Abstract: This paper examines the micro foundations of geographical concentration of Chinese industries using the industry data. The results indicate that China's industry agglomeration degree and concentration degree both go down after rise first; The steel industry and petrochemical industry already show a downward tendency besides the Resource based industry still maintains a high level on the whole; the geographical concentration of the resource intensive industry, technology–capital intensive industry and labor intensive industry are significantly different.

Abstract: As the climate warming up, the effects of the urban heat island have been an insurmountable issue in the urban development. In this paper, taking Tianjin for example, the research combined computer simulation with on-site measurement to evaluate the effects of different greening ratios on outdoor thermal environment. Besides, the accuracy of the simulation model has been verified by calibration. Research results determined that the increase of the greening ratio in the existing environment could improve the outdoor thermal environment in summer. But the limitations of green cooling was also pointed out, namely that the air temperature would infinitely close to a certain value with further increasing greening ratio.

Abstract: The related literatures in recent 20 years in China were reviewed. Research stage, content, area, and methods are analyzed. Research depth, range, method and case selection have been made progress, however, there still exist many problems. Research content is richer, but there are imitation and repeated researches. Some research contents are insufficient, such as resource combination and community participation integration, analysis of participation background, analysis of community environment, and the analysis of social culture influence. The countermeasures are not enough. The selected regions are widely but they are relatively concentrated, so the choice has certain limitations. The research method is mainly qualitative research, and less of quantitative research. It focused on description and theory analysis, so the method is single and the technical means is less.

Abstract: Along with the speeding up of urbanization and industrialization, the agricultural production in China is shifting from small-scale extensive pattern to large-scale pattern, from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Farmland circulation is the premise of realizing farmland scale and intensive management, is the solution to farm land use problems, such as abandoned. This study selects "the top 500 global ecological village", Tengtou village, Fenghua of Ningbo in Zhejiang as the sampling area, through questionnaire and interview method, from the farmland circulation present situation, the transfer will, transfer factors of Tengtou are analyzed.

Abstract: The land value increment is regarded as the reflection of social development and urban economy. With the speeding economic development, the urban land value soars rapidly. This paper, based on the land value increment situation of Hangzhou, summarizes the essence and characteristics of urban land value, analyzes the formation mechanism of land value increment, the interaction mechanism of the urban space and urban planning and real estate investment behavior.

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to summarize environmental strategies and technologies for promoting better sustainable development of historical villages. The environmental investigation took Huaiyin village in china as a case, put forward tourism exploitation as the most suitable sustainable mode, and established an interactive circulating mechanism of protection, management and renovation. Based on the environmental elements framework, the specific development technologies can be divided into three areas: nonphysical environment, man-made environment and natural environment, including intangible cultural heritage protection, cultural value management, renovation of buildings, public space and traffic, the river system and greening improvement and environmental bearing capacity control. The results show that all these measures contribute to achieve the sustainable mode core – “symbiosis” of historical village’s spirit, morphology and ecology.

Abstract: This research tries to offer useful suggestions to support the sustainable development of ancient villages located in the northeast of Jiangxi Province through analyzing the key characteristics of these villages. Taking Panxi village as an example, based on a detailed exploring, the paper introduce he natural and cultural environments of Panxi village at first. Then, the specific characteristics of the village are concluded and following suggestions are presented based on the data.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the existing problems and put forward the corresponding settlement measures with the basic data of road transport facilities, water supply and drainage facilities, energy and power facilities, environmental facilities and communications facilities of 31 provincial capital cities and municipalities directly under the central government of China. AHP was used to get the comprehensive value and orders of overall level of infrastructures’ safety in major big cities. Results of the 31 city infrastructure overall safety level of sorting were summarized, and the existing problems and the reasons were got. Conclusion was drawn that the overall safety level of infrastructure in China needed to be improved and the infrastructure security level of east central area was higher than the western region with a poor gap. The economic development level, the degree of government’s attention, population density together with natural conditions were all important factors which influence the urban infrastructure security level.

Abstract: This paper first introduces the residential area planning case for the sustainable development of Shanghai Vanke langrun garden and Ningbo green residential housing. Then combines the growing trend of residential area planning, this paper proposes some principles for the residential area planning of the sustainable development: ecological development, hybrid development, compact development, economic development, the fully mix of people and environment and the social development.

Abstract: In a long time, calligraphy on the stone inscriptions has not played an important role as one of the tourism landscape in the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, which does not match its status as a cultural resort, and does harm to the further development of local tourist production. Taking calligraphy and tourism in the southwest of Shandong Province as an example, based on the analyses of calligraphy and tourism resources, this paper tries to build up "calligraphy brand” as the icon of the southwest Shandong tourism, leading the harmonious development way between calligraphy and tourism, industrialized and cooperated, to explore the cultural and artistic value of calligraphy on the stone inscriptions in the tourism landscape of southwest of Shandong. These will promote the scientific planning and the deep development of tourism of the hometown of Confucius and Mencius, from which to achieve a win-win for tourism industry and popularization of calligraphy.
