Abstract: Safety management system is a kind of aviation safety management idea[1]. With the mileage increase of the high-speed railway of China, there is an urgent need to establish a structured safety management system according to its own characteristics, which can ensure the safe operation of high-speed railway. First this paper considers the life cycle of high-speed railway, then learns aviation safety management system, and studies the operation characteristics of high-speed railway, finally this paper establishes the system based on the theory of PDCA、risk management, and the principle of the system. The safety management system of high-speed railway have four modules: the basic module, operation module, supervision module, improvement module.

Abstract: During walking, there exist many passageways that make pedestrian flow cross or walk in the other line, resulting in a mixture of pedestrian flow feature in pedestrian area and affecting the pedestrian travel time, traffic capacity and service levels of interwoven region. To solve this problem, this paper establishes the model of pedestrians beyond of basing on the social force model which is on the basis of the traditional model. With the aid of MATAB software, though the comparison of pedestrian passing time in urban rail channel, we verified the improved model in this paper is superior to the previous model and more realistic.

Abstract: This paper presents studies on the theories aimed at using the technologies of Internet of Things in the domain of the emergency management of ponded water on road surface. It first introduces an emergency management model based on the Internet of Things to solve the problem of ponded water on road surface. It discusses a few critical technologies related to this model including monitoring the condition of the ponded water on road surface and the condition of the traffic simultaneously, the framework of data interfacing using multiple sources including the heterogeneous data, the analysis of traffic jam spreading pattern at critical locations of ponded water, comprehensive information analysis, and comprehensive demonstrations of monitoring based on GIS. In the end it gives our expectation about the future and development direction of using the technologies of Internet of Things in city traffic emergency management.

Abstract: This paper puts forward an ensemble model based on uncertainty simulation and multiple model combination for short-term traffic flow prediction. Firstly, the initial condition of traffic flow be simulated by using a normal distribution, which makes a better description of the real traffic flow situation. Secondly, an ensemble prediction model with different types of prediction methods has been presented in order to catch any possible change of trend in the traffic flow. In the ensemble model, In order to improve the prediction accuracy, this paper put forwards an equivalence test and dispersion adaptability test for choosing the most effective methods in the ensemble system. Finally, a case study be given to show the performance of the ensemble model. Predication result shows that this model has a good performance with freeway traffic flow, It is capable of providing more detail about the traffic volume, it provide mean value and standard deviation value of traffic volume in the next period, which is most important information for traffic managers and travelers.

Abstract: The development mode Transformation of road-transport in China is quantitatively evaluated with recent statistical data base on DEA. It is found that the overall level of China road-transport industry is still low after experienced a leap-over development. Further analysis indicates present level of Road-transport industry development mode mainly results from purely technical inefficiency. Moreover, research discover there are significant regional differences in road transport efficiency in China. Comparing with the technical inefficiency and scale inefficiency in western region ,the efficiency level in eastern region is relatively high,Finally, the paper proposes some corresponding measures to promote the efficiency of Road-transport industry development mode Transformation.

Abstract: City traffic congestion control as the core problem in ITS, has been paid more and more attention. This article from the actual characteristics of spatial structure of city to divide different traffic levels is based on the flow of people and vehicles that two variables, which foundation underlies a new model of road capacity that describe and analysis the problem of road capacity from the needs of congestion control. Only in this way can we deepen the understanding over the dynamic traffic flow of city, so as to strengthen the purpose of city traffic network congestion and control.

Abstract: Port logistics demand is the basis and foundation of port logistics park planning and construction of the port city. Therefore, it has very important practical significance to research the port logistics demand. By input data preprocessing, determine the structure of the neural network to construct reasonable prediction model of neural network, can make a good prediction of the port logistics demand influenced by many factors, to provide the reference for the port planning and decision making.

Abstract: The paper analyzed the current e-commerce logistics distribution modes and their characteristics, put forward the methods of how to select e-commerce distribution modes according to qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, especially introduced analytic hierarchy process method in mode decision. Finally, a case is provided to prove the feasibility of the methods.

Abstract: According to the selection and evaluation of railway freight transport of the third party logistics, establish a complete set of fuzzy hierarchy evaluation (F-AHP) model of railway freight third party logistics company. Taking Nanchang Train Depot as an example of empirical analysis, Calculate and screen the most appropriate third party logistics company. At the same time, we confirm the reliability and authenticity of F-AHP method that applies to the third party logistics company, which provides reference experience for the railway freight department on the selection of third party logistics companies.

Abstract: Starting with the provincial logistics network planning, combined with the quick response theory, to establish two-layer distribution network model of 3PL and tried to establish the method of determining the number and layout of RDC and FDC. At last, simulation study is carried out by taking an example of tobacco logistics network planning in Hunan Province.
