Abstract: Through visit survey and field analysis, The hierarchy distribution of vegetation from the Dragon Bay to Guizhou Minzu University in Ten-li Strand artificial wetland park was studied. the main distribution and characteristics of vegetation, landscape distribution types of main vegetation and landscape design were analyzed. There were mainly 9 kinds of vegetation types, such as deciduous coniferous forest, evergreen coniferous forest, deciduous broad-leaf forest, evergreen broad-leaf shrub, bamboo forest, halophyte shrub, high grass, low grass and aquatic vegetation. By research on different hierarchy vegetation selection and different hierarchy vegetation landscape construction, it would provide forceful supports for city or town to take full advantage of the vegetation resources in artificial wetland parks and choose the reasonable configuration of landscape vegetation.

Abstract: This article based on RS/GIS technology analyzed the spatio-temporal changes of mountain timberline in Taibai Mountain Nature Reserve from 1988 to 2009 which is aimed at reveal the response to climate changes. The study results shown:As the temperatures rise, timberline the overall position was on the move in recent 22 years; in the aspect of vegetation ,the rising line for the top of Larix chinensis forest invasion in shrub meadow vegetation areas proved the rising of timberline in Taibai Mountain Nature Reserve.

Abstract: In this paper, the correlation dimension of the population distribution of L. regale were analyzed by fractal theory. The results show: (1) The fractal characters in different areas are obvious; (2)In most cases, the correlation dimension of L. regale population are so high ranged from 1.4664 to 1.7384, indicating higher individual spatial correlation degree and little difference of the scaling properties of spatial autocorrelation of individuals in different plots; (3)Irregular distributions, and great difference of scaling; (4) Ten correlation dimensions of L. regale are changing as the latitude regularly decreases or increases.

Abstract: Approaches like the diffusion coefficient, the Morisita index, the intensity and the mean crowding are employed in this paper to determine the spatial patterns of population distribution of L. regale. The results show: (1) The diffusion coefficient and the Morisita index of L. regale are sharply greater than 1 and the spatial pattern is the cluster; (2) The mean crowing is 59.1638 and the intensity is 2.2410 and the level of intensity is rather high.

Abstract: Xindao-18(Oryza sativa L. subsp. japonica Kato) were irratiated with a low-energy ion-beam, the growth form were observed and transcriptome of samples were sequenced by Illumina HiSeq2000 platform. The different expression genes were identified from transcriptomes control and treated samples. Finally, the coexpression of different gene expression were construce and seventy DEGs were annotated as transcription factor (TF). Among them, ten transcripts have the higher network density, and two genes, LOC_Os06g15330 and LOC_Os03g51970, had a still higher network density while elevate PCC paramater, which indicated that the indentified coexpression transcriptors may play important role in response to N+ ion beam treation.

Abstract: High temperature was an restrictive factor for tree peony growth and distribution in the world. In this study, we identified a heat shock transcriptor PsHsfB1 from our tree peony gene database. Further analysis revealed that the PsHsfB1 was sequence conserved and closely to Hsfs in others plant species. Gene Ontology annotation revealed that the PsHsfB1 was correlated with theromotolorance of tree peony.

Abstract: This paper systematically described the biological properties of Scatella tenuicosta for the first time. The experiment result indicated that when temperature was set 20 °C from 7 am to 19 pm and 16 °C from 19 pm to 7 am, rhythmically across light day and dark night with 90% relative humidity, the development process of Scatella tenuicosta was as follows, egg period 2.8±0.7 d, larvae period 15.7±1.9 d, pupa period 4.5±1.5 d. The lifetime of adult male generally lasted 4 d or 5 d, the adult female 14-17 d, the longest even up to 22 days, including 14 day-long oviposition period. During the growth period of watermelon grafted seedlings (December to next March), 1 or 2 generations of Scatella tenuicosta would harm the seedlings, and 5 or 6 generations throughout the whole year. Besides, high temperature and drying environment would be conducive to the occurrence and threatening of the Scatella tenuicosta.

Abstract: This paper through the effect of seed germination under different voltage that it can concluded that the influence of electric field on seed growth.Experiment to select different gradient field acts on the barley seed, the results show that the appropriate voltage of the electric field and action time has obvious promoting effect to seed germination. By discussing the electric field effect on the cell membrane permeability, using a planar lipid double model, discussed that high voltage electric field makes the cell membrane barrier height change.Ion through the barrier of risk as a result of the existence of tunneling effect will be affected by the barrier height, namely transmembrane potential. Thus an effect on the permeability of cell membrane.

Abstract: The soil seed bank (SSB) is regarded as “potential genetic pool” of ground vegetation, which has functions of recalling vegetation history. In practical vegetation restoration engineering, the transplantation of alien species is the most popular method, which will influence the stability of ecological system. The soil seed bank has the advantage ofnatural regeneration,so it will become new afforestation materials. In order to enhance the feasibility of engineering application, orthogonal tests were set with three factors (the top soil thickness, the covering thickness and the number of adding seeds) and three levels. The results showed that:1) compared with blank tests, the orthogonal testshad improved species richness and density of soil seed bank significantly.2) the differences between nine plots in the number of germinated seedlings were very obvious, but in the number of arbor seedlings were not obvious.3)Overall,the Shannon-Wiener index, Simpson index and Pielou index were not high, the distribution of diversity indexes between nine plots was very even, the effect of three factors in the orthogonal testwas not obvious.4)The dominant factors of all the three factors was the topsoil thickness, for it determined the number of contained active seedsdirectly, but the specific influenceshould be determined by range analysis.

Abstract: Beased on in Situ Water Quality Data and Hyperspectral Data from HJ-1A satellite in Chaohu Lake, through Contrasting the Object-Oriented Chlorophyll-a Inversion Precision Of single Band with Two-Band Model, the Results Show: (1) In Hyperspectral Object-Oriented Remote Sensing inversion, the Inversion Effect of Choosing Combination Model to Segment Is superior to that of Choosing the Single Band Directly, and Using Combination model to Segment can Certain Degree Solve the Problem that Commercial Softwares cannot Segment all Hyperspectral Data at the same Time.(2)When Inversing Chlorophyll-a Concentration with Hyperspectral Data, the Single Bands Constituting the Optimal Model Are not Always in the Traditional Characteristics Band Range of Chlorophyll-a. so All bands should be Comprehensively Analyzed to take Full Advantages Of hyperspectral Data when Inversing. these Conclusions Will provide Basis for the Future Segmentation Object Selection of Object-Orientedon Hyperspectral Lakes Chlorophyll-a Inversion and Certain Reference for Band Selection of Hyperspectral Inversion Model.
