailed treating processes is given. Then the key technology of realizing this design is introduced, it has provided corresponding software and hardware resources for online marketing of three dimensional fitting systems.

Abstract: With the using of power system communication and information technology more widely, operation and maintenance services to support integrated, large-scale, professional management presented a greater challenge, how to find a better balance point in their operation and maintenance and service outsourcing will be the key issue. Abstract: Measurement of Social financing scale is not only the need of statistical, but also the need of keeping a rational financing scale. It will balance the supply and demand of social capital and also benefit to keep balance in national economy. This paper applied the theory of equilibrium of supply and demand in economics, potential output and money demand function. It analyzed the standers and measurable methods of reasonable social financing scale. It proposed to establish a model of moderate social financing scale based on requirement so it will be benefit to macro-control.

Abstract: In digital tourism, the current hot topic on tourism is applying data mining [1] technology to conduct deep analysis and disposal on mass data of tourism information in order to provide service for individual needs of user. This paper mainly introduced a kind of tourism service intelligent recommendation system based on Apriori-MD algorithm. Through data comparison analysis, we found that Apriori-MD algorithm was a kind of intelligent recommendation method with superior performance whose enforcement efficiency was doubled compared to Apriori algorithm. Satisfactory recommendation result can be obtained according to the demand of users and has wide application prospect in tourism market.

Abstract: This article is from the financial perspective to analyze the investment value of listed companies. Using independent two-sample T-test method and factor analysis of selected financial ratios, by building a logistic regression model for agricultural investment value of listed companies to judge, provides a method for determining the value of investments to investors.

Abstract: This paper selected as part of a number of technical indicators, the main use of data mining software for different technical indicators signal given trading technical analysis of association rules. By studying the resulting characteristics of the relationship between the rules and give the stock market investors a certain decision support, to enable investors to operate with a higher success rate.
