Abstract: In chlorophyll-A concentration inversion which based on hyperspectral remote sensing image, must use ground synchronous spectrum measurement data to find the best three band combination by iterative-method, we proposed the problem to analysis the existing band selection methods of chlorophyll-A concentration inversion and put forward a band selection method of the hyperspectral chlorophyll-A concentration inversion three-band model which based on parallel ant colony algorithm. The method is based on analysis of the optical properties and three band model theory, determines the interval of the sensitive band from hundreds of bands,then takes band reflectance of the sampling points and Correlation coefficient of sample points of chlorophyll-A concentration as the initial pheromone list, and updates distance parameter list constantly to let the parallel work ants find the best band combinations. Experimental results show that the method can select the optimal three-band fast and efficient by the remote sensing data and samples of chlorophyll-A concentration data, and the steps of chlorophyll-A concentration inversion can be simplified greatly.

Abstract: This paper takes Jiuzhaigou area for example, selecting Landsat remote sensing images in phase time about years of 1999, 2002, 2006 and 2007, using ENVI and ArcGIS software for image data processing, making spatial and temporal characteristics and distribution pattern analysis of vegetation index NDVI of Jiuzhaigou forest. The result shows that NDVI of Jiuzhaigou forest has obvious characteristics of spatial and temporal variation. The paper provides the analysis process and reference to the forest vegetation research of other areas.

Abstract: Landscape pattern change will cause flow and change of energy, material and nutrient between different units of land, and can cause regional ecological processes and systems functional changes. As the capital city of Yunnan Province and the southwest gateway to China, Kunming city landscape structure takes place significant changes under the high-intensity human disturbance, then the environmental effects are certainly very obvious. Based on the past two decades land cover changes of Kunming, study applies 10 types of landscape indices on class level and landscape level, analyzes the landscape changes of forest, grass land, water area, farm land, residential surface, industrial land and bare land from year 1990 to 2010, then explores the various types of spatial and temporal evolution of the landscape, the regional landscape effects on the ecosystem, and provides a scientific reference for understanding the trend of ecological environment and promoting the coordinated development of regional economy and environment.

Abstract: This paper converts DEM data to 3D terrain by using Direct3D technology, then, creates landslide on the 3D terrain ,and simulates landslides and mud-rock flows during the whole process in time by using Smoothed Particle Hydrodynamics methods. The landslide is abstracted to particle swarm of Direct3D in this simulation, each particle movements in the gravity, pressure and viscous force between particles and other physical forces so that implements three-dimensional and dynamic simulation of landslides and mud-rock flows. The extent of landslides and mud-rock effects is reached by estimating the real time location of particles, thus we can make early warning of the extent of landslides and mud-rock effects and provide technical support for disaster prevention and mitigation work..

Abstract: Aging characteristics and triggering mechanisms of geological disasters were analyzed to clarify the characteristics of geological disasters in loess areas, develop a geological disaster risk assessment system, and improve risk management of geological disaster. Risk periods of geological disaster were classified on the basis of disaster type, and a time-space coupling mechanism was applied to manage geological disasters dynamically. The risk period analysis was applied to risk assessment of geological disaster in Yaozhou District, Tongchuan City, Shaanxi Province. The risk period analysis may add a new element and promote improvements to practical applications of risk assessment system of geological disaster. According to this research results, new requirements for long-term supervision of farming activities and recommendations for an approval system for construction projects are suggested. In addition, geological disaster insurance product development is proposed.

Abstract: With the global climate change and air quality gradually become today's serious problems that affecting the quality of human survival and people's life, aerosol satellite remote sensing quantitative measure gradually become a trend. Taking Tianjin city as example, This article based on HJ moonlet using dark pixels and combined with 6s radiative transfer model, calculated the aerosol optical thickness on the day of December 26, 2013 of Tianjin. And use the CE-318 sun photometer observations on the inversion results of the verification, found that the inversion method was effective, its error is within 20% on the day.

Abstract: Sea Surface Temperature (SST) has great impact on algae growth in ocean. And the variation of SST closely relate with global climate. As 1/5 of the greatest ocean, southern ocean SST temporal and spatial distribution needs wide attention. We uses MODIS SST inversed algorithm to find its regulation in this decade (October 2002 to March 2012, October to December and January to March a year). Significant annual cycles appears that SST rises from October and falls in February, while area >70° has peak in January. SST decreases with latitude ascending from spatial distribution. Through in high latitude, Ross Sea, Prydz Bay and Weddell Sea enjoy quite high temperature comparing to its adjacent area in same period. Almost whole blooms occur in these three seas in December, January and February, among which Prydz Bay has the highest suitable SST with 0.3-1.7°C, Amundsen Sea has the second with-0.2-0.3°C, Ross Sea has the lowest with-0.9- -0.8°C. Amundsen Sea owns the vigorous bloom and the narrowest suitable temperature period.

Abstract: Multi-temporal Moderate resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) remote sensing images were used to monitor the massive blooms of floating green tide algae Ulva prolifera in the midwest of Yellow Sea (YS). In addition, from the marine environment elements of sea surface temperature (SST) and sea surface wind field, the growth and drift characteristic of U. Prolifera were studied based on MODIS thermal infrared channel SST data and Windsat wind field data. In May 2014, U. Prolifera accumulation areas were first found in central YS north of Subei Bank. With summer arrival, seawater temperature of ocean surface gradually increased in YS, It provided a more suitable environment for the growth of U. Prolifera. Due to the prevailing northerly winds in central and western YS, U. Prolifera advected to the coastal waters of Shandong Peninsula, and spread to the northeastward. In late June, it had a massive bloom and reached the maximum coverage in the northern YS. The U. Prolifera drift characteristic was confirmed by the analysis on SST and sea surface wind field, and the result shows that under the environment of suitable sea surface temperature, the driving force of the prevailing sea surface wind field might be the main reason of YS U. Prolifera bloom occurrence.

Abstract: With the rapid economic growth and expansion of urban area in the past over thirty years in China, the land value increased rapidly in the process of land use conversion, which has aroused great social conflicts. Model of land value increment allocation is established based on the concept of land development right and applied in a case study about Guangzhou. It is concluded that according with the new approach of land value increment distribution based on LDR, special consideration for the function of social security of farmland, providing an new approach for the reform of land property right system and land compensation system reform. Abstract: It is very helpful to carry out rural land consolidation and readjustment for the integration of urban and rural. The research purpose is to discuss about the influence factors of the motivation of rural residents who involved in rural land consolidation in Haiyan County of Zhejiang Province. The research methods include questionnaire survey, spatial analysis based on GIS and case analysis. The results show that if the two factors which represent the demonstration effect are considered, the Cox & Snell R2 raises from 0.36 to 0.46, and the Nagelkerke R2 raises from 0.51 to 0.65. The research conclusions show that the demonstration effect plays an important role in rural residents' decisions. And the conclusions will contribute to improve the efficiency of rural land consolidation and readjustment project.
