Abstract: The millimeter-wave transceiver front-end as a subsystem of high-frequency component is an important part of the radar, navigation, electronic warfare and communication systems. The millimeter receiver front-end developed herein, using the second harmonic mixer, reduces the frequency of the local oscillator. Using the bottom surface outlet ladder microstrip - waveguide structure, it strengthens the structure. Test results show that the developed front-end receiver has gain of 25dB and the transmit band is 35.5-36GHz.

Abstract: In this paper, a linearly polarized microstrip patch array antenna is analyzed based on the theory of cavity mode. Using the weighted parallel fed method, a 64 element linear polarization microstrip array antenna with a 35.5GHz center frequency is designed. Then we use the simulation software optimize the simulation model of the antenna. The simulation result shows that this antenna has a gain of 22dB, and low sidelobes.

Abstract: A single array element circularly polarized microstrip patch antenna is analyzed based on the theory of cavity mode. Through studying the design of circularly polarized microstrip antenna array, a 96 elements circularly polarized microstrip antenna array is designed and it is optimized by using the Ansoft's HFSS software. After testing of the antenna, we can see that it provides a gain of 22.6dB and has a good axial ratio.

Abstract: In this paper, to solve the problem of measuring angle for broadband single-pulse radar, we proposed the method comparing the magnitude combined with comparing phase to measuring angle which has a more accuracy measurement. It improves the resolution of the radar angle. We analyzed the theoretical effectiveness from the perspective of function. For the amplitude and phase information which used in target angle measurement, we use two-dimensional FFT algorithm to extract them. Simulation results show that this method can accurately measure the angle of radar target.

Abstract: Based on the designing of information and communication networking training needs analysis simulation system, this paper studies some key technology about needs analysis simulation system’s and some practical problems during designing, combining with the primary work done by self. At first, based on the summary of the basic concepts of information and communication networking training needs analysis simulation system and domestic and overseas development status, needs analysis simulation system and its modeling, the technique of simulation is studied, and the basic concept and model frame of needs analysis simulation system’s are summarized. In succession, the primary project of simulation training system is demonstrated and designed, including analyzing the requirement of the system function, putting forward the principle of system design, confirming the framework of hardware and software and the configuration of computer, as well as doing some top design on the software system of simulation training such as module partition and function describing.

Abstract: To improve the short-term wind speed forecasting accuracy of wind farms, a prediction model based on back propagation (BP) neural network combining ant colony algorithm is built to predict short-term wind speed. The input variables of BP neural network predictive model are historical wind speeds, temperature, and air pressure. Ant colony algorithm is used to optimize the weights and bias of BP neural networks. Using the ant colony optimization BP neural network model to predict the future 1h wind speed, the simulation results show that the proposed method offers the advantages of high precision and fast convergence in contrast with BP neural network.

Abstract: In this paper, the charging mechanism and content distribution mechanisms of cloud storage for analysis, given reasonable network topology and cost models. Suggestions for improvement heuristic cloud storage static content distribution genetic algorithm is put forward. Full account of the current network bandwidth, edge cloud storage node performance and historical visit value, since the convergence of the proposed probabilistic matching content distribution cloud storage load balancing technology, effectively balancing the load, while reducing the edge server response time.

Abstract: On the condition that there are no available cooperative peers, this paper proposes self-cooperative network coding. Self-cooperative network coding is that the sender makes use of time diversity technologies to offer cooperative information by itself. One advantage of self-cooperative network coding is that with the increase of the number of packets, successful transmission rate become high. Consequently, self-cooperative network coding provides a solution for reliable transmission of the large file in deep space under condition of low signal noise ratio of received signal and huge transmission delay.

Abstract: The index weight plays a very important role and directly affects the decisions of the results in the multi-attribute decision making, this paper applys information technology and date processing to determine subjective weights in multiple attribute decision making ,and combinate tuple Linguistic and AHP to solve the subjective indicators with linguistic assessment information right weight information.Finally,obtained subjective evaluation index weights and an example is given to approve the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.
