Abstract: The new south margin area of Block B is a key risk exploration area in southeastern Pre-Caspian Basin. 4 risk exploration wells were drilled in 2013, and all they have seen oil flow from Carboniferous (KT-I, KT-II), indicating a good exploration prospect. This paper, based on petroleum geologic condition analysis and reservoir characteristic correlation, believes that the main control factors of petroleum accumulation are the hydrocarbon filling capacity deciding reservoir limit and the favorable shoal facies deciding reservoir distribution. Moreover, this paper believes that KT-I has better exploration potential than KT-II, and No.6 shoal developed in upper KT-I should be taken as the key target area of subsequent exploration; In addition, higher uplift possibly exists in the areas adjacent to the southern and southeastern study area, whose petroleum accumulation conditions may be superior to that of the study area, and it should be taken as the preferred area for conducting risk exploration expansion.

Abstract: At present, China's economic status in the world becomes more prominent. In order to better promote economic development in our country, we need to look to the international market and ready to compete with the developed countries for the global resource as soon as possible. As a strategic resource, the uranium resources have been increasing attention in the national context of developing nuclear power actively. In order to obtain a stable supply of uranium resources from other countries, we should step up the implementation of foreign investment strategy. This paper firstly analyzes some reasons of implementing the strategy of uranium resources investment, and then points out the difficulties in implementation of overseas investment of uranium resources, at last offers some advice on policy support for overseas investment of our mining industry.

Abstract: The third segment of Wumishan formation in Renqiu buried hill was taken as an example, based on crustal stress obtained by acoustic logging information and by use of rock cut fracture criterion and spread fracture criterion, the fracture distribution in the researched area was studied. The results showed that the degree of fracture development is high in the southern fault, northern fault and eastern fault in the researched area, south-central area is the compared developed fracture zone, the central and the central-western areas are the slightly developed fracture zones, while the north and northeast are the less developed fracture zones. At the same time, it is found that the fault has a significant impact on distribution of fractures.

Abstract: It is vital importance to understand distribution and development of carbonate reservoir fractures for studying carbonate reservoir. Stimulate and acceptance conditions of study area in the desert are poor, and The seismic data is characterized by narrow azimuth. Limit of data has influence on fracture prediction of target layer. In this paper, the post-stack and pre-stack seismic data were used. At first , techniques of stress field numerical simulation was applied to predict the distribution of tectonic crack of the study area ; Secondly, because of the characteristics of narrow-azimuth seismic data, the paper applied technology of near and far offset attribute discrepancy of pre-stack data to predict the degree of development of cracks. Finally, effective fracture was predicted on the basis of development of the forecasted cracks.

Abstract: This paper analyses the origins of deep natural gas in Qianbei Subsag using a variety of analytical data such as the natural gas components, the isotope and the light hydrocarbon analysis combining with the development characteristics of hydrocarbon source rocks. The study results show as the following: The abundance of organic matter from hydrocarbon source rocks in Qianbei Subsag is high and dominated by humus type. Part of good hydrocarbon source rocks of Type II1 and Type II2 are developed in Yingcheng Formation and these are the major gas source rocks that is in the stage of postmaturity in evolution degree. The natural gas component is dominated by methane and non-hydrocarbon gas content is low. The isotope values of ethane are lighter and methane and ethane have an obvious phenomenon of carbon isotopic reversal. Parent material types of methane and ethane are from different sources. The sources of methane are biased to humic parent material while the sources of ethane are biased to sapropelic parent material.

Abstract: Coalbed methane (CBM) which is a kind of efficient and clean unconventional natural gas will be the alternative energy in the future. Deformed coal which is harmful to CBM development was studied with logging curve. The logging curve characteristics and template which can be used directly had been put forward and applied in Shizhuang Block, Qinshui basin, China: (1) Deformed coal has low resistivity, low bulk density, high interval transit time, expanding well diameter and increasing neutron porosity in logging curve. (2) 3 type coals (undeformed coal-transitional coal - deformed coal) are arranged from lower-left corner to top right corner in order in AC and LSD diagram. (3)The deformed coal proportion of No.15 coal is significantly higher and it maybe the main restricting development factor. (4) The northeast and southwest of Shizhuang block have more deformed coal.

Ways and Countermeasures to the Ecological Development of Mineral Resources Industries in West China
Abstract: Under the background of low-carbon economy, the researchers analyzed the situation of the development and utilization of mineral resources in West China, and the existing problems. By comparing industrial organization models and synthetically efficient analysis of different organization models of production for resources industries, ways and countermeasures to the ecological development for the mineral resources industries in West China were put forward, in terms of the transformation of organization models of industrial clusters, integration of industrial cycle organization models, reconstruction of industrial ecology organization models and so on.

Abstract: Troubleshooting and safety monitoring in the underground mine by manual operation often have the existence of security risks, so the trend of replacing manual operation by robots increases. In robot vision navigation, image enhancement in the automatic target recognition is the most critical stage of the pretreatment when extracting the image feature and matching. As the contour enhancement effect of multiscale Retinex algorithm is very good, which plays a key role in the robot visual scene image. When underground mine mobile robot identify path in machine vision navigation, this paper proposes a application of robot vision with SQI algorithms based on Retinex, which aims at its poor real-time performance and serious affecting by light interference.

Abstract: The core data, casting thin sections and scanning electron microscopy are used to study the clastic reservoir characteristics and controlling factors of reservoir growth. It indicated that the main reservoir rock types are lithic arkose, Feld spathic sandstone, and a small amount of feldspar lithic sandstone, and with compositional maturity and low to middle structural maturity. Moreover, the primary reservoir space types are mainly intergranular pores, secondary are secondary pores, and reservoir types belong to the medium-high porosity and permeability, and the average porosity and permeability of lower Youshashan formation are 17.70% and 112.5×10-3μm2 separately. Furthermore, the reservoir body is mainly sand body result from deposits of distributary channel and mouth bar of which belong to the braided delta front, and the planar physical property tends to be better reservoir to worse reservoir from northwest to southeast. Finally, mainly factors to control the distribution of reservoir physical property, are the sedimentary environment and lithology, were worked out.

Abstract: The related factors of ground movement and deformation was analyzed in coal mining, geological conditions, Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish a mining methods, mining subsidence formation time, covered lithology, mining depth and thickness ratio, horizontal deformation, curvature radius, inclination, and subsidence value of the gob as the main indicator of the type of evaluation system based on evaluation system divided into different risk levels, and to take appropriate measures to deal with different risk levels. Combined with Second West-East Gas Pipeline Ningshan branch instantiated demonstration showed Hengfa Mined subsidence gas pipeline risk assessment results coincide with the actual impact of the case, to prove that this evaluation method has great practical application guidance.
