Abstract: A decision problem is investigated in a decentralized two-echelon supply chain with one manufacturer and one retailer during a fixed sales time. There are three possible power balance scenarios: Manufacturer-Stackelberg, retailer-Stackelberg, vertical Nash classified by the different influence on the market between the manufacturer and the retailer. Aiming at profit maximization,from the perspectives of the consumer, the manufacturer and the retailer, respectively, the results of the three scenarios are analyzed, in which the retailer price P, warranty period W and the whole price CP are decision variables. Moreover, the sales over time can be characterized by a stochastic Bass model in the form of a non-homogeneous Poisson process (NHPP-Bass model) and the production system is a make-to-order type of system. Finally, A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effects of some key parameters, including the product reliability, price elasticity, and warranty period elasticity, on the optimal settings of the retail price and warranty period.

Abstract: Due to the risk of large-scale public welfare project and a wide variety of intricate link between various risks, the success of its projects is a great significance for the development of China's construction industry, many issues still need further research, particularly research project risk assessment. the theoretical research evaluation of large-scale public welfare project risks are becoming a core of project risk management, this paper presents a comprehensive evaluation of large-scale public utilities engineering project risk based on entropy method, and through case studies, large public utilities project risk management provides a simple, more objective methods of analysis for policy-makers to play the role of the project.

Abstract: From the outset of eachnet.com to the later alibaba.com and the taobao.com, C2C e-commerce online shopping platform has been rapidly rose in China. For e-commerce enterprises, if it wants to obtain benefits from the C2C e-commerce platform, it must know the consumer's purchase tendency based on the e-commerce platform. This paper has used the VAR econometric model to establish the Granger non-causality model, and this model can calculate the non-causality relationship of the store credit and the consumption tendency of consumers in the C2C e-commerce online shopping platform. Through the VAR econometric calculation on reputation, sales and consumption tendency, it shows that with the increase of reputation, and sales, the total sales show a trend of growth. And then the causality test between the two shows that there is a Granger causality relationship between the two, which provides technical support for the optimization design of the online shopping platform.

Abstract: Context-aware applications can sense and explore the context of production processes to provide proper and useful services to managers in workshop. And materials data integration and control are one of core competences concerning with the development of mass data application in manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, a context-aware materials data integration meta model is presented which is incorporating an advanced materials demand mapping and decomposition mechanism to support fine-grained materials data in the right time for the provision of materials services, based on the analysis of the application context involving the key points and relationships in their manufacturing processes. In this model, materials data integration is controlled by the demand state transitions at different levels including workflow levels, control levels and data levels, which incorporates dynamic context information by checking the context constraint associated with each application task at the time of the specific request submission. Finally, a case is given which is implemented in a complex equipments enterprise.

Abstract: Liaoning province is abundant in tourism resources and has become an essential destination and generating place of Northeastern Asia. It has featured tourism itineraries including six world cultural heritages. The province is positively exploring the way of coupling development of tourism industry and modern service industry and has made certain achievement. Based on Diamond Model propounded by American scholar Baud, this research paper analyzes the various factors existing in the process of coupling development of tourism industry and modern service industry in Liaoning, concludes its competitiveness, and proposes the beneficial suggestions.

Abstract: In the process of constructing model for foreign tourists' sense of belonging to local residents, for reasons like inadequate considered effect factors and low efficiency, only localized exploration and expression can be accessed, an accurate modeling output of sense of belonging cannot be obtained. To solve this fundamental problem, assessed individual joint of foreign tourists' sense of belonging to local residents is established. Combining effect factors of foreign tourists' sense of belonging to local residents, a new model is established. Experiments show that the foreign tourists 'sense of belonging to local residents modeling method can estimate the foreign tourists' sense of belonging to local residents when they are travelling, and provide the basis for tourism decisions.

Abstract: With the increasing scale of software system, the interaction between software elements becomes more and more complex, which lead to the increased dirty data in running software system. This may reduce the system performance and cause system collapse. In this paper, we proposed a discovery method of the dirty data transmission path based on complex network. Firstly, the binary file is decompiled and the function call graph is drawn by using the source code. Then the software structure is described as a weighted directed graph based on the knowledge of complex network. In addition, the dirty data node is marked by using the power-law distribution characteristics of the scale-free network construction of complex network chart. Finally, we found the dirty data transmission path during software running process. The experimental results show the transmission path of dirty data is accurate, which confirmed the feasibility of the method.

Abstract: With the development of network science, the link prediction problem has attracted more and more attention. Among which, link prediction methods based on similarity has been most widely studied. Previous methods depicting similarity of nodes mainly consider their common neighbors. But in this paper, from the view of network environment of nodes, which is to analysis the links around the pair of nodes, derive nodes similarity through that of links, a new way to solve the link prediction problem is provided. This paper establishes a link prediction model based on similarity between links, presents the LE index. Finally, the LE index is tested on five real datasets, and compared with existing similarity-based link prediction methods, the experimental results show that LE index can achieve good prediction accuracy, especially outperforms the other methods in the Yeast network.

Abstract: Due to specific requirement of command business in command information system, reliability and excution efficiency of command business are put particular emphasis. So the two factors had been seen as primary consideration conditions when command business services selection methods were researched. In view of reliability of multiple command business redundancy, a method for command business services selection based on execution efficiency and reliability restraint was put forward by introducing idea of software fault-tolerant in services selection stage. Within this method, the reliability computation method of command business composite services was given and the selection model of command business adding execution efficiency restraint was presented. Finally, the services selection algorithm and experiments were designed to confirm the method.
